What stands out most about this Raising Cane's location is their spacious outdoor patio and stellar customer service. That and my partner missing the turn into their parking lot and ending back up on the freeway. The location is SO new that the directions on Google Maps were inaccurate. I ordered a basic box combo with chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a fountain drink. It was a decent amount of food. Wasn't impressed by the flavors. Had the chance to stop in to the newest of the Raising Cane's near us. The vibe is fun. It was busy the night we were there. So to find the employees up for the challenge, looking like they were having fun makes it a special experience. The chicken is very good. Tender and flavorful and generous in size. This was probably the slowest drive thru from a canes I've been to in my life. It wasn't even that busy (Monday afternoon) and the drive through had maybe 5 cars in front of me. It took me around 30-40 minutes to get my food. Now the food was average, but everything was soggy and tasted old. I've never been to a worse canes in my life. Been to the green valley ranch canes a bunch of times and never had problems. The chicken is very well cooked! But has absolutely no flavor. It has a very nice crunchy breading and very juicy meat, but surprisingly bland! No saltiness. No herbs and spices. Nothing. The canes dipping sauce is an absolute necessity. It has all the flavor. A spicy version would be nice. The crinkle fries were nicely cooked. Crispy outside with a nice fluffy inside, but again, under seasoned. Now the Cole slaw is delicious ! Taste like a classic slaw my grandma would make!! The side of toast is also A+ The service was immaculate!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The dining room and patio are beautiful!! Very clean and welcoming! Did the dine-in option, ordered their Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, Cane's sauce, Texas Toast, coleslaw, and a 22 oz drink. Once the surrounding area becomes more developed, this place will be a sweet spot for a quick dine in lunch or quick dinner place. I've been there a couple times. 60% of the time my orders right but there always those times when it wrong. I would just double check before you leave that your food is correct. Whenever going through the drive thru the girls on the speaker box are always rude especially when you make adjustments to your combos. Also if you're looking to get a bang for your buck go inside and eat inside. They put way more fry's when you eat inside. The inside is pretty clean and I've had no issue with ordering Inside. Also if you're reading this review and it's 30min before they close please don't go. I understand your hungry and want food but the staff need time to close there already there for longer that normal fast food hours for your convenience so don't inconvenience then by ordering 5min before they close. Food adjustments - You can sub out any side for another side(even for more cane sauce) Ex. Okay, so I know I'm writing a review about a fast food place, so I really shouldn't expect much. BUT... my friends and I got in really late (this was last week) whilst on a trip to Denver. We wanted to see the Mile High Stadium (worth it!), so we took a trip out here and no palatable restaurants were open, so we had to settle for the not so stellar Raising Cane's. Unfortunately, we spent a good bit of our money here when we've could've easily gone to In-N-Out. The service was a 2/5, with the server mixing up our drinks by accident. I wasn't going to drink after every person. After we had figured out our drinks, we didn't drink it at all. If we knew this would happen, we'd just get the combo meals. The ambiance is pretty rushed. This location just before the exit to I-70 was pretty busy at dinnertime on a Wednesday evening. The line moved about as fast as I expected, which is to say, not very fast, but that's the nature of a popular drive-thru. The service was friendly and I noticed both heaters AND fans under the overhang where cars stop to place their orders, which is a thoughtful touch for Denver's weather extremes. I was lured to Raising Cane's by the siren call of the diehard fans, but the food was such a letdown. The chicken itself was good quality but totally lacked flavor. Not a spice or a seasoning to be found. I literally Googled "Is Raising Cane's White People Chicken" after tasting it. The crinkle cut fries tasted just like the ones you'd dump onto a tray and bake at home and I think you can actually get *better* texas toast out of the freezer section. Props for using crushed ice in the drinks but I wouldn't even have gotten a drink if the structure of the menu didn't basically force me to order a combo. If you like Raising Cane's, come here. I'm sure you'll be satisfied. If you've never been to Raising Cane's, head to basically any other fast food chicken place instead. This is not it. read more

First of all the food was just OK. The I assume "manager" was outside in the drive through literally YELLING at his employees inside through the window. He was heavier set with dark hair and Tatoo's on his right arm and probably left too. Totally not something to hear while waiting for food. So rude. I'd be surprised if anyone comes back to work. Can't really rate anything but the menu so I gave it 3 stars for a middle of the road. My complaint: only combos are available. I didn't want a drink or Texas toast, only a couple pieces of chicken with sauce. I was told that's not possible. There are "add-on's" of single chicken pieces, but I assume that is what it said; in other words it must be added on to an order, not a stand-alone. Only large family orders, catered orders, and individual combos that included a drink were on the menu. So, I left. Too bad. I am a huge raising canes fan. I was a frequent customer when I used to live in Las Vegas and when I moved back to Colorado I was so happy to find one in the green valley ranch area. Is it a bit far from my house? sure but the food is worth it. Now when I heard about the northfield location opening (5 minutes away from where I live) I was beyond excited. Well it's now been a couple months since they have opened and EVERY TIME (I'm not exaggerating or being dramatic legit every time) they mess up my order. At first I thought it was the jitters of opening a new store and training staff. But it's now going on I believe 4 months....and yet there are always inconsistencies. Which also really sucks when you go to the in-n-out which is right next door and they opened after canes did, their customer service is phenomenal. I don't know if it's the pay isn't good or if canes just hires teenagers that don't care but at this point I guess I'll make the drive back to the canes in green valley ranch. read more
