Went to lunch today with my family. Order my food was fine. Ordered my husband's food for take out. He got it home and opened it and it was Ty curry, never ever knew anything about this type of spice at BDubs. I ordered sweet home barbeque as I have done so for 24 years of being married to him. I told him just take it back they replace it. The waitress takes care of me and my family every single time we visit that location. My husband took order back and explained we got incorrect order. She immediately told him "No as soon as she said the order I put it in" She wouldn't replace our order even offering to give the incorrect order back. I also want to mention she seemed extremely overwhelmed, very short ((inpatient with us from the beginning... Not sure what took place before we arrived, still no excuse!! We are loyal customers visit at least 3-4 times a month. Will not be back at this location ever again!! To be made the way we felt was not nice nor kind. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. And PLEASE do NOT send me a response about how to take care of this and/or no gift card. Don't want anything from this establishment in Coleraine. Just make sure you have employees that value the customer's. No color to mention but she sure did make sure she made small talk with the older man that came in after me. So I tried ordering on the app and what I wanted was the "on line only" combo of 6 wings and potato wedges. The app wouldn't work when trying to pay for it. So we went to the restaurant and was told first off that we would have to wait 45 minutes! Keep in mind there was no one else in line to pick up anything and the restaurant wasn't busy. When we tried to order what was on the app, we were told that the combo was on app only and would cost more. Well let me say, how convenient!!! The app wouldn't work and we can't save money in store on top of waiting 45 minutes. If we ate in the restaurant we wouldn't have to wait 45 minutes so why are we waiting to take it to go?!?! If I could give this place -5 I would. My husband, my kid, a couple were friends with and myself went to this Buffalo Wild Wings a few weeks ago. They got these new kiosk things to pay with, and both husbands asked if the transaction went through because the kiosk had acted weird. And the server said that it did go through and that we were all good. We even gave our phone numbers for rewards and stuff. So the next day, my friend's sister gets a message on Facebook from the server saying that we didn't pay our bill at Buffalo Wild Wings last night. My friend's sister goes there and she's confused because she wasn't even there, and then wondered how did the server even got her contact information? The manager tells her that the husbands were recognized as people that come in a lot, and so they were given the benefit of the doubt. So they said "instead of calling the police the server worked with the GM to come up with a message to reach out on Facebook". The server messaged 4 people in total, 2 of them weren't even involved, but the server had looked on our friends fb page & found someone who looked similar to me and messaged them. How did they know one of our names? Bc we gave them our numbers for rewards and it pulled up a name from their system. The bill was a total of $77. So they're allowed to stalk you with your name or number & even if you check that your bill is paid, they can still threaten to have the cops called on you. The managers I dealt with were also awful and extremely rude. I did make a formal complaint with corporate and never did hear back from anyone. read more

When we were seated today, we were not told that the kitchen was running 1-2 hours behind. On a Wednesday. At 6:00. They continued to seat people. We didn't see much food being delivered to tables. After almost 1 1/2 hours we finally left without eating. Unless you have literally hours to commit wings, go somewhere else. read more

The staff here is great and I never have problems with food orders being wrong. My only minor complaint is wings being on the dry side from time to time. Ask for extra wet and you'll be fine. I love the patio outside when it's warmer. Recent changes to the seating has been helpful! read more

So about 4 months ago this place had the best street tacos in the Cincinnati area and they came out in an acceptable time frame. The past 3 times me and girlfriend have came here in the past 3 months it has taken 45 min for them to make 3 tacos and each time they came out luke warm/ cold. We will not be back. I Went to BWW Colerain last night with six of my family members. When we first got there, all was good, drinks were served, and we put in our order for appetizers. 30 minutes later no appetizers were brought out, somewhere in that 30 minutes We put in our dinner order. We ask the server about our appetizers and finally got them about 15 minutes later. After another 45 minutes to an hour, our food came out and we could've dealt with that just because that's how it is sometimes but on top of taking an hour for the food it was also cold. We talked to the manager and she asked us what we wanted her to do and I told her that we didn't want to pay for the dinner. It was terrible and she did tear up my bill for one appetizer, which is all I had. But all she did with the rest of the bills was give a 20% discount. I think it was a golden opportunity for her to really shine and take care of her customers. She should have not charged anything for the current dinner and given coupons for a future visit. I was really disappointed. Somebody should train these people on how to take care of customers to insure repeat business. We will not eat at that BWW again. read more

