The online ordering system suggested my order would be ready by 10:20pm until I submitted my order--then it told me my order would be ready an hour later, at 11:20pm. Well, I'm flipping starving and I have a shop full of hungry men looking to eat, so I think to cancel the order before it gets cooked... Nope, not an option. So I call. I've been on hold for 42 minutes...my order will be ready 48 minutes from now, so as time just keep ticking away I ask myself, "do I cancel now?" I wonder if that was the purpose of keeping me on hold... I ask my partner if I can use his phone... same thing happens. Ray was genuinely the best host/server I have ever had at any point in my entire life. From the second we arrived to the time we left he was the most kind hearted and attentive server you could ever ask for. Truly words cannot describe the level of joy he brought to my life through my time here. I will never forget him and if I was rich enough I would hire him to be my best friend. We've been coming to BWW off and on for years now, and the food/service has been hit and miss the entire time. It's never been 5 , but it's been passable. Tonight, it was just disgusting, with equally terrible service. The appetizer had a hair in it, the wings were dry and looked like the cracked old heel of an 80 year old foot, and the sauces were coagulated and lumpy. The server never once said thank you, and we had to hunt her down to ask for each refill of our sodas. She seemed like a genuinely miserable person...made me feel just sad. Online order pickup, scheduled for 3:40 pickup time on 2/12/23, at this location was absolute chaos. There was a very long line of people, just waiting for their pickup order. There was just one guy (his name was Elias or something, apparently new) telling people to get in line while helping people seated for dine-in. Even when no one was coming in to dine in, he just stood there without helping people in line for pickup orders. Finally, people started asking him about their orders enough that he started "checking in" people in line for the online orders. When we finally got to "check-in" we were told that it would be 1 hour and 30 minutes before our order was ready. When I said "but we made an order online for pickup right now", he just said that it's just going to be what it is and we will have to wait. No apologies or 'sorry for the inconvenience' was uttered. There was a guy that came up saying he placed an order yesterday, he got the same message - he will just have to wait. Again, no apologies were uttered. Then a female employee (Jordan) came out and started saying that one of the fryers broke down this morning, hence the wait - again there was no apologies from this employee either. We then asked why take online orders with designated pickup time? Why not prioritize getting the food ready for online order commitments? Then Jordan became very defensive and rude. I asked for a manager or the owner of the franchise to speak to, then Jordan impersonated a manager and said that she was one. When I asked Elias later, he said that the manager was a guy named Jason White and that he was too busy to come out and talk to me. So either one or both of them lied. When we asked for them to cancel our order right then and there, Elias said something about 7-14 days for it to happen and gave us a receipt, which we assumed was the cancellation of order confirmation. When an employee (vanessa) next to him asked him what he just gave us, he said something to her that indicated that it was not the confirmation of order cancellation. So I asked him to give me the confirmation but he refused and said that it will be done when "she" can get to it. After this incredibly rude and unhelpful encounter, I told them that I would reach out to the company to give feedback, Elias said in an incredibly condescending and rude manner "good luck honey". I am going to report this experience to Better Business Bureau. If your company stands by this type of "service" from your franchisees and employees, I have serious doubts about your company's integrity. In fact, looking at the track record of this place's ratings here and on google suggest that it's a persistent and consistent problem that neither the corporate nor the franchisee care to remediate. Where do I begin waking in the place was just a mess! The first red flag was when are water had parts of food in it. It seemed that they were under staffed everyone seemed over whelmed including the supervisor. The appetizers arrive 1 1/2 later but felt like they were sitting under heat lamp for at least 30 minutes. No forks we were stuck there for 4 hours bc slow food,slow service,took forever to get the check. On top of all of that I woke up with an upset stomach throwing up there old food. Yesterday was my 2nd time at BBW. The first time being a late night end of season sports team dinner and I didn't eat much but I had forgotten how bad what I did eat actually was. I won't forget again. The kids choose our lunch spot yesterday and even they claim it was terrible and a waste of a meal. We actually should have turned around and headed out the door when we all noticed how dirty the floors were as we were waiting to be seated. A wet table rag was also hung over the wooden menu holder on the entry half wall and stunk up the waiting area like nasty gym socks. Then the hostess mentioned needing to wipe down a table real quick and we would be seated. Thankfully she used a different rag? But my brain was yelling "leave". I should have listened. Our server was young, very friendly and attentive. She seemed truly happy to be there. But that is the where the positives ended as our order was wrong and the food was really bad. The boneless wings were cold, dry, and hard. Then had warm sauce poured on top. Not coated. Just on the top of hard brown coating. Really too gross to eat and they should be embarrassed serving them. The wings, having came out wrong the first time, were actually steaming hot the 2nd round but over cooked as well. My husband and son who can quickly turn a pile of wings into a pile of bones, left 1/2 uneaten with zero interest in a to go box. I asked for a water towards the end of