Hadn't been to this establishment since early on when it was Austin Parks & Pizza. By the name and the "social club" included in title i assumed it was an adult place. It's much larger than it used to be, lots of arcade games and a few additional kids rides outside. Group did the miniature golf. That was fun as we were all in competition amongst each other and separate teams. Corse is pretty good, not easy peezy. Great adult family game night or date night. Not an abundance of kids, which was nice. Oh, you need some trash cans out on that golf course. Had to carry our empty water and soda cups from hole to hole. Be nice to change it up and add a few of the golf spinning wheels out on the course for next shot. Did not try the food or cocktails. read more

So much fun! I came here on a weeknight for a friend's birthday. Drinks and and apps at the bar while people were arriving. The manager is super nice and friendly to make sure we were set up to have a good time and checked in on us later. There was a lot to stay entertained: pool, darts, games, music, laser tag, go karts, mini golf, bowling, rides, etc... It was a grilled cheese and Frito pie kinda night. There was some commentary from people around me on the Frito pie looking "soupy" and its not supposed to be that way, but I enjoyed it. Came to celebrate my daugther's birthday and experienced some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered at any business. At about 10:17 we sat down at the bar and had to find our own menus. There were about 6 people total behind the bar "working" but we werent greeted by anyone when this side of the bar was totally empty. We watched what we assumed to be a bartender happily serve someone beside us and waited for our turn. When the "bartender" was finished she went to the other side of the bar and began chatting with other bartenders. After waiting a while for someone I walked down to the side of the bar and asked if we needed to come to this end to order. The "bartender" kind of rolled her eyes and informed me she wasn't a bartender. Another guy overheard and stated he would be right with us. He came over and asked what we needed after finishing up with the drink he was making. We ordered drinks and noticed him talking to the initial "barTender". He then came back and apologized stating he had given last call about 10 minutes ago. The time at this point was 10:27. We expLained that we had been sitting and waiting for 10 minutes and was told he couldnt serve us as last call was over. At this point we asked to speak to the manager and we had a guy Tim come over. We explained the situation and he asked what we wanted to drink. By this time we were appalled by such rude behavior we didnt want the drinks anymore. While this was going on we noticed the "bartender" telling people to go around to the other side and getting served. By this point we were really frustrated. Not getting anywhere we went and spoke with someone up front. She informed us that the initial "bartender" was actually the true manager and therefore the subject of the initial complaint. I went back and asked her for her bosses information. She (PIPER) manager was even more rude and refused to give that information. I asked why our initial request for the bar manager went to someone else's since she was the reason for the complaint, she stated she wasn't aware of our request which was untrue! The lack of professionalism and dishonesty by the manager, after she was questioned about not being greeted was totally mind blowing. 6 people behind a bar talking and no one greets patrons is unacceptable. We always have a blast when we visit here! Obviously kids love the place. But it's a really great time for adults too! Especially later when the little ones have gone home... All the games, rides and activities will keep you busy all day and night. The prices are reasonable too for what you get. The best part for me is the food is legit good when you order at the bar area. I'm not a buffet kind of person so I can't attest to that food.. the bartenders and staff are all very attentive and friendly. We will never stop coming here for an amazing night out! read more

Came here for a work event. Had no idea this place was here and connected to Austin's Park & Pizza. It's nothing fancy by any means, but it's spacious and has a big bar. The staff were friendly and the food had decent variety (we had a large buffet of choices from their menu for our group). Parking is free. I'm not a huge games / arcade person, so I'm not sure that I would return regularly; however, many in our group enjoyed it and the ability to eat, drink and play in a slightly more upscale setting. read more

This place surprised me but not in a good way. We came on a Saturday night to finally give it a shot after the rebrand from Austin's Park to REVL. Our expectation as we approached the entrance to the "Social Club" (separate and offset from the main doors) was that we'd be entering a separate more adult space, and this was not so. The club/restaurant area is very much in the very loud action complete with people repeatedly running through the bar area. There is some framing around the social club area to offer the illusion of separation, but there are no complete walls or sound proofing. We dined by the nonstop (and loud) sound of indoor roller coaster. Service was mid, as was the food. We did like our drinks, but the bar here runs in a way I've never experienced. For one, it was a Saturday night and despite having two bars, only one was actually open. Second and most alarming is the way they manage bar tabs. Tabs require a $100 pre-authorization on the card. I understand the issue of walked tabs, but I'm not clear why they can't just add 20% on walked tabs the way any other bar does. We didn't open a tab and opted not to go back for any more drinks while we were here. What a weird way to stifle your own sales. We wandered the arcade a bit, and the prices are similar to other area arcades. We ultimately settled into mini golf which was a good price and fun, but again, with weird quirks. No scorecards. Nowhere to write on a scorecard if you had one. And nowhere to set drinks while you play each hole. Lastly on the activity front, I fondly remember playing laser tag at Austin's Park as a kid, and I was shocked to find that on a Saturday night, it appeared the whole upstairs was closed. I'd come back just for activities with my nieces, but I'm not otherwise itching to return. They charge you per hour fir ping pong Darts Pool I've never heard or seen anyone change to play darts. 2 hours was 23! How stupid am I for paying? This is crazy I paid $46 to do everything plus eat but I have to pay to play darts even with my own darts!! What an experience is all I can say. Decided to go out for a night of simple fun and the RSC has what every kid big or small could need. From bowling to go carts and miniature golf the choice is yours. And there's alcohol to make your putting worse! The food selection has enough variety also to allow you to satisfy everyone's taste. Owners and managers suck. Pre authorization is 100 dollars which is unheard of. Asked the bartenders about it and they let me know that the owners didn't want to loose money on walked tabs which is understandable but 100 dollars for a pre auth every time my card is swiped is ridiculous. We were so excited to think that there's a new competitor to Dave and Busters up north! We were seated near the side with all of the arcade. That wasn't bad. Sitting there for an hour with screaming kids from the roller coaster was a nightmare. Or put up a wall to block off kids running around. Another put off was kids in the actual adult area playing shuffle boards and billiards. This is after 10pm too. Suggestion would be to limit the place to adults only after 9pm, or shutdown the roller coaster. Two good things though, good service and drinks. read more

