I can't with this place. I only come here as a favor to my husband. All the stars are for the wings. They were good. Not quite wingstop but they were good. The missing stars are for the service. If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap over the phone for pickup. The lady at the front desk confirmed twice that it was crispy. I went to pick it up and she mentioned it was grilled and I told her I had wanted crispy (third time mentioning it). She handed it to me and as I left I checked the order just in case. As I had suspected, it came grilled. When I walked back in other people showed up trying to get their orders fixed, and the customer service was so slow that the waiting area up front was full of people waiting, frustrated. I usually wouldn't make a big deal out of something so trivial as grilled versus crispy, but when you confirm 3+ times and they still get it wrong and give you the food knowing it was incorrect, it's a little frustrating. read more

I have to confess that I'm biased here. In more formative years there were BW3s around the corner that were default places to stop for an evening to catch a big game. So it's hard to separate years of indoctrination with garlic wings from an objective experience. That said, I think Buffalo Wild Wings pretty much has the formula that I look for in a typical sports bar. You've got numerous big screen TVs strategically situated around the bar with multiple games selected (although interestingly, one TV at this location was set on Fox News). Smaller screens are set up for those who want to play trivia or games (Texas Hold 'Em, etc.). There's plenty of room and the seats were comfortable. As a break from the 100+ heat, I swung by this place to grab a quick lunch and catch part of an afternoon game. This location is just off a Hwy 121 exit, but with easy access. The service was quick and friendly with multiple drink refills (even when only half empty). I went with the boneless chicken with parmesian garlic sauce, potato chips with cheese and celery sticks with ranch dressing. All of these were well done and I was able to linger and catch the key parts of the game. Hard to find much fault here. read more

Ok, so my first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings will probably be my last. I am not a huge chicken wing lover or connoisseur so I wouldn't know the difference between great wings and good wings. That's beside the point. I had a client ask me to meet there for lunch and I just thought that was so odd...who eats chicken wings at a client lunch. Whatever, people have their nuances. I arrived before my client so I decided I would wait in the entrance rather than be seated in the dining room. I was checking email on my phone and had my head down, noticed something in my peripheral vision, looked up and it was the BIGGEST cockroach I've seen maybe ever! I screamed so loud, I'm sure the entire restaurant heard me. (A tad embarrassing actually, but it almost crawled on my toe.) What made it worse was when the manager came by and the hostess told her about the roach. The manager actually played it off and said, "ya, I know...I've called Terminix but it doesn't seem to help". Came in for a surprise birthday party and it was clear they didn't know how to handle larger groups of people. Service was mediocre to poor and the food wasn't anything to write home about. The location is a pain in the hiney to get to due to all of the construction but the service is wonderful! They took good care of us and our large party when I went with a bunch of coworkers! We came here because we got 6 free wings via a deal with the Courtyard up the road. The wings were not good. Bar is very smoky. Lots of TVs were a plus, staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving (someone fill my glass, PLEASE). I have given this place about a dozen chances and it's the same story every time, slow service and mediocre food (even for a chain.) I typically order online for pick up and have found that even when I set the pick up time 30 minutes before I would get there, I wind up standing around for 15-20 minutes waiting for my order to be ready. The management and servers show little to no care for your time and have been down right rude at times. I would recommend eating literally anywhere but here, especially for lunch. read more

Only ever order traditional style wings and beer but they are always on point..always hot and cooked to perfection. Grapevine.. hit or miss...Keller..same. I went to watch a game (4:30pm start time), and they sat us in a spot where half the seats had no TVs in front of them. When we asked to move to the middle of the dining room, we were told the waiters for those sections didn't come for another 2 hours. Our waitress was sweet and tried to be accommodating. A friend of mine got her check and left early. It was discovered later that she had paid half of an additional meal and the waitress claimed she had no clue how that happened. Let me preface this review with the fact that I love their boneless wings. But god help you if you dont go on Thursday -- the only day of the week that the customers needs are more important than theirs. I usually only go on Thursdays so I forgot how absurd they are with their wing ordering rules. I ordered 8 wings with the sauces on the side because that's the only way they let you get a variety of sauces. Later that evening a few more wings sounded good but I definitely couldnt handle another 8 so I asked for an additional 4. This is a request that I make often on Thursdays. Something they are "able" to do with no issues then. Well today it was a major infraction that started with the cook refusing and ended with the manager telling me that it wasnt going to happen. They would not allow me to order in quantities less than 8 even if it meant they were going to loose the sale. I was made to feel stupid for requesting something simple. It was really uncomfortable and absurd! They are selling glorified chicken nuggets people. I've read a lot of reviews before I ordered. I also remembered the first time I had food delivered from BWW. It was cold, soggy, missing item etc. I was not happy at all. BUT I thought I'd try again since a lot of time went by. My order arrived when they said it would and everything was great. Everything was hot and crispy. I quite enjoyed it. There was also enough for a second meal. I must give credit where credit is do. There is one thing however and BWW is not alone. I wish BWW and other restaurants would stop using styrofoam, plastic straws too. Styrofoam takes 500 years to forever to decompose! 500 years to forever!! Plastic straws take 20-200 years to decompose. Please do your part to help save our now nasty garbage planet. You can do it if you really want to or just plane care about our future. read more

BWW has the best wings and sauces in the area. No competition in my opinion. My girlfriend and I get a craving for BWW a couple times a month, and this is our location of choice. I love the boneless wings with asian zing, caribbean jerk, and mango habanero. She likes bone-in "flappers" with medium. The big beers are great. They usually have a couple on a special price, but I have to have a Shiner Bock with my wings no matter the price. I took one star off purely because if there is a fight, or a game, or something Pay-per-View, there is NO seating at this place. I don't keep track of when all of these events are, so its a bummer when there isn't a seat when we show up. I've been here multiple times and the service is a little slow and everyone looks like they are unhappy to be there. I usually still go because I love the food. Tonight was very unfortunate my boyfriend and I came in around 11:20 and no one was at the front to greet us or seat us. We sat ourselves in the bar that's open seating just to be ignored. 4 girls that were employees sat at a table and made eye contact with us then turned around to continue the conversation what was more important than us the guest. Then one of the girls went to check on a different table so we got up to walk out and the women working just watched us walk out after not being acknowledged. Good food & great place to watch football. Service was not great though: indifferent hostess and long wait time. We came in on Sunday around 1 with a group of 8 and a toddler. It took 5 minutes for the hostess to greet us even though we were the only ones waiting. I asked for a high chair before she set up our table, but I guess she forgot. Maybe she doesn't like seating a larger group, but she didn't smile at us once. This wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't seen her laughing and chatting with the waiters before and after she helped us. Worst location and delivery service ever, even gave them more chances, I understand mistakes happen. We've ordered delivery 4 times from this location and the order has been wrong 3. We had to drive to the location to get the missing food - defeats the purpose of delivery, after paying extra and the tip. They even have their check list on the delivery bag, confirming all food has been checked. All they had to say is "sorry, we're busy". I would be busy too if I had to remake orders all the time. This is probably my favorite BWW location to go to. Despite how full it might be, we tend to go on Friday nights, we always find a place to sit and a place to park. The waitresses and waiters are always nice, friendly and prompt. I've never had an issue with someone either not getting my order right or not bringing me a refill. The food is great. I go here for boneless wings because I love boneless wings. However, I feel that the fries aren't all that great. I wish they had waffle fries like at a place like Pluckers but you can't always get everything in life. If you're not sure what to get, order what's called The Sampler.
