My husband had 15 wings (10 lemon pepper wet and 5 lemon pepper dry rub). I had 10 wings (5 lemon pepper dry rub and 5 spicy garlic). I made a yelp account specifically for this review. I was at this establishment at 7pm. And I just wanted to say that it wasn't a great experience! Food was cold, too many parties showed up. My server was passive aggressive with me! He had a table complain about him due to their food being cold and I had to speak with a manager! The restaurant was just overall overstimulating! The foodrunners seemed like they didn't want to be there and I could hear the kitchen staff yelling curse words the entire time I was there. As far as BWW this one is a really good one. Service is very good. The waitresses are very nice and always welcoming. This BWW is typically fast paced and has decent/short wait times - I don't ever wait a really long time for my order. It is usually very clean. It can be busy because of the location especially if a game is on/a Chelsea game/school event has occurred. They do a great job managing large parties. read more

Every time I go to this place I'm disappointed. You'd think I would learn. Service is slow, if they even serve you at all. Just walked In and was seated quickly, however that's where it ended. Dozens of servers walked past without greeting or checking on us at all. After 12 minutes with no one even speaking to say they'd be with us soon we left. I had a really good time here on Labor Day! We came in at around 8 pm. They were closing at 10, which made sense because it was a holiday. I looked up their hours and saw they close at 10 every weekday, and that surprised me. I just moved to Chelsea from downtown Birmingham and BWW was one of the most popular late night spots in the middle of Southside and their hours are the same. Our server was very kind and helped us patiently. I asked for no cheese or ranch on my burger and it came out with cheese. My server immediately corrected it, and the manager brought out my new burger with fries and told us he comped it. I was very satisfied with my meal. We had the worst experience last night!! Katie who claims to be the General Manager lied to us about her role! Denied a table for six because she wanted to seat her friends instead and split our party in two booths! She stared at us until my friend from Trussville felt completely uncomfortable and we left because she kept staring at us. She also told us that the people seated at the table were on a waiting list and restaurant was dead, and they waited in their car. I asked if I needed to call ahead to get a larger table and she told me no! Our waiter, Zach, was super apologetic of Katies behavior. Lately no matter where we go for food (Fast food or sit down) the service is lacking due to people shortages or just poor attitudes. On this evening we decided to go to BWW and it was the best experience we have had dining in months. We were quickly seated, the restaurant was clean despite being busy with football playoff guests, and our server introduced herself soon after we sat down. Gracie was our server and she did an amazing job all evening. She had multiple tables in the area that she was serving, but at no time did I feel like she was not attentive to our potential needs. However, with the busy nature of the restaurant and competing priorities for our server, there was an African American gentleman that brought out our appetizer so that it wasn't sitting and waiting. He was also very polite and helpful. At one point during the evening, I made a surprised face based upon something my wife and I were talking about and he saw my facial response. Thinking there may be something required to satisfy us as customers, he stopped by the table and asked if everything was okay. That is someone that is in tune with what is happening all around. I didn't get his name, but did also provide him with a tip upon leaving and thanked him for his service. Gracie continued to provide exceptional service through the evening. Upon leaving, I made sure to tell the floor manager/restaurant manager how great both of these employees were. Went to store in Chelsea Alabama. Ordered over $50 in food for takeout. The order was wrong, cold and person who helped us needs to rethink her career and go to work underground so she does not have to deal with public. Drove back to store (16 mile round trip) to pick up onion rings left off order and they were cold and soggy as well. This is second time getting takeout and its been wrong both times. When I report this to you, you want to give me 1000 points for my trouble? That will not even get a burger or chicken sandwich and you think that giving me half a sandwich makes up for over $50 in garbage food that went in the trash and about $20 in gas?? I got the triple bacon burger and asked for my bacon to be crispy (I've always ordered it this way and never had an issue). Burger came out and the bacon was chewy. Requested that they cook the bacon more, then someone came out and said it wasn't possible because of the thickness of the bacon (??). I then realized there was no bacon aioli on my burger, and waited to try to get the attention of the waitress. My boyfriend got the BOGO wings, and about halfway through he bit into a wing that was completely raw on the inside. He immediately lost his appetite and couldn't eat the rest of his meal. After about 20 minutes, the waitress finally came to our table, where I was able to request the aioli that was supposed to be included with my burger and I showed her the raw wing. She was immediately disgusted and said she would speak with the manager. I let her know we do not want a replacement, and that we would just like the check. Never saw the manager and nothing was taken off of our bill as an apology for the mistakes. I was disappointed in the way BWW handled the issues with our meal, and definitely won't be back for a while. Our waitress was kind, but that doesn't make up for the salmonella. read more

When I first visited Buffalo Wild Wing (it was over a month ago) I wrote a 1star review. They had just opened and instead of being their best, it was sub par. A family group of us visited BWW. I must say the meal was a drastic improvement. I have no complaints this time and the place has deservedly redeemed itself in my eye. My wings, regular Buffalo flavor was excellent. The hamburgers, fries, and onion rings were tasty and cooked properly. There was only one complaint regarding the Garlic Parmesan wings. It would be so much better if they always used fresh wings. I got previously frozen the last two times I went. The last time I only ate 4 out 10, you'd think the server would ask if I didn't like them. The frozen ones are really tough and have an off-taste.
