I ordered 15 wings from Buffalo Wild Wings a week ago through Door Dash. When it arrived, there were only 11 Wings and there was a large green fly in one of the boxes of wings. The fly was still alive but couldn't fly because it had the Habanero sauce on it, so it was moving slowly and crawling all over the chicken wings. It was one of the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I was blaming the Door Dash deliverer for stealing my wings but now I'm not sure after reading some of these reviews. Worst BWW I have ever been to. We got seated in a booth that "leaked when it rains", and the service was SUPER slow. It took forever to get our drinks and forever to get our food. Our main dishes came out BEFORE our appetizers and everything was ice cold. We didn't send anything back because thought it would take another 40 minutes for them to warm the stuff up. I must add that there were a total of 3 other tables while we were there so there is no reason it should have taken so long and no reason our food should have been cold. Upon asking for napkins, we were told that they didn't have any....seriously? Not to mention the bathrooms were disgusting! If you're craving wings like we were, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I held off on writing a review for this establishment because the first time I attempted to go I was told at the door that the wait is over an hour even though the venue was at less than half capacity, because they were understaffed. With it being a weeknight, I was a bit confused, but I decided to leave and return another day. During my second attempt, I was told at the door that I should sit at the bar because there are only two servers and they are yet again understaffed on a weeknight with the establishment at less than half capacity. My partner and I sat at the bar and waited for over an hour, without being greeted by wait staff to have our order taken or to be offered a beverage. During this time we witnessed multiple waiters standing around and talking near the takeout area. I believe there is a very big issue with this location that should be addressed soon because I have gone to other locations and have had nothing but pleasant experiences (even on big game nights when the place is packed). My kids were complaining about being hungry while we were shopping at the Gateway Mall. I remembered going to Buffalo Wild Wings and figured the kids would like it there, espcially my 5 year old son. (sports restaurant). We were seated right away and the table was wiped down one more time for us. Once seated we waiited over 10 mins for the waitress and the place was not crowded. Of course she apologized when she came back, but my kids were not hearig that due to the hunger pains they were both having. We kept our orders simple, but got some of the food back COLD. I don't eat too many wings but I do try different flavors and types from time to time as I eat out every day and need to eat healthier foods. I do indulge myself at times and this Buffalo Wild Wings at Gateway mall is the best wings I've tasted . I tried other places but so far they are the best and the waitress are very professional. I have tried a couple other Buffalo Wild Wings but their wings were smaller and did not taste as good as the one at Gatwway. I do believe that any business has to earn my business and this one does. A different waitress gave me the food and so I ask her for the ketchup in the packs. She told me they do not have any...... I said then I do not want the food as I ask first. She then proceeded to get me the ketchup in the packs. I am usually firm at the places that I go because to many time they do not respect your requests. The location is convenient for anyone who lives in the Canarsie area. The service was pretty good and our server was very attentive. We had everything we needed and the service was fast despite there being a decent amount of people inside (I went on wing Tuesday for discounted wings :)) The space is quite large and there are huge flat screens everywhere, as most BWW's have. Compared to the TVs at the Atlantic Ave location, the TVs here are easier to see from anywhere you are sitting. Even at the bar, the huge flat-screen is positioned so that you don't have to break your next looking up while eating if you want to watch whatever game is playing. My wings were delicious of course. I ordered all flats (wings only) and some soda. (Would've tried their liquor but I was driving) There was a good amount of sauce on the wings since we had asked for extra sauce because the wings tend to come out on the dry side if extra sauce isn't mentioned.
