We had a very disappointing experience at Chili's on Wednesday, March 25. Between 8:00 - 8:45pm Lori never checked on our table to ask if everything was okay, never asked whether we needed refills, and our drinks sat empty for far too long. My husband ended up asking another server for refills so I could finish my food. We also repeatedly saw Lori go into the kitchen and stay there for extended periods of time while multiple tables were left waiting. It was not just our table experiencing poor service. The tables around us also appeared frustrated, and the disappointment was clearly visible throughout much of the section. When we needed to-go boxes, Lori ignored us, and we had to get help from a different server. We also had to flag her down just to get our check. We should not have had to rely on other staff members for basic service throughout the meal. Chili's already has enough to worry about without service like this making the experience worse. read more

I was so excited for that as we were pressed for time but we got seated right away, our server was prompt and his suggestion for my cocktail - frozen margarita was right on point!!! Stopped in to try the 3 for me and had a great dining experience. Our server Alex was fantastic, personable, attentive and genuinely enthusiastic. Definitely worth the 50% we left for him. Chili's has been around forever but you almost forget how good it is. Lots of options and reasonable prices! Absolutely have to get the Tripple Dipper to share, but this time I was really craving a burger! I usually just get the TD as my main entree but decided to switch it up and it did not disappoint! I'm only giving two instead of one stars because the burger I had was pretty good. I noticed my issue after I'd eaten unfortunately. I got the $11.99 burger deal that comes with an appetizer and drink. I wanted a side salad. They were sold out so I was forced to get soup instead. The burger and fries were fresh and well made. Very big portions. I asked for a blackberry iced tea. It was tasty until I felt something in my mouth. There was hair in my drink. I was completely disgusted and even more grossed out that I'd been eaten all my food by the time I got to the hair in my drink. I won't be back. It had been years and years and years since I've been to a Chili's. Their location that we visited was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. We were served and greeted quickly from an experience standpoint, it was pretty good. My four-year-old devoured his chicken tenders and corn from the kids meal because he was really angling for one of the mini chocolate lava cake things which he did end up getting. My friend and I split an order of french fries and the southwest eggrolls both were fine and you know didn't really knock me up away, but they were fine. I did think his chicken tenders were very good. The lava cake was nothing to ride home about. I mean, it definitely tasted of Cisco Shamrock microwave but I mean, I think that's what you get for the most part Overall, I will go back again although I'm not in a rush. read more

Background on me and my family we grew up in Texas as kids so we grew up eating out at chili's. I've been in Portland, Oregon I think like 25ish years now and they inexplicably closed all chili's like 15 years ago or so. So when I get a chance to go in other states I will. 2 days ago I was with my sister at this particular chili's and we knew this would be her pup's last day. I don't think the outdoor seating was technically open this time of year cause it's kinda cold in Colorado, but when I asked the manager washed an outside table for us. We sat outside and we gave her as a last meal an entire cheeseburger and 3 chicken crispers. It meant the world to us that we could giver her that as a last meal so thank you Apologies if we seemed like weirdos. Sitting at the bar, it was apparent that the bartender was new. He was incredibly friendly and try to provide the best service as possible, but he also seemed overwhelmed and busy. What was shocking to me was the amount of employees standing at the host stand, including the manager with the highlights not helping out or lifting a single finger to relieve the employees from a chaotic mess. Most of the dirty tables around us stayed that way even after we left, which was the reason why we didn't stay because of the mess. Tried the newer Northfield Chilis! About 30 other people eating on an average Thursday night, service was quick and restaurant very clean. Was told I had to order my beer from the bar and bring it to my table which was odd but nonetheless food was on point. Tried the infamous triple dipper and the smokehouse combo. Ribs were surprisingly good and fell right off the bone. Jalepeno sausage and Nashville chicken tenders were also juicy and had decent heat. Prices are hard to beat for the amount of food even with inflation hitting restaurants hard. read more

I am in love with Chilis triple dipper I just need them to do it right each time My serve was just okay. She was nice and attended to my needs but did not do anything memorable. However, I'm always okay with a nice serve it's always appreciated. I order the honey chipotle crispers, the big mouth bites, and for the first time Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. Everything was tasty but could've been more hot and fresh. I'll chalk the temperature up to the fact that it was a Saturday and they were busy. The honey chipotle crispers were perfect as usual although one of them were skimped on a little sauce. The big mouth bites are just thrown together. The cheese is not melted and you can tell the patty was unseasoned. I love the sauce on it, and you know they can taste so good, that's why it was so disappointing they were done so wrong this time. I was highly impressed with the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. I had the regular sticks last time I tried the triple dipper and they were really gross. But these were so gosh darn tasty. I might have packed an extra roll on my back with all the oils and fats that came with the sticks but it was well worth it! I also ordered the skillet cookie which I think they overcooked some, for the first time I could say I wasn't a fan of a skillet cookie. Service: I would give 4 stars. For there 2nd day in business they did pretty good, but forgot our appetizer. The waitress realized this after we got our food and took the appetizer off the bill. They're full staffed which is nice to see. The manager is present and making sure food is going out to the tables fast and drinks aren't sitting at the bar to long. Food: the food is consistent with other Chili's. I wouldn't give it 5 star food, but nice portion sizes for the price. Ambiance: being day 2 it's very clean and it doesn't look like other chilis. I have not been to a Chili's in about 10 years until last week. I visited this location twice in the past week after the first visit went so well. I had the baby back ribs with fries on the first visit and a burger on the second. The food was tasty and we had the same server on both occasions. He was very knowledgeable about the food, never let our drinks run out, and got our food out in a reasonable timeframe. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and it wasn't too loud. Ordered takeout to bring home and everything went well at curbside pickup. We had the Santa Fe Salad and Honey Chipotle Crisper Combo and a bowl of the potato soup. Every single item was toooooo salty, from the chicken in the salad to the heavily cheesy potato soup. Maybe these types of restaurants aren't my thing anymore? Even so, the fries were so salty, I couldn't eat more than a few of them. They were absolutely coated in salt. I used to go to Chili's a lot with my dad when I was younger, but I really don't remember everything being this salty. I was looking for a refreshing salad tonight but even that was too much. I might come back to watch sports and have margs with my partner or something but not sure if I'll be ordering takeout anymore. read more

