Went in for lunch it was not overly crowded. Server named Amy did not get the order correct. People who came in after us got their food. When the incorrect order arrived everything was cold. Manager was at our table quickly, very polite and made it right and comped the meal. Rush order to complete order never showed up for another 15 minutes. Server blamed the kitchen. We had a group of 9 - 5 adults and 4 kids. At the time we went, there was not a lot of people in the restaurant. We had the absolute worst service. We knew that the server was going to struggle so we ordered our food and drinks at the same time. We had 5 alcohol drinks and we only got 2 drinks in the first 15 minutes. It look another 15 min to tell 2 of the adults that they did have their drink; and another 15 to get the remaining 3 drinks. Our bill was so jacked up. We had 3 tickets and only one ticket was right. The other two were so jacked up. Missing food, drinks, jacked up food orders, and missing a SALAD for over 2hrs...basically an absolute cluster. The only good thing was all the TV's to SEE the Iowa game- not hear anything. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service, LONGEST WAIT EVER, unknowledgeable staff, and if you want more than 1 drink or a refill, don't count on getting it. read more

The BWW's in Burlington has the worst service ever. I thought perhaps it was just a bad night but it happens every time I'm in there. Wait on service for 20 minutes to get a drink, the people behind us got an appetizer but was never waited on for the rest of their food. We travel for work, which requires us to use DoorDash quite often, VERY disappointing to order food and not get the full order and have NO way to get it corrected. We ordered cheese curds and got no dipping sauce - that is clearly listed in the description. Also order carrots and celery with said WITH ranch - got none. My husbands food was inedible. We visited the Burlington Iowa BWs. There were 6 of us. Our waitress was a horrid hateful snotty wench. She brought the wrong drinks 2x. We asked her what was the deal and she was ver snippy and instead of answering us she screeched "well do you want to talk to my manager"! Umm yea! We told him the situation he was very polite and we asked for a new waitress and he complied. Our next waitress,Cort(ney) was a total upgrade! So friendly and energetic! I can deal with crummy food, not crummy service! The food was hit and miss. We ordered the Tailgate Sampler WINWIN! Super yummy! Had pita chips and artichoke dip jalapeño poppers chicken wings pretzel bread and queso! Also ordered Irish wedges,also good! I ordered pulled pork sandwich way way to salty. Hubby ordered 15 different kinds of wings, he was happy. Son 1 ordered Jerkchicken,liked but it was spicy! Son 2 had Chicken Flatbread had way too much celery(?) Almost every time ive been to Bdubs in Btown the service was LOUSY to say the least. Wings were meh not the best by the time we finally got our food. Had to ask server multiple times for drinks. They might as well not sit anyone ouside because they cant handle whats inside let alone what they sit outside and forget about most of the time. There wings dont hold much chance to Hooters wings or many other local businesses and neighboring cities. And 3/4 of them are tiny little wings full of cartilage. Wont be returning until we here better reviews of it. These people need to go take notes at what a real bdubs is like. Iowa City bdubs pits this bdubs shame. read more

Food is eh, waitresses are rude you basically have to beg for your food. Ordered two burgers and one came out uncooked. Waitress was very short and snappy seemed like anything we asked for annoyed her to the max. I have heard negative things being said about BW3's and I am very confused. I have been eating at different BW3's for over 20 years in several different markets. I have to say that this location has the best food of all of them. We have eaten here over 20 times since they opened and will continue to go back for great food, beer selection and atmosphere. Blah food that is over priced. If you get wings you must pay for dipping sauce, the food is slow to come. And while yes it's a sports bar it's so loud you can't even hold a conversation at your own table. Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite place to eat. The enviornment, the people is all amazing. The stuff is great. The servers take time to get to know you to make sure your visit is fantastic! The food is really good. I enjoy getting wings but i like to switch it up skmetimes and get a wrap or something new. But whatever i get its always good! Wish I hadn't suggested.... A friend of mine and I are fans of different football teams, with that being said we would not be able to watch both those games which went on at the same time unless at a sports bar. So I suggested that we visit the Burlington Buffalo Wild Wings location. When we arrived and were seated we asked if it would be possible to have the games played on tvs near us. The hostess went and got the manager who came over and explained that one of the games was available but due to the fact that there were 10 games that day at noon he could not show the other because of receiver restrictions. Ok not much can be argued with that. Apparently he takes requests for the screens early in the day. Then the waitress comes to take the order. There were less than 20 people in the entire restaurant at this time. We ordered drinks and a short while later ordered food. Twenty wings each, not a huge order for a place like that. Half an hour later another waitress walks up and asks what we ordered and that the order was put in for a different table. The food arrived 5 minutes later and was already cool. We ate some of the wings and asked for boxes. I ordered a soda and received it. Never was offered a refill. A while later I noticed one of the games was a huge blow out and I again asked why my game could not be shown to a response of "there are other people watching that game" to which my buddy said in a loud tone to the room "who is watching the niners game" the manager scolded him saying he was ruining other people's experience. Less than 5 seconds later there was a good play on one of the screens causing a group to yell loud in excitement. Did the manager go scold them? Nope just walked away. Side note the table had not been bussed in this entire time. Then a few minutes later the game my buddy was watching magically turned off. End all be all I will never return to this location. Terrible service terrible food quality. Manager needs reprimanded for running location into the ground. read more

I'm sorry to have to write a negative review but I'm hoping this will alert management to the disappointing service. We arrived around 4:30 to find the place fairly empty. It took almost 10 minutes for 8 of us to get seated, which did involve sliding two tables together. After 10 minutes we hadn't seen a waitress. Finally, she came for drink orders, which were fairly simple - lots of waters, some chocolate milk for the kids and a beer. After a long wait, one of us went to find someone to take our order even though we hadn't gotten our drinks yet. My son got a beer that was flat and had to send it back. Our food did come about 6 p.m. The food which was adequate, but not the best. Soggy wings on the bottom and fries that seemed to have been sitting for a while - some cold, some warmer. Maybe a mix? Our waitress didn't deliver our food but did check on us shortly after our food was delivered. When the waitress came with the bill, I walked right behind her to give her my credit card. After approximately 5 minutes, I went to another waiter to ask where our waitress was with my credit card. She finally appeared, apologizing that the computer was down, and we were on our way home at 6:30. 2 hours for a meal. Not acceptable! I do not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings, as it is my favorite restaurant, and this Burlington location restaurant is hands down the worst that I have been to. My friends and I (11 people) waited at least ten minutes for a seat in a nearly empty restaurant. Then, knowing it would take a while, we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. We waited 50+ minutes and watched a table of 9 that sat behind us after we had ordered eat, leave, and pay before even receiving our food. Mine had tiny nuggets as wings and no sauce, nor did the extra sauce I ask for ever come. Several people at our table watched the rest eat as theirs "wasn't ready". However, I watched the waitress talk to a table of her friends for several minutes without going to the kitchen, and many of us had completely empty glasses. Mind you, there was a max of four tables in the whole restaurant and none of the other waitresses attempted to serve our table. After waiting endlessly to pay, one of my friends asked for his change back. Clearly annoyed she wasn't getting the tip she hoped for, the waitress purposely gave him all pennies in return. Another friend was shorted $5. Needless to say, I left rather hungry and disappointed. Might want to skip to the next town's Bdubs if you want a semi-quality meal. read more

The reason for a BWs is to enjoy sports while getting served food and beverages. Granted the price is going to be a little higher than other restaurants nearby but you're paying the extra for the atmosphere. The times I have gone in the service has been sub-par, BUT, when I do go in, it is usually a very active environment due to the abundance of sports going on. read more
