This b dubs is definitely the worst one I have ever been to. Butte Mt doesn't have a ton a places that have wings and comfortable seating. So when craving wings our family keeps giving this place a chance. We always regret it. The waitress or waiter takes something off of our ticket every time we go here because it's always cold. The wait staff is definitely nice and helpful and you can just teen they are waiting for something to go back. this is the main reason for the bad review, is why did the Manager restrict the rockbot music? We were restricted to ONLY 80's and alt rock? I like plenty of other music than Queen or Seether. That was the part that truly pissed me off and made my experience awful. other than that, i've been coming to B-Dubs since opening and this was my worst experience. to start, we didn't have a waiter for about 15 minutes (?) and there was 4 of us. right as we were about to leave, we got served. it didn't look like a super busy night, but they looked SEVERELY underhanded. *take note, i worked in restaurants for 4.5 years. so, i totally get a bad night* after we got our order taken, our apps came out pretty fast, but our wings took much longer. and for some reason, they were cold and the waitress didn't bring one of the plates. turns out, a separate waitress "took" her order (or did she forget to put it in?). the wings were rather okay and so was the remainder services. Manger really sucks not going to lie. You need to hire more people if you can't cater to a typical Tuesday night, and quit restricting music. i sure as hell didn't pay $10 for credits to not be able to play any of the music i enjoy. really need to re-evaluate your company. read more

A group of 9 of my friends came in and were seated at 7 pm, a group of 18 came in 10 minutes later and orders were took after ours. Another group of 20 came in 30 minutes later. They all, including multiple tables around us who all ordered after us received their food, ate completely, and boxed up and left before we got our food. We did not receive our food until 8:30pm. We even asked the wait staff and management why we hadn't received our food yet, and were told it was being plated, another 20 minutes later we got it, most of our food was cold, definitely not fresh. read more

The best thing about this BW3 was the service. The food was either bland or too salty. While the food was served under par, our waitress was all over it. She made sure our drinks remained full, checked on us often and made recommendations on a light lunch that we were looking for. The venue itself was large and clean. This BW3 was very spacious and it could fit large parties comfortably. The venue also has a lot of TVs and a large bar area that can accommodate large parties to watch a Pay-per-view sporting event and/or to throw back a few drinks with co-workers/friends after or during work. If I had the choice, I probably wouldn't come back to this specific establishment and I'm sure I'll try BW3 again in the future. Again with the food, full disclosure would require me to state that I did not complain or mention the way it taste to the management or waitress. But then again, they never asked how it tasted. read more

I travel a lot and I always enjoy B dubs. However I visited this location for national championship college football game and I was hugely dissapointed. This was the worst service I have ever had at BWW. I ordered an appetizer that I never received. Waited 20 minutes for the waitress to tell me they were out of the beer I ordered then waited another 15 to receive the second choice. In an hour and a half i barely recieved a second beer. This place was not packed or super busy. The food was great but my whole group decided to go to a different sports bar to finish the game. read more

Food is good, not amazing.. Not impressed with how the business is ran when food is to go. Check and double check before sending the food out the door. I've gotten food from here twice on my way through butte, both times they forgot something. First time was not a big deal.. They forgot the sauces we ordered.. Ok so we don't have bleu cheese to dip our wings in.. We are bummed but not upset. Second time we stop on our way back home from a long trip, they forgot my sons dinner: mini corn dogs. We didn't find out till we got back to the hotel. We didn't find out until after getting checked in, and everyone ready to relax and eat dinner. By this time, it was late.. None of us wanted to get out and make the trek back into town to the restaurant. We called to see if they would deliver it out to us (it is their mistake, which we paid for) and no dice. They inform us the only way to fix it is to come in and pick it up.. An apology but really? We paid for a meal, there should be some sort of compensation offered or bring it into us. We did not go in and instead shared meals between everyone. Just check your orders, apparently this is an issue as it happened twice for us in the only two times we are there. Foodwise: last time we were there, lemon pepper traditional wings were pretty good, liked them. Bbq was good also. This time lemon pepper was too much lemon.. Couldn't get past one myself. Bbq was good. Quesadilla was nothing special, not bad tho. Kids enjoyed the soft pretzels and said they were really good. We will not be back.. Which is disappointing as it was an alright place for wings when you're craving it. read more

I have had to encounters this year with piss poor service from this place. On New Years' Eve at 3pm my family and I waited about 25 minutes at the front counter to be seated before we finally left. I counted well over a dozen employees milling around... caught a few glances but nobody acknowledge we were even there. We left and went to another nearby restaurant and was seated within minutes of seeing the hostess and food shortly after. On Friday before Mother's Day 2016 my family and I again (assuming that NYE was a fluke occurrence) went in to BWW and this time service started out slightly better. We were seated immediatly... recieved our drink orders and appetizer shortly after. Our food order had already been placed. My oldest son who is autistic started to have issues cause he was hungry. Our waitress was awesome as she kept checking back with us even in spite of us not having food and was checking on our food. After an HOUR of waiting our food finally emerged from the kitchen STONE COLD!!! I watched as several tables who were seated after us ate, paid and left well before us. After a brief discussion with the manager we comp'd us what we had already recieved and gave us a $10 gift certificate; like we will ever come back to use it. read more