Chilis is the king of consistency. No matter if I eat them in Colorado, Texas or New York you know what you're going to get every time. That's not to say the food isn't good though! The updated menu since COVID has some really great choices and the portions are almost always amazing. My one gripe with the portions is when it comes to the smokehouse combo and the ribs. In both cases the portions you get never match the sizes you see on the ads, usually just a few pieces of each of your chosen dish or 2-3 ribs. This location is brand new so it's service was a little lacking, they didn't refill our waters til we asked a couple times and our drinks came really slowly from the bar. They forgot one of my sauces though and our server immediately ran back to get it and bring it to the table. The location itself is really nice and well setup with big tables and a good separation from the bar area and the main restaurant. I wish there were more TVs as the couple they have can only be seen well from right in front of them. They also need to work on the airflow because it was warm in there! Overall, it hits all the marks for a chilis but as it's brand new it has a few kinks to work out! Still we've been there four times since it opened and it's better every time. read more

Staying at the Marriot next door. Thought it would be a quick meal and go. The Asian lady--suki? at the bar took my drink order and dropped a menu off. No greeting/no communication. Took my order and walked away. When it was time to go. I asked for a to go box for the remaining sandwich and some of the leftover chips. Instead I was brought a togo order of chips and salsa. She then had plenty of time to entertain her friends at the bar. I finally went to the hostess stand and asked for a box. She then said I could have brought a box. Advised that I asked for one from her and now the host was bringing me one. I advised that I just wanted to leave and cash out. No customer service skills whatsoever. It isn't hard for a large group of people to find something on Chili's menu to make them happy. From mild to wild their Tex- Mex style has a few twists and turns to choose from. I can't order anything beside the beef fiestas even though the ribs are great. Our group of six was seated in minutes and served promptly. The lobby table and bathrooms were nice and clean. This is the 3rd time we have had Suki (I believe that is her name) bartender,she is beyond very rude. 1 time asked for chips to go, she threw them at us. 2nd time had to asked 3 times for area to be wiped and for waters. And this time she was very rude and ignoring us. Went to have a drink and get food to go, was there almost 2 hours . Our Margaritas were also horrible. I was staying at the Marriott across the street and went here twice during my stay. While the first experience at lunchtime was good enough my return in evening was terrible. The bartender was rude and took forever to get order at bar because she was spending all her time talking to her friends at bar. Food was as expected from Chiles but the service was awful - I suggest you're better off going three blocks west to several other restaurants and bars, much more friendlier and worth it read more

Really bad customer care/service, waiters a rude and unprofessional. I came in with a party of 10 (called ahead to give them a heads up) when we walked in they sat us but then said they had to move us, with an attitude, because I had a baby and needed a slig. We sat there for several minutes watching other orders being taken, water being given and we got nothing. We watched as 5 waiters stood pointing at our table WITH a manager all refusing to service us. I even heard a young girl say, where's the table of 10 with the baby they're talking about. So we got up and to leave because we felt extremely uncomfortable and uncared for. As we left a waiter by the name of Nicolas told us he was so sorry, and offered us drinks to go on the house but we refused and thanked him kindly! He was the ONLY one that was professional. Managers should not be having conversations about "refusing tables" in front of customers. I didn't ask to move tables...I was told I had to. If your waiters can't handle a party of 10, then you step up and take it! Or have you waiters switch sections! We went to another Chilis and got 9/10 service! After ordering my food online and waiting till it was time to leave to get to the restaurant at the recommended time, I got into my car and found that my cars battery was completely dead. I called the restaurant and spoke with the understanding employees who told me to just be safe and get my car taken care of. I told them that I appreciated that and they could just enjoy the food. To which they replied, let me put you on a brief hold to see what your options are. When the employee came back she said, I don't want your food to get cold so please take care of the car issue and when you are on your way give us a call and we will remake your food. 10/10 customer service by these employees! We went for a nice Friday Happy Hour at the Central Park location usually Chilie's as a company have nice options on the food. I guess each Chilis does a different menu. Our server was ok small attitude, we ordered our food it came out not hot or warm within 10 minutes interesting what came to mind was how long as the food sat in warmer etc. We ate not good bare minimum taste. I will say the drinks were good. As we were getting ready to pay our server gave us the payment kiosk we were preparing to pay and this other young little immature server came over to our table grabbed it and was like oh I'll be right I need this ..our server saw this got the one from the table literally next to the table the other server took ours. Then we got home and figured the food was old we went straight to the restroom stomach ache and the runs. I will never ever go back to this Chili the customer service wasn't it read more
