Shortly thereafter that, the host of the music bingo placed a load speaker out onto the patio and turned it up full blast. We tried to get him to turn it down, but he refused. Thus, our group disbanded leaving only 4 of us. It continued to be extremely load out on the patio and several people started to complain... so I took it onto my own to to turn the speaker down to a reasonable level - I received a applause from the other customers. Within moments, a staff member walked out onto the patio and turned the speaker up to a ear deafening level. I asked her to turn it down and her response was... "this is the way, it always is!" With an attitude like that I became upset - I gave her a piece of mind (a couple of word slipped out - nothing that she hasn't heard before in her life). Moments later, the manager came out and admonished me in a very disturbing manner, which again, was poorly handled. It will be suggesting to my fellow International members and my Meetup group, to look for alternative venues that will appreciate our business (there so many in Cedar Park).