our meal and it came with a straw already in it? Our other original soda drinks came with a paper covered straw on the side. Let's start with the nasty. This is the grossest place I have dined it. There is not "probably" - this is DEFINITELY. When was the last time they cleaned the floor? The walls? I wish I could post videos here because I would show you all. Why did we stay? We had a very hungry toddler and a gift card. The latter landed us here in the first place. Walked in and it was empty, however once we sat down there was a huge wave of people who started to fill the room. There were only a few waitresses and I felt so bad for them, it for super busy out of no where. However our waitress might have been busy, but she was really friendly, always made sure we were okay, was quick on refills and did I say friendly?! Sat at the high top for 20 minutes without nobody saying anything , except one waiter complimented my boots but that was it. So after 20 minutes I ask if we can sit in the dinning area to maybe get service, hostess apologizes and seats us in the dinning area. So I decide to write my review after this reviewer, Jeff C, coz his reveiw was first formed on October 18th 2011. Hubs and I was here on Thursday October 20th 2011. Was here for dinner. Time was 17:45hrs. Man, inside this establishment was jam packed since I heard this BWW just opened their doors this week at the Stapleton neighborhood. We were "swift" to be seated outside, aka their patio. Thank GOD, there are "ceiling" heaters since I forgot to bring my sweater that evening. Our waitstaff aka server her name was Jennifrer M. Our Table is number 430 as stated in the receipt. There are many more patrons seating outside here, I guess its more for the families who have little kids or prefer to dine out away from the "crowds". Since I have been to one BWW in Brighton, CO.. I decide to choose the same things of Roasted Garlic Mushrooms ($3.00) and Mango Habanero Wings (6 pieces)($8.99). and a order of Thai Curry Wings (6 pieces)($8.99). As for Hubs he opt for Chili Cheese Dogs with Fries what they call their HOT DOG SLAMMERS ($7.28). As for our beverages we opt for, Hubs order was Huckleberry Lemonade ($2.99) while I had the Mango Lemonade ($2.99). Then after we ordered, Hubs turned around to look at the big family who did some kind of challenge. Hubs then ask the waitstaff if he can do and enter the challenge. So all our food came, and since Hubs decide to do the challenge and he does not want to fill his stomach, that makes his food cold. The WING challenge is to eat 12 wings which they coat with their HOTTEST SAUCE aka "THE BLAZING". This challenge you have to eat all wings no napkins, no milk, no water, no wiping your mouth or lips whatsoever and you have to finish eating ALL 12 wings in 6 minutes. You signed a waiver before you enter this challenge. So all in all Hubs managed to ate all the wings for the challenge and he finished it in 4 mins or so. The waitstaff told him he was the first for the store that finished the challenged in that time. "Misleading Informant". Oh well, whatever it is, Hubs told me, the chicken wing challenge, was A-OK. There is NO HEAT what so ever and he does not mind returing to make another challenge in the future. With that, Hubs got a free meal of the wing challenge, a free Tshirt and a head band. So a personal note, for me in the future. In case Hubs wants to take another challenge at another BWW or any other place for that matter, please make sure he took the challenge first before ordering any other food, so he wont get or his food wont be cold. PERIOD. Oohh, while we were there, I ask the Manager if he would be so kind to switch one of the TV channels to FUEL TV. He was so nice, and he did change one of the TVs to Fuel TV channel. Then why the 3 stars? Coz I think at that time we were seated outside. I enjoyed eating the stuffs I ordered but the Thai Curry Wings (1.5 star ONLY) was a letdown for me. I still like the Roasted Garlic Mushrooms and the Mango Habanero wings. Perhaps next time when we would like to come, either for lunch or earlier hours of the day. Nothing about this place is appetizing, from the dark, dirty interior to the way the AC was cranked up to sub-zero to the terrible service to the inedible food. Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded (hopefully potential customers had read the negative reviews and decided to stay away), the food took forever to get to our table and came at different times. My partner took one bit of his chicken sandwich and didn't touch the rest. The chicken wings were cold and dried out and my salad had no flavor. Poorly managed and a total rip off. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had in years. We had to wait several minutes to be seated, before a hostess even approached us. Once seated, our waitress was nice enough. However we ordered a small order of wings and some fries and had to wait nearly an hour for them to arrive. Once they came, the wings had barely any sauce and they were cold like they came out of a fridge. We sent them back and eventually got our order back. Considering it's a chain, they have consistent food and service. They always have "the game" on, or what your looking for on tv. They can customize your wings the way you like them, and the staff is always pretty nice and friendly. Ohh and they have lots of beers on tap and drink specials We came for lunch one day and it wasn't too busy. Our waitress was friendly and smiling. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I've been coming to this BWW a couple times a month for the last year or so. I've never sat in the dining area and usually sit at the bar, so I was surprised to see all the posts bashing the service. Go sit at the bar, When I'm there usually Kori or Corey are working and are wonderful to deal with. They remember you and what you drink. They're constantly chatting it up with their customers and are probably the main reasons I drop in for dinner sometimes. I've never had any issues with the food as it taste consistent with every other BWW. Come sit at the bar, give Corey/Kori a high five, watch a game, and enjoy some wings and a beer. read more
