Terrible, waited for 45 minutes to be seated after being told that we would be seated in 10 minutes. Got our drink order wrong. Just terrible service. One of the worst dining experiences I've had. Bartender appeared sick and coughed loudly on my beer while pouring. Can't cover your cough while holding a glass and pulling the draft lever. Tried to just write it off and give benefit of the doubt. Ordered food, buffalo chicken dip and bone in wings. Buffalo chicken dip was warm at best and bone in wings were cold. I had asked for a side of hot dipping sauce to go with my wings. When I told the bartender the wings were cold and I wanted a box so I could go back to my hotel and microwave them she laughed. She brought a box and said she gave my hot sauce to someone else and would be right over with a new one. Did not seem concerned with a customer having a poor experience and poor food. Appeared several other customers were also frustrated with food coming out exceedingly late from the rest of their parties order. My drink and several others drinks went unfilled for 5-10 minutes. (I was even asked if I wanted another beer, I said yes and waited 5 minutes before I was asked if I wanted another one again. I was a little disappointed when there was no hostess at the counter when I arrived. She came a seated me and I was watching and I realized it was just her and the guy at the bar for the entire restaurant. This place is a hit or miss, service varies, sometimes it's great sometimes it's awful, it's a matter of luck. I really feel like these chain restaurants should be a little better in customer service, the food is sometimes cold and sometimes fresh. There should always be freshness and great service. I come and go, unfortunately there's not very much options out here in ND so I can't help it when I crave some wings. It's okay. What a joke! We stopped in to have some lunch and watch some football. After we were seated it took 20 minutes before the server came and ask for our drink order. We didn't not see her the rest of the night. Then it took another 15 minutes before the manager came over and asked if we had gotten our food order taken. When we told her no so she took her order for us. It took another 25 minutes before we had to ask where our food was. It took another 20 minutes before food came out. Our appetizers never did come out. My son ordered boneless wings and they were the size of onion petals they were so small it was utterly ridiculous. I ordered a smoked brisket burger and it came with fries. My burger did not have any burger patties on it only brisket. The brisket was awful I could not eat it. The fries were cold and rubbery when they were set on the table. I couldn't eat them. I asked for a manager and she came over to the table and I told her how bad it was and how bad the service was and that we got no attention at all the whole time that we were there. We watched over a quarter and a half of football before food finally came to our table. It was ridiculous I will never ever come to this location again It's sad. Bartenders are courteous and attentive, food is enjoyable and plenty of tv's. What separates this place from the other sports bar in town, is there willingness to put customers choice of game on the tv's and not giving excuses why they cannot. They have the small olives that they put in your beer. Most places do the big olives and although it's an olive, and big, the small olives pack more punch and create a much better flavor. She took our food and drink order (just two of us) and 5 minutes later asked what I ordered again because she couldn't read her own writing. Been going to BWW locations around the USA for over 2 decades and have come across good and bad. This one was a bit of both. Love the layout with a very large bar in the middle with plenty of TVs throughout the restaurant. Regular seating surrounding the bar and a separate take out door and counter that does not interfere with dine-in customers (good!). Upon entry an employee came from the back within a minute and seated us promptly. Our server arrived shortly after and took our drink order. There is a beer/drink menu that is separate from the main menu, so if you need a drink list, ask for it right off the bat. Standard pour of my hefe and glass was cold. Took a little bit to get our order and the server was not in any hurry to get us taken care of, but I have had a lot worse. My boy had the kid's chicken tenders and fries with a Pepsi and I had the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap minus the Ranch and changed the sauce for hot. My order was accurate. The chicken tenders were warm and cooked just right. Plenty of fries on both of our trays. I give 4-stars due to the lack of attentive service, but would not deter me from returning. read more

Never wrote a review, but this one was bad enough to. Been here 3 times and each visit was a bad experience. My order was wrong on my first 2 visits, and on the third my wings tasted stale. Gave this place another try this evening. Sorry to report that I ordered a chicken sandwich and it had a funny texture and taste to it. It gave me a bad feeling, so I asked for it to be taken off of the bill. It was about the size of a slider fried chicken sandwich and I had taken 2 bites off of it (one of those bites was wrapped up in a napkin. The manager came over and said he would take 50% off the bill since it looked like that's about what I ate. So, sure I'll give you your $5, but that's the last dollar you get from me. read more

Went tonight, I walked in and either the air filtration system or fryer fans don't work anymore or the grease is dirty as hell. The bartenders were eating while standing at the end of the bar, kitchen staff came out to hug a couple of friends, apparently management doesn't understand management! One lady came to work and was pulling on the end of her hair to see if any were loose. Do that in the bathroom. Damn good thing they can't screwup beer that's all that was good, the boneless wings were terrible had one left the rest. Onion rings were cool when served. Thought this was the place to go for the first round of the draft pick NOPE. I would think the state inspector should show up soon. read more

The service at this place was terrible. Our party of 3 arrived at 9:30 pm on Thursday night. We were seated in the only remaining section open and there was only one other table there, already eating. Our server, Amber, came up to our table and before even finishing taking our entire order, volunteered that she'd been on duty since 9; her excuse for mishearing my drink order. Her excuse implied she'd been on duty over 12 hours... However after leaving, I realized that BWW opened at 11 am...wait, what? Anyhoo, Amber brought 2 out 3 of our drinks about 15 minutes later explaining that the taps were running really slow. Eventually my eldest daughter received her drink about 30 minutes after we arrived. However Amber didn't bring it over, the bartender did. Amber was nowhere to be seen. She eventually did emerge from the back to bring out my order of wings, explaining the rest would be up shortly. However I didn't receive any utensils, napkins or plates for my bones. Before she headed off, I asked her for another drink as well. When my daughters' orders came out about 15 minutes later, they were brought out by two other employees. Again Amber was no where to be seen. We had to get our utensils, etc from them as well. Two additional big parties were seated in Amber's section and she eventually came out to get their orders and of course lament to them as well that she's the only server on tonight... Then she breezed by our table without a glance (or my drink). We finally got fed up waiting for her to grace us with her presence and my eldest got up to go ask for the check. When she did present the check, she again stated she was the only server on... But I didn't feel this was a sufficient excuse. She spent more time either in back or talking to other employees at the bar or in other sections that were being cleaned, than providing service to guests. The food and drinks that we did get were actually good, but due to the poor service I had to rate this one low. No tip, which is rare for me. I put myself through college waitressing and bartending so I am usually an excellent tipper. If you're bad, I will only leave 10%...but there was no excuse for the poor service we received and thus Amber received zip. read more
