Spicy garlic is MY favorite wing dressing, dipped in their cool ranch! If the Spice gets to me, a nice crisp celery stick is the way to chill out. TRHE celery has had some attention too! This place is always packed when we go. The service here is always a hit or miss. I love going here with friends and catching up. I love the naked tenders here with the desert heat season. It has the perfect amount of spiciness and kick to it. If you're really in the mood for some queso, its pretty good here. I do love the boneless wings here. We had an amazing waiter!! He was friendly, quick, and took care of all of our needs! He did inform us that the menu is changing so I'm not sure how the pictures who'll help with the new menu being introduced soon. Love their potato wedges! Great flavor and perfect size. Our waiter suggested we get the basket size instead of getting our own snack size. It's cheaper, that was helpful and we appreciated the tip. My new favorite flavor of wings is the bourbon honey mustard!! Perfect flavors! I also ordered the Parmesan garlic ones which are also delicious. Both flavors had no spice, which is perfect for me! Came in tonight around 10 there were maybe 13 tables total in the whole restaurant with maybe 4 or 5 servers on the floor...if you know anything about the service industry you know this is very very manageable between 4 or 5 servers. our serving having 3 of those tables...messed up the appetizer order TWICE and i finally just gave up on it realizing it would be a waste of time to even try to get a new one. not to mention the appetizers came out with the entrees...by the time i got my second appetizer (because i sent it back for being wrong) i was eating my entree and didn't even eat it. we waited on refills and waiting some more before i finally told her we needed refills. i'm not one to complain because i work in the service industry but this was horrible and has been horrible the last few times. read more

This was hands down the best BWW experience I've ever had. We walked in soaked form the rain outside. I joked with the waiter about how I was freezing and he borrowed a jacked from one of the other waiters and gave it to us. He offered excellent opinions on the apps we hadn't tried, went above and beyond for us in everything and even got a tablet for our kiddo while he was asking 10000 questions. We've since gone back and have gotten great service each time. Try the street tacos, they are amazing. The pretzel is good too if you're into soft pretzels. My wife and I would go just about every Tuesday for some wings when it was bogo. We even went when it was buy one get the other half price as it is today. But we experience bad service on the last few times we went. We would wait almost 30 minutes just to place our order. My wife basically orders the same lemon pepper sauce wings and the waitress brought out the wrong wings and said "it's basically the same thing" I was floored! So we returned them and the manager said we ran out of the sauce. Why place the order then next time lead with that. Stood at the host stand for about 8-10 minutes to be seated. Wasn't overwhelmingly busy. Just no one working. Finally get someone to care to seat us. Sat for another 10 minutes to be walked by numerous times and never greeted. I guess this is today's service environment but it doesn't warrant tipping for good service when you don't get service. Kind of hard to develop a good staff when damn near every time I have been inside this location, I have never seen the same people there twice. It's like there is a revolving door for the staff. Every time I order online from the Bedford BWW, there is always, and I mean ALWAYS, something wrong or missing from the order. Recently we ordered a wings combo with a side of coleslaw & veggies, and my usual 2-sauce wings order. However, as usual, I arrive on time to pick up my order and yet again have to wait well past that time for it to be brought out. This time I waited almost 20 minutes past my pickup time, and the staff didn't bother to go through and make sure everything was there, so that when I got home, my wife was understandable upset that her order was missing items we paid for. And that is just this most recent visit. Last time we ordered, my order was completely wrong, as if they just grabbed a to-go bag and saidd"just give this to whoever is out there" and not bother to check what is in it. That, I think, is this locations biggest flaw...no quality control. Another thing that irks me about this location is the "to-go only" parking. Each and every time I go to the Beford location, every single to-go parking spot is taken, yet when I walk in, there is NO ONE waiting at the to-go counter. I've mentioned it to managers previously, but all I get is "there's not a lot we can do if paying customers park there." Yes there is....you can tow them. But I digress. Buffalo Wild Wings is my husbands preferred wing place but for the past year or two service has suffered. This last time was a head to the table example. We sat for about 15/20 with 5 people asking if we've been helped while they were doing something but none came back to take a drink order. I think Finally the last person who asked us went to the hostess, she came back realized how long we had been sitting with out service & took our drink order. Then she saw our waiter when getting our drinks & told him he had a table waiting for 20mins. From there it was pretty much bring our food, check & return our card. No checking in, nada, made me glad we ordered water or I would have been mad I paid $3 for a no refills drink ... The kind of service that reminds me of a order at the counter & they bring the food to you ... Only the other guys don't need tips to pay their salary & will actually ask if you need a top off on a drink. It wouldn't have bugged me if it was a one time thing or if it was busy ... We avoid wing places during game times but this time it was just ridiculous because they looked over staffed for the amount of customers. (4 people on the floor for 3 tables. So a waiter per table & a good runner.) I'm getting to the point Id rather drive to the grapevine location & if I'm driving that far we may as well go to the competitor next to that location that has a membership program where your purchase earns points for eventual free food vs paying to be ignored. Placed a delivery order it took over a hour for me to receive. I then noticed I was missing my fried pickles & dressing for both salads. I then called the restaurant for over 20 minutes to advise them of my missing items. I then had to drive there. I walked in and asked the host to speak with a manager. While waiting another employee came out. She asked me what I needed I told her a manager because I placed a delivery order and had to drive because no one answered the phone. She then stated "we are short staffed". I told her that has nothing to do with me she then got an attitude and was saying it does matter. I then asked him the name of the employee that stormed off and he said her name was Cali. I told him the way she acts she should never be a manager cause her communication skills are horrible. I asked is this a practice that his employees don't know each others names? The host stated she was new and didn't know names. Cali the employee then came back and stated she was talking to me like that cause I was yelling at her. I then told the her just because my voice is loud doesn't mean I am yelling and asked him was she a manager & if not why is she talking to me? He then stated that them being short staff was not my business either and would give me the missing items. Cali then through her hand up and walked back to the back. While waiting for my items I told manger Freddie again yes I was upset because I had to drive for almost 20 minutes for items missing from a delivery order and this could have been resolved if someone would have answered the phone. He asked me for my name and number and apologized again. I told him again his employee Cali doesn't know how to manager herself and should never be a manager. I go in and no seats at the bar, but somehow two women with a child under 5 are allowed to sit at the bar with said child and take up 3 seats. Every single time I have ordered the Nachos, and every single time have ordered them without the "crema" sauce, they have put it on the order.
