Then it took forever for our server to take our drink order. She also seemed disinterested. And was very slow. It was a Friday night but it was 9:00. My wife and I stopped here prior to going to a football game and the food was pretty darn good. I had the chicken tenders with hot bbq sauce, and my wife had the skinless tenders with one of the sweet sauces, I can't remember which, but overall, a very nice place to get a bite to eat. I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday when they typically have their buy one get one. My fiancé and I was using a $25 gift card. Without seeing a receipt, my fiancé handed her the gift card. (His mistake). Our waitress came back with a receipt saying we owed $4.26. This is where things gets weird. I started looking at the table because I knew our order wasn't $30. But my fiancé handed her $5. She then comes back to our table and said, "you only had .74 cent left, you didn't want it back right?" First of all, yes! Idc what my change is, return it and let me decide what I want to give as a tip. I finally asked for a receipt and she handed me one that she balled up. Our total was only 26.26. So how did we owe 4.26? Then when I asked her about it, she said she assumed it only had $20. Why assume? Why not just come ask us. She ended up running the gift card for $22. She then asked if it was ok if she could keep the remaining amount that was left on the gift card, ON TOP of the tip we gave her. I was highly upset with this service. read more

Me and my fiance went in an hour before they closed and loved the service here! Of course it wasn't too busy and that was a good thing! The server we had was amazing! Her attitude towards her job was the best I have ever seen in a waitress! She even sat down to discuss the different sauces with my fiance as he was unsure of which he wanted. Then she proceeded to negotiate a deal with him and bring him several sauces to try so he could make sure he got something he liked. The food was amazing and the waitress Ashleigh, always made sure to keep our drinks filled and keep an eye on us in case we needed anything else. This place has been steadily declining in service and food since we moved here 3 years ago. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Walked in to a half empty restaurant and had to wait for a hostess. Eventually asked the lady "selling" sauces up front to be seated. She told us to wait for the hostess but made no move to find her. Hostess arrived and said it was a 15 minute wait unless we wanted the bar area (fine with us). Directive: "Any table with tile under it". Sat ourselves and proceeded to try to wave over a bar tender or waiter. They were polite and nodded but no one made an effort to wait on us. After several more minutes we stood up and left and let the couple that had walked in behind us (and we're still waiting on a hostess to be seated) that it seemed to be a waste of time. read more

Wings are very good. Tuesdays are 45 cent wing nights. They allow smoking and seems like the shape of the two story building makes it smell like a small smokey bar. This was a popular hangout for myself and my friends, it's nice to go and sit down, but it's loud as hell whenever I come here. That's primarily due to the packed area, but it often feels overcrowded on most nights. Even still, I've never met a server that wasn't friendly and outgoing, and despite the crowded place, they're always fast on getting the drinks and food out. As my friend Reena says, it's really a hit or miss here. You can't go wrong with the beer, and the service is decent enough. It's a great place to just relax, but if you're trying to get work done on the computer, it might be a little difficult to focus. read more

This is one of my fave chain wing joints! The wing are big and saucy and they don't charge me for all flats which is awesome! I really like how I can take my whole family and everyone can find something on the menu they enjoy. The staff are always nice and will always go above and beyond even when you are the stupid one that orders a sauce you can't stand...lol... We always love bdubs! You just can't go wrong with wings (and possibly beer but I'm allergic to alcohol so I get no enjoyment out of that). Their fried pickles are not so great - pickles are too sour & there's not enough flour in their batter. I usually get traditional hot BBQ flavored wings, with the veggie boat and salt/vinegar fries. There was one thing good about this restaurant today - the AGGIE Manager. The service was horrible! We were there am hour before we got to order our food. They weren't busy - well, with customers. They were all quite busy playing the little tablet games and their ring leader was their "Captain" (not the Manager) - who was either the Shift Leader or a very poor Assistant Manager. It would have all been different if they had been busy but once we could get our server's attention she then could not find the "little paper" where she wrote down our orders! The only reason I would give this place a 2 star is because it is a Buffalo Wild Wings. So I called to call in an order which was after 11.30pm when they do not take orders and I was told if I am inside before 12am I will be served. I understand that, so I drove there driving higher than speed limit so I can get food for a craving pregnant girl who only wanted to eat boneless wings. I am sitting here right now listening to this rude attendant that they want to refund my order because they turned there fryers off 2 minutes before closing. Now I am told again it will take 30 minutes for the fryers to turn back on so I will be made to wait. I own 2 restaurant myself and I understand how things can be frustrating at times. But no exceptions for rude customer service and making lame excuses to kick a order back out. Lady at front needs to calm her attitude down. I ve been here a couple times with a friend of mine and I just don't see what all the freaking hype is about. This place is just your typical sports bar, loud volume with a bunch of tv s everywhere. If your into that kind of atmosphere then its all good. The staff seems kind of out there, not very personable, just kind of "there" because it's a job. Food is good. Some really good wings. I recommend the "dry heat" flavor if you like spicy. They also have some healthy options. I've had the Mediterranean salad and the grilled chicken tenders. The food was great. The service, not so much. My waiter was so distracted by a couple of cute ladies at his only other table that he completely ignored me as I was trying to pay my bill. This was on top of taking a good 15 minutes to get the carrots and celery he forgot to bring with my wings. I've never had service this poor here. I finally took my tab to the bar and asked for a manager. Unfortunately, the manager just made excuses for why the waiter walked past my check - with card on top - 5 times. At least she got my card run so I could get home without having to skip out on paying. I was getting dangerously close to doing exactly that. We just came out of there and the waitress was HORRIBLE! I hope management see this because you need to fire her. I understand that it's football Sunday but when you've only seen her once in 40 minutes she's obviously the problem. We are a group of 6 to 9 adults who play soccer every Tuesday night, and "adopted" this place as an after game refuel station. Last night, on our 4th weekly visit to this place our waiter -Hunter- refused to serve us a 2nd round of beers saying it was past last call at 11:15pm. We argued since he never gave us that "last call". In fact, he never came back to our table to check on us. The place was almost empty by that time, except for us and a group of 5 white people who was sitting at the bar being actively served alcohol by the bartender who apparently didn't get the last call memo for at least another 25 minutes. We just wanted a second beer to swallow the wings, that's all. The previous Tuesday we were also served by Hunter and tipped him over 20% (like we always do) despite his mediocre service then. But this time my friend, no tip and I tod him we won't come back again. He just responded with a careless OK. My best advise: don't go there unless you are white AND try to avoid Hunter. Had a Fantasy Football owners' meeting on July 27th. We set up to have a draft party on 8/31 for that league. Told the manager we have a second league draft that day following the first. I asked what I needed to do to set that up. She told me nothing extra and that she would put us down for an extended time. Told her the second one would start at 2. When we got here today for the first of 2 we were told they did not reserve a time slot and that we could not stay where we were due to another party. Cyndi our waitress was working very hard to take care of us and I will tip her very well. We have yet to hear from a manager directly and this is 1 1/2 hrs into this. read more

At first the atmosphere was dry, host greeted me blankly and passed me along to the dining area, then the magic began. I was met by a beautiful server named Sierra who greeted me with energy and passion and instantly made me feel like I was in the right place. Sierras positive attitude, well maintained appearance, thorough knowledge of the menu, and exceptional service definitely gave me a 10/5 dining experience!