I've had a series of poor dining experiences here, mostly relating to a badly managed kitchen and an apathetic wait staff. Food takes far too long to arrive and isn't as ordered. They refuse to open the patio, even in 72 degree weather. Everything about this location clearly says that they don't care whether their patrons enjoy themselves or not. The service here to be honest is phenomenal. Carry out to bartender to server. Top notch. We placed an online order basic for pickup. Never worried about the timing of things. Was told it be ready in 6-7 minutes. Order comes out 6-7 minutes later. Everything looked great. I'm not gonna finger food for temperature but I should. 8 minute drive home and 3/4 of meal is arctic cold. Went in on 4/24 to spend time with my family and and share a meal to watch the UFC fight. I've always appreciated the draw and effort it takes to showcase the event at this restaurant. I was told it was a 40min wait so I agreed and sat to the side watching the preliminaries. As I scan the room there were tables in the bar and open seating available but I was told the tables were not available. As I politely asked why, I was told board of health regulations and every restaurant has them. I then asked what that meant as other establishments around you (Logan's and Quaker state ) who was not showing the fight did not have those in places. Than Seth your manager on duty approaches me and said I can leave. If this is how customers are treated at your establishment, I will gladly not return as it's really not worth being talked down or disrespected over a simple question as to What board of health entails. TERRIBLE PLACE ! Customer service sucks! It was suppose to be a nice celebration dinner with my finance, mom and my brother and we waited 2-3 hours for our food! They gave me and a close family member Salmonella Poisoning because the wings weren't cooked all the way through. I suggest you double check your wings before eating them make sure they were hot and fresh because mine were sitting & cold like they just left it room temperature & put sauce on it didn't give me the right dipping sauce either. The waitress was just rushing and getting the orders wrong and making people pay extra because she lost the change. I won't be here ever again. We have gotten take out from this restaurant many times. Never had a problem. Tonight we could not get an online order to go through for either their website or through the app. Called the restaurant and they basically said, they had received online orders all day and did not think there was a problem. When told that every time an order was tried, it told us to call the store directly due to some issues. Tried to order over the phone and was informed they would not give me the Thursday special over the phone. It must be done online, or come into the restaurant to eat(which is also funny since you used to be able to do this). With four small children(at nighttime) that is not an option. Highly disappointed in the customer service. Being a long time customer who has ordered NUMEROUS times, was a little surprised at the careless and completely unhelpful service. I'll get this out of the way first....I don't think its necessary to tip the "cashier" when I order take out. I don't tip the person at the fast food window or the person scanning my groceries. Idk...maybe I need to review my tipping policies but.... Now when you pay by credit/debit before you slide or tap your asked what amount would you like to tip (?!!?). This specific experience wasn't terrible - server was friendly, service was quick, wings were good, etc. But I'm always left with the feeling that it could have been better - especially for the price. Why are wings so expensive anyway? My biggest complaint is the lack of good beer choices. They have over 30 taps and only 2 were local. In a city with 50 breweries, I think they could do much better. I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings at this location. We were greeted, and sat promptly at a table by the hostess. While waiting for our waitress to show up we attempted to scan through the menu--I say attempted, because the menus were so sticky and gross on the inside that we had to use a wet wipe to dissolve them enough for them to openable. 10 minutes later still no waitress. Thankfully the wonderful hostess who sat us noticed that we still hadn't been greeted and came by to get our drink order. A root bear and a strawberry lemonade. 5 mins later we finally got to order. We ordered two medium boneless wings. That's it. 25mins later. No food. I decide to get a refill on the strawberry lemonade (one of the "specialty drinks" without free refills--fully aware of this fact) I ask for the refill but request that it have less ice. My first drink was 90% ice 10% lemonade. I get the refill and while it does in fact have very little ice--like I asked for it is also in a 30% overall smaller glass. Which they charged my the small amount for as the larger glass. Our food finally arrived-40mins after it was ordered. Normally any combination of these I would have shrugged off. But the final nail in the coffin for me was that our food arrived: COLD. Not just overwhelming late, but also cold to the touch. There was no heat to the wings, besides the sauce. It felt like they had been sitting out for a good 10-15mins. Not even lukewarm. Cold. We got to go containers (again from the hostess-because our waitress was no where to be found) packed up our food and finally got the check. I will never visit this particular restaurant again. And I will vocally recommend against it to others. I'd rather drive 20 mins. East the one in West Chester than get served cold food. When this one originally opened they had too many servers in training but now they are right sized with quality people. We were really looking forward to trying this newer location. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't on par with that of other reviewers. We had problems with cold food and rude service. That being said, the manager worked hard to help us. She seemed genuinely sorry and concerned about all the problems our table was experiencing. Hopefully her guidance can turn things around. Music volume is an issue here. They weren't very busy, and yet the music was extremely loud. We finally gave up on talking to each other since it was too hard to hear. Worst service ever! I was hoping for a nice quiet relaxing lunch. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come seat me, I waited another 10 before anyone came to take my order. While she took my order she not so kindly put her dirty dish tray on my table to do so. It's was covered in water and ketchup. I ordered a beer that was printed in their menu, not the drink menu but apparently it didn't exist. After waiting 20 more minutes for six wings a different waitress came out with my order but stopped to talk with a group of what appeared to be her friends before they left. About 5-10 minutes after receiving my food the manager came out to tell me that that the other beer I wanted had a faulty tap but I can order anything else. I chose this moment to relay to him the sub-par service I've been receiving. I also chose this moment to move inside based upon the amount of expletives coming from the adjacent table. This is when the harassment from the waitress who hugged her friends began. Based on how she was staring at me from across the room, not just glancing. Full facing my direction and pointedly starting at me. Then she would laugh towards me periodically as she would face me. Eventually she got bored of this because I wasn't acknowledging her but the audacity of it was astounding. The poor manager has a lot on his hands if this is how his staff acts. The food would be rated okay the wings were okay the best fast bar food could be. We went to experience the new wings place on Colerain. Not sure how this location stays open. Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Server was nice which is the reason for two stars, otherwise would have been one star. Food was terrible, boneless wings were cold and tough. Clearly had been cooked and was sitting in a holding tray in the kitchen. The potato wedges were slightly warm.
