Came here on a Monday about 5pm, was pretty quiet. I definitely think the place needs to be updated a bit as the booth and tables were worn out. Good service from our waitress. Mozzarella sticks were bomb. My bfs food came out good he says (Parmesan Garlic boneless wings). My fries were seasoned good and fresh. Unfortunately, my chicken was overcooked :( barely ate it. Not only did my food come prepared incorrectly and had to be sent back, they drenched my wrap in buffalo sauce with little chicken, and then never returned to refill my drink. The place wasn't busy, so I don't know where the disconnect was. Very unimpressed and will likely not return. Also got charged for beer cheese she never gave us despite obviously asking for it. I asked for the game to be put on a tv that I could see, only to be told they'd see what they can do and never tried or returned to let me know why they couldn't pull the game up. 9/13/2025 2:00 pm, 15 customers in the restaurant. After seated it took 23 mins before I was asked drink preference. Then another 20 mins before taking my order. The kitchen crew brought a plate of wings with no silverware or napktins and dropped it at my table. Stopped my server passing by and asked for these items. There are literally two reasons Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) exists: wings, and televised sports. Someone needs to tell it to the employees of this BWW. Went there on Sunday at peak NFL game time. Was a little worried we wouldn't get a table, but no problem there. Suspiciously no problem. In fact, very few of the people there on a Sunday seemed to be actually interested in the NFL games being played at the time. Which, come to think of it, makes sense. Most of the customers seemed to think of this as just another restaurant to have lunch at. My waitress seemed to have the same impression. She kept stopping by our table asking if we needed something, when our beers were still half full. Sorry, we wanted beer, appetizers and to watch the game. But apparently, the wait staff was trained to expect on game day that I'd be coming in and ordering appetizer-meal-check, LIKE I WASN'T AT A SPORTS BAR TO WATCH THE FUCKING GAME. Which brings me to the subject of wings. Buffalo Wild Wings' wings FUCKING SUCK. You'd think when wings were in the name of the restaurant they'd b semi-competent at them, but I'd swear these wings were microwaved they were so lacking in everything that wings were supposed to be. The sauces were okay (Caribbean Jerk, is recommended). But the whole goddamn point of wings is that nice crispy, chewy, skin. BFF decides to fucking nuke them, toss them in sauce and figure you idiots don't even care). The "boneless wings" are even worse; second-rate chicken mcnuggets. Hell, I will go ahead say I'd rather have chicken mcnuggets than either of the wing options. But hey, swap in the caribbean jerk sauce for the McD sweet & sour, sure. The only thing I actually enjoyed were the mac and cheese bites, which may only be a temporary menu item. Go to literally any other bar to watch the game. EVERY. OTHER. PLACE. I've been to to watch a game has been better. Food, service, better. The only thing BWW has going for them is sheer number of TVs you can be surrounded by. And we eat at allot of BDubs around the country but I gotta say do not go to this one as they don't care to take care of you at all. We were driving threw Bemidji on Saturday night on our way home from Wisconsin to get some supper to eat on the road to TRF. So we ordered our food on the app acouple hours before close and so I thought let's just go in and wait 15 minutes before we where suppose to pick the food up thinking we want it fresh as possible. We are so disgusted with this place as it's not the first time from this location. We go to bemidji acouple times a year to race cars and we went here once and it was just as bad. Covid has nothing to do with food being cooked like crap! When we turned around to go get our sauces so we weren't eating sauce less chicken. Well when wife went into get the sauces she said our fries are uneatable the girl just ignored her completely. Got the sauces and still was wrong. So my wife said let's just go get gas station food so we did. When we got to the gas station my wife said she's got a place for the food and I watched her throw it all in the trash. I' m trying to eat at local Restaurants during the COVid-19 crisis. Sadly, I ordered 10 Asian Zing & 10 dry Buffalo wings for takeout. I arrived on time that my order was supposed to be ready & had to wait 16 minutes for my takeout. Instead of 10 asian Zing & 10 dry Bufflo I received 30 Spicy Garlic & 10 Hot BBQ. wings. I headed home which is 15 minutes away, to watch the Twins with 3 buddies..... None of the items we ordered were in the package except carrots & blue cheese..... I called the restaurant & asked for the Manager on duty. Sarah said she was the Mgr. on duty. She was somewhat sympathetic yet defensive and offered me a refund or a credit for 10 Asian Zings & 10 Dry Buffalo. I took the 20 future wings. It still doesn't make up for the fact that we got the wrong wings and the restaurant met our expectations.... It's not that hard to ensure the Customer gets their right order.... I don't know what happened here. When they first opened it was so good. Food would be hot service was good. Now the last times we have gone we have had cold chicken wings?! So gross and if cold wings wasn't bad enough how about fatty meat. The meat was so fatty it was inedible. Also when you pay for extras and they don't include them really makes a person upset. So, let me start by saying we never seem to have any issues when we dine-in. That being said, out of 12 take-out orders, they have only managed to get 1 correct. That's right. 