Typical B'Dubs food which exceeds available alternatives in Butte. Excellent service and good value. They now have a loaded potato chip called a Big Joe, which is a sloppy joe barbecue stroke of culinary brilliance. We popped in for a quick lunch while traveling through on Super Bowl Sunday. It took forever (20min) to just get someone to come get our drink order. Jorey, our waiter, seemed like he hated his job. Not personable at all. We waited another 30 minutes to order our food. 30 minutes later we actually got our food. Other ppl who came in well after us got their food before us. The street tacos, wings, and frIes all came out cold. The wings were all dried out and leathery. Absolutely the worst BWW I've ever been to. I should have known better when there were literally 20 customers on Super Bowl Sunday. Literally 3/4 of the place was empty. Nearly $60.00 later, terrible service and food, and 1.5 hours of our lives we won't get back, we were on our way out of town. Definitely won't ever be going back. One of my best experiences at a BWW. We sat at the bar right before happy hour began and the bar tender promised to delay putting our drink orders in to make sure we got the special applied. Wings were the normal fair and neither better nor worse than any other occasion. The staff was just really nice and friendly and helpful. Stopped here while passing through Butte on a road trip and enjoyed our experience. The size of this BWW was huge, with lots of seating options. We quickly got seated and placed our orders. There was a mistake with my order, as I ordered fries with my wrap but was served with the chips and salsa instead. After flagging down our server, he was kind enough to allow me to keep the chips and salsa and bring me a fresh order of fries. I appreciated that he allowed me to keep both sides for the mistake. My husband ordered a burger and we both enjoyed our meals-tasted good and was served hot. The only thing I didn't like about this BWW was the bathroom which was very dark. Each stall in the women's restroom had a light above the stall, and the first one I entered became pitch black when I closed the door, as the light above that stall was out. Other than that, the experience we had here was good and I would return. read more

This place has really gone down hill. A couple of months ago I ordered a takeout order of wings only to get home and find out that they didn't put any sauce on them. Kudos to the manager....he sent me a couple of gift certificates as an apology. Last night I decided to give the place another try....only the service was absolutely horrible. One of the people I was meeting there told me he had to wait about 15-20 mins just to get seated (and the place was maybe 1/4 full). I noticed other people having the same problem as they were arriving. The waitress sat us down and was pretty quick at getting us drinks but when it came to the rest of the night she (GabbiL according to the receipt) she was all but non-existent. (We had to go to the bartender for silverware) I never got the soda I asked for with my meal. I brought it to her attention when she came back to the table (when we were almost done with our meals) and told her to forget the soda. We also asked for more water at the time and never got it. The couple at an adjacent table seemed to have the same trouble when it came to flagging down a waitress when they needed something. So I ordered food off of the BWW site for delivery because that's an option now. Upon delivery I got the complete wrong order. I called there to let them know what happened, an employee answered and immediately blamed door dash. He the proceeded to put me on hold to go talk to the manager... I was left on hold for 15 min he never came back. I tried to call back twice, no one answered, by my third call when someone finally answered I asked to talk to a manager, she said that she was the manager. I explained the situation again, she cut me off and said yeah I know I'm remaking your order now, I said okay well will I receive any sort of delivery status update or confirmations? She said no but that the food was going to be done in 10 min meaning it would be ready to leave the building by 745PM. Mind you I originally ordered at 640. It is now 9pm and I have nothing to show for the $80 of food I attempted to buy my family. I am INCREDIBLY frustrated with the poor customer service delivered. I would like a phone call to discuss the 2 colleagues I spoke to and to leave a terrible review for the both of them. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I don't think I will be visiting this establishment again..at least not until upper management reflects on current managers and their inability to deliver a positive customer service experience. read more

My husband and I visited BWW a couple of weeks ago and I was very disappointed in the salad. I called the next day and spoke with Valerie the manager and told her about my salad and she was so apologetic and sweet about it and gave us a food credit to use the next time we visited. This time I ordered the wings and was not disappointed at all...they were fantastic and our server was wonderful. At the end of the meal the manager (can't remember his name) came over and said that they would take care of the whole meal and he apologized for the last time we ate there. Now..I have to say that is the way you should take care of your customers. My husband and I will be going there again. Thank you. read more

Don was as good of a server as it feels to have to take a shit that you know is going to be diarrhea but you can't because you just sat down to take the ACT and you deal with it until you finally snap and just shit yourself and make a mess on the floor and everyone laughs at you.