Long story short, I love playing pool. The place is awesome. Parents don't watch their kids. Kids have no rules or respect for items especially pool and ping pong. I'm so glad something like this spot opened in Pflugerville! Their take on cocktails were interesting and something I would not expect. Beer selection was small but covered all the bases. Service was spot on!!! Chips and salsa was great, chips were hot and salsa tasted fresh and not out of a bottle. I consider myself a chicken sandwich snob, and think their Nashville chicken sandwich was amazing! The whole spot felt clean and there were tons of spaced out games. The only reason for the drop in stars is because of the lack of distinction between adult and kid areas. I'd hate to see this spot being taken over by kids! They give zero Sh. My kids were shoved off a ride after waiting in line for over 30 minutes, let other kids go that were shorter. It's too crowded, the manager is nasty and interjected himself in my conversation. Yelled at me and disrespected me. Then got nasty saying he can't help me because I'm mad. Well happy birthday to my grand kids who were here to celebrate birthdays. Save your money. Scary to say that Austin park and pizza was better. Way more class. We stayed in and wasted money on games and left. Really gross behavior. The low class people here make it even less enjoyable. Nasty foul mouth line cutters. I'm not sure how you can screw up Frito pie... but here we have it. Cold frito pie. I asked them if they could just throw it on a plate so it could get nuked for 1minute...came back with more cheese...but NOT hot nor melted. My daughter ordered nachos. Took an hour. They have menus on the table but no one ever came to take an order so we asked and they said we had to go to the restaurant to order. Uh ok. And then our lane broke we called the help button several times and no one ever showed. About 20 min later they just switched us to the lane next to it. By then we were over it so we checked out the arcade. Def mediocre. Great for kids but not adults whatsoever. The restaurant food was cold. Like. COLD. COLD. Mix drinks are a no. Horrible customer service by the manager last night. My boyfriend and I barely see each other as our work schedules are off. When we do see each other, we loved coming here. I ordered steak tacos and my boyfriend ordered wings. He got his wings but I got a plate of steak. It was already 10 and they close kitchen at 10. I told the lady that brought my food that I ordered tacos. She thought the server had placed my order wrong. She kept asking me where the server that helped me was but I didn't see him nowhere. Told her it was fine, I Didnt want them to remake the plate so told her I'll eat it, I don't mind. (Im not picky) Well apparently, the server did order the right food and my tacos came out. They added the first plate to my tab! When I asked to speak to the manager he told me " well why would you eat something thats not yours?" Instead of saying sorry for bringing me the wrong food and the confusion. I told him I was not going to pay for that first plate if it was their mistake. We went back and forth. He finally took it off our tab. I tried to explain to him the lady that brought our food thought the server had made the mistake on the order placed. It was not my fault! To end this our bartender/server was the sweetest guy. Thanks to him for all the help and the service. He's awesome! This place needs people like him to be managers. read more

First time going, we got a pool table, not that great. Cues were missing tips and bent. We ordered beers, which was draft and all 3 were flat. We tried ordering a drink and they didn't have the mix for it, we had to go to the austin bar to get a canned beer. Don't think I'll be back. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND. This review is one star because there aren't zero stars. We had a party of 12 and there were only 3 or 4 other tables when we got seated. We ordered nachos, chips and salsa, and a taco party platter. At the 35 minute mark a member of our party asked how much longer. She was told "I don't know, I can check on it." After 45 minutes I asked and was told the same thing. The food got there while I was checking on it. Really!? 45 minutes for tacos and nachos? Save yourself the time and go to the buffet. My experience was somewhat mixed. I went to the restaurant and had some really good fish & chips.. the fish was a little overcooked but otherwise good food and also service. Had the pleasure of meeting a teen girl named Lily in the shop who went out of her way, explaining everything in detail all while still smiling and showing passion and also dealing with a couple of Karen's.. Girl you are a gift the way you turned those rude girls and showed patience, and kindness you will go a long way. I hope the management can see what an asset you are if not I hope this helps you. Me and wife have been coming to Austin Revl since they opened up. Today we decided to get another shot a month later. It was horrible again. We ordered a burger to split and sweet potato fries and egg rolls. Of course when Logan brought the order out he came out with regular fries. Logan came back with sweet fries. You would think the waiter would look at food before serving. I can't recommend them other than games and bowling. I will most likely would never go back ever. read more

Yesterday on Saturday 4/30, I witnessed something so ugly that I had to write a review. My friend and I asked the tall Cuban bartender at the front bar if he can make a good margarita. He laughed condescendingly and proceeded to serve us a nasty margarita. Then a little black girl walks up decked out in her birthday attire and says " hi, I'd like to order some fries" (twice). He totally ignores her both times and after standing there for a few minutes, she leaves. Then she returns with her mom and the mom orders the fries, adding that she'd like them"loaded", and the little birthday girl reiterates "sir, we'd like them loaded". And the bartender yelled at the little girl "watch how you speak to me"! I couldn't believe my eyes. This little birthday girl wasn't being served and then she got yelled at for no reason. She was a polite and well mannered kid. At least the mother gave him an earful and rightfully so. An asshole like this shouldn't be working near children and Revl should have better options for kids ordering food, other than from the bar. read more