1/12. They even have the freaking yellow carbon copy receipt attached to the bag that is ALWAYS missing parts of our orders. So I moved here from California and it's unfortunate that because of the service bww provided I will never be returning. I placed and order and pickup would be ready in 25 minutes I got there before and then the app said my order was ready. I walked in and they could not find the order and said it was still being made. Well 20 minutes and 5 customers later I asked what happened and the employee walked in the back and immediately walked out with the order and did not say anything she just handed it to me. When I got home everything was luke warm, the ice cream was completely melt and half of the wings were so hard I could not even bight into them, really disappointing and terrible service. On top of this I had other food in the car I picked up for roommate and that sat out forever also. When l contacted bww all they said is they would look into it, well they lost me and my household as regular customers and I already found out lazy jacks has great wings and better service and its worth checking out. Updated 6/8: The manager of this store contacted me and tried to replace the whole order with about a 1/3 of the items I ordered and I laughed and refused and sent her a message saying that I do not want a credit because I will never be returning. Went to eat with our entire family. They said that the wings were on sale so we ordered wings. It seems like they charge for everything that they can. They are really not that on sale when they charge for every and all items. Sauce for the wings, extra charge, sauce for the Pulled Pork sandwich, extra charge, order celery, extra charge. Here is the deal, I used to go there every Thursday with my family. We love the environment and on $.60 wing night we can feed our family pretty cheap. The issue is when certain management works. I have noticed when Matt the Manager works things are getting done. Peoples needs are being met, he runs around talking to tables, guiding his staff and making sure food comes out right and if it doesn't it gets fixed on the double. Nights without Matt working are seriously not worth going. We always have over cooked chicken, drinks we wait on forever, and we never have napkins or utensils. My recommendation is go when Matt is working and thankfully its nearly every night. Also advertise your specials better, this would get more people in for Happy Hour, I've been in there after 9pm and they have great specials, but no one in Bemidji seem's to know this, lost money in my mind. read more

Just spent $90 on a meal, three beers and two margaritas. The food was awful. Boneless wings so overcooked, they were impossible to chew. The sampler platter is a joke. The nachos were basically chips and jalapenos. None of the wings were very good for a place that supposedly specializes in wings. The skin on the bone-in wings was pale and flaccid. Obviously the cook either doesn't care or was never trained. The worst part of the entire experience was Taylor, our server. Rude, arrogant and condescending. One example was when we were done trying to eat and she finally came to the table. We mentioned that the sampler platter was disappointing. Her comment in a snotty tone was "why didn't you say something before?" We were so shocked none of us thought to reply with the truth which was that she had never come to ask how our meal was. So I went to Bemidji Buffalo Wild Wings last night with a group of buis to watch the Paul vs maywhether fight because we saw they were promoting it. (I always go in there with the mindset the service will be below average because it always is at this location) We arrived early to ensure we'd get one of the larger tables. Took 10 minutes for someone to even approach our table. Keep in mind there might of only been 20 customers there at this time. After our waitress finally brought us our first talk Busch lights she turned into a ghost (I referred to her as "Casper") any time after that we pretty much had to physically chase her down to get any other beverages or food. She would bring us a beer, not ask how we were doing and just leave emptied handed when there was over 25 empty glasses and endless trays of our finished meals. They also were on the wrong channel causing us to miss the first fight because we couldn't even find another employee to tell them to change it. There was a playoff hockey game on one tv in the whole establishment and the rest of the TVs had WNBA or dirt car racing on them. If they are under staffed it's one thing but don't promote a pay per view event when you don't have the employees to come close to keeping up with the service. Service was good! we were about 80% done with our burgers and my wife noticed something crawling in her sandwich. A small bug crawled out and onto the paper. We called our waitress over and she confirmed the bug and, stated that was gross. TERRIBLE HOSTESS! Myself, Mother, 75 year old grandmother and brother went to have lunch there and sit outside. When we asked to sit outside she said not even a hello, then when we got outside she seated us at a table right next to another group which does not follow the social distant guidelines espically when one of our party is in the main group the covid - 19 targets. So we asked if she could clean off a table that was 2 tables away which as a resturant hostess normally you would have no problem with that and be happy to accodate espically since one of the party like I said earlier is in the main group of persons who are greatly impacted by covid - 19 she verbally scoffed and walked away. Completely rude and quite frankly worrying for anyone over the age of 65 to go this resturant. Another disappointing night at BWW. We wanted wings the problem with their menu is that it really doesn't explain sizes and neither do the servers. You have a snack, small, med, large but they don't tell you how big each is. They also leave out that you can get two different flavored in a single order so I could have ordered a medium and paid about $13 but the waitress didn't bat an eye when we ordered two snack sizes because we wanted two flavors. For 12 small boneless chicken chunks we paid 18.79! I can get better chicken elsewhere thank you. read more
