So I just left and I'm super drained. The food was fine. Nothing special. The service is terrible. We spent about 2 hours there, and Our waitress only talked to us like 3 times. She didn't even take our order. Then we were waiting for her to get bills and water for 12 minutes. We called heather ( another waitress over) because our waitress gave us the wrong change and then heather proceeded to go and talk about my table in the service station behind our booth. The floor was very dirty where we were sitting. I ordered boneless wings and when brought out there was more than what I asked for. It was not aa good thing i was actually shorted on my wings. I hate to give such a low rating because it not the whole staff, but there is a lady by the name of brandy that works at the front desk and she is rude!! Twice now our orders have been wrong and when we say something to her she gets an attitude. She even slammed our food down because we asked to see if which is policy to be shown. Definitely in the bottom 5 restaurants in Cincinnati for service but in the TOP 5 for poorest attitude of the staff. Really can't recommend . The boneless wings are way too dry. Just not a good place to eat anymore. read more

I had high hopes for this newest location of BWW, having been a very good customer of the chain for over 20 years. It is a new building with a very different look and feel than any other BWW that I have been in. There wasn't much about the place that I liked however. The tables are too close together and believe it or not, the staff comes out with flashing lights and a Mr. Microphone to announce birthdays........... really? I thought this annoyance had gone away long ago. We ordered chips and queso dip which should be nearly impossible to mess up but the chips were sprinkled with SUGAR. We told our server who said that she'd look into it but she must have forgotten (it took so long that we actually ate most of it). She finally gave us another order and they were the same so that order didn't get eaten. A manager later confirmed our suspicions about the sugar and didn't charge us. The wings............... oh my. How hard can it be to shake wings in a dry rub? They came out coated on one side only so I rubbed two wings together at a time to try and even things out. This is a problem at all BWWs these days and I have complained to the point that usually I just order plain wings with the rub on the side so that I can coat them myself. When it came time for my check, I gave our server 4 bonus cards that had a hidden value of at least $5. She came back and told me that one of the cards had no value, which I knew was incorrect. After management got involved, they discovered that she had swiped one card twice and one of them not at all. They ended up giving me another bonus card and let me keep the one that our server hadn't checked. I paid the rest of my tab with a credit card to make it easy. The worse thing about the place may be the clientele. It's probably a good idea to avoid Tuesdays, especially later in the evening. They have police officers on site and there's been a fight at the location already. On a positive note, the managers were very good........ especially Tabby. This was my first time ever coming to this location, let alone dining in, (it was Sunday and the friends are with wanted to watch the game lol), but the service was great, my expectations were exceeded, our waiter was so friendly and went out of his way to continually check on us, but never crossed that "thin line" of annoying, ya know... I mean the booth/floor wasn't without crumbs that needed to wiped off, but I mean it's JUST bdubs (lol)! I would return to this location. read more

It's a wing place but the wings are terrible. Chewy, and tough with a sauce that smelled and tasted like feet. It was almost funny, walking around and noticing all of the half eaten and unfinished orders of wings sitting on the empty tables. The service was ok this time, but usually is pretty poor. Came here for lunch with maybe 4-5 tables full. Got our drinks and ordered. Ordered cheese curds as an appetizer and our meal. Appetizer didn't come out and then our food came out. I asked for blue cheese with my wings and I got ranch. told the food runner that our appetizer never came out and she told our waitress. 5 minutes later she comes out with our app even though we were eating our meal. I asked 2 people for blue cheese and waited 10 minutes. My waitress goes to another table and then passed mine and says "oh I didn't forget.... I mean I forgot to get your blue cheese I'll be right out with it." Another 5 minutes goes by and she brings me my blue cheese. By this point I don't even want to eat my food because it's cold. This place absolutely sucks. Took a buddy here for a cubs game and the food is way overpriced. Felt like I was being rushed the entire time, and when I mentioned it, it then seemed like I was not being served at all. When I asked if they had any specials on beer it was like I turned into an Alien. Its like the people working there have rocks for brains. i cam in for a delightful pre dinner snack with my friends and i was welcomed warmly at the front door. Seated right away, but service was slow to come. It took our waited at least 10 min to get to us. She was slow to come and a little rude when taking our drink then was on a shirt change and we revived a different waitress who was fantastic. service was still fairly slow but much better attitude than the first. read more

Definitely the worst service I've ever had. For starters we sat down and were asked what drinks we wanted. After ordering it took 10 minutes to receive them. We placed our meal order when we received our drinks. Our food took 20+ minutes to arrive even though it was an extremely basic order (soft pretzels, small order of wings, and cheese fries). My girlfriends wings were cold and the cheese on the fries were hard because of how long they sat for. So for the next 25 minutes we both ate off my soft pretzels as we waited for our server to come back so we can tell her about the food. After waiting 25 minutes she still didn't return, promoting me to seek a manager about the food. We told her the service and food were horrible. My girlfriend didn't want a new food order, just her food taken off the check. The manager said she would be that. Then when the waiter finally returned, we asked for the check. Took her another 10 minutes to get our check (seriously). When I received the check the food wasn't taken off it, just discounted. I told the waitress it wasn't taken off the check and she argued it was. I then explained to her that I did the math and it wasn't. She went back and changed it. She came back with the right one this time and handed it to and was very noticeable with her attitude. Basically I always give a 20% if not more, but this was the first time I didn't give a tip. I know how hard waiters work for tips, but that's the thing, they work for them. This waitress didn't. She deserved nothing, definitely not a job. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went here with 3 other people and we waited for our waiter to take our orders for 20 mins. Our waiter didn't check up on us at all. The food was complete trash. Our wings weren't saucy at all. They were really dry. My friend was given 7 wings when she ordered 8 and then they forgot to about her fries too. I don't recommend going here at all. read more

The worst service I have ever had at bw3.I had house salad and a peach smash and ranch dressing. My salad was dry I literally had to use 3 cups of ranch dressing to even get it partially wet. I was with other ppl they got 10 wings a piece which came up to 20 wings total and a top shelf long island ice tea and a pepsi also the other person had a mixed drink that cost 6.65. OUR BILL WAS A WHAPPING $67.10!!!!!!! This is without a tip !!!!!!!!!! I contacted the manager DAN or DON on 1/26/2017 @approximately 5pm I had been sick since I left yesterday. I even saw the manager pick his nose and walk straight in the kitchen GROSS!!!!!!!!!!! I was like where is he going to put that" booger"?
