Went tonight, I walked in and either the air filtration system or fryer fans don't work anymore or the grease is dirty as hell. The bartenders were eating while standing at the end of the bar, kitchen staff came out to hug a couple of friends, apparently management doesn't understand management! One lady came to work and was pulling on the end of her hair to see if any were loose. Do that in the bathroom. Damn good thing they can't screwup beer that's all that was good, the boneless wings were terrible had one left the rest. Onion rings were cool when served. Thought this was the place to go for the first round of the draft pick NOPE. I would think the state inspector should show up soon. read more

The service at this place was terrible. Our party of 3 arrived at 9:30 pm on Thursday night. We were seated in the only remaining section open and there was only one other table there, already eating. Our server, Amber, came up to our table and before even finishing taking our entire order, volunteered that she'd been on duty since 9; her excuse for mishearing my drink order. Her excuse implied she'd been on duty over 12 hours... However after leaving, I realized that BWW opened at 11 am...wait, what? Anyhoo, Amber brought 2 out 3 of our drinks about 15 minutes later explaining that the taps were running really slow. Eventually my eldest daughter received her drink about 30 minutes after we arrived. However Amber didn't bring it over, the bartender did. Amber was nowhere to be seen. She eventually did emerge from the back to bring out my order of wings, explaining the rest would be up shortly. However I didn't receive any utensils, napkins or plates for my bones. Before she headed off, I asked her for another drink as well. When my daughters' orders came out about 15 minutes later, they were brought out by two other employees. Again Amber was no where to be seen. We had to get our utensils, etc from them as well. Two additional big parties were seated in Amber's section and she eventually came out to get their orders and of course lament to them as well that she's the only server on tonight... Then she breezed by our table without a glance (or my drink). We finally got fed up waiting for her to grace us with her presence and my eldest got up to go ask for the check. When she did present the check, she again stated she was the only server on... But I didn't feel this was a sufficient excuse. She spent more time either in back or talking to other employees at the bar or in other sections that were being cleaned, than providing service to guests. The food and drinks that we did get were actually good, but due to the poor service I had to rate this one low. No tip, which is rare for me. I put myself through college waitressing and bartending so I am usually an excellent tipper. If you're bad, I will only leave 10%...but there was no excuse for the poor service we received and thus Amber received zip. read more

Personally I think this place over season is salty and definitely not good for your health with all the sodium you can taste. How the heck everyone says this place is good is mind blowing and again sorry you all dont know what good food taste like. We understand that it is Thanksgiving however, I thought that is why you were open, so people like my mom and I can go catch up and just have a great time! I've been here three times since moving to town at the end of December. Yes, they can be a bit busy but so is every other restaurant in town. That's what happens when a city is still having growing pains. The food is up to par with what you come to expect and service is what you'd expect for how busy it is. This place is an absolute joke. Been here about a dozen times in the year + they've been open. Service and food is terrible. Came here tonight (8:30pm), walked in and the restaurant looked like it was closed. Rugs were rolled up on benches and there we cleaning signs blocking our way into the restaurant despite them being open till 11:00 My wife and I waited 5 minutes in the lobby and weren't acknowledged before we finally sat ourselves. We had two different servers while we were there and there was no management present. Every table looked like they were waiting on service with multiple employees standing around talking and really doing nothing. Really unfortunate considering how bad Dickinson needs options. This is a complete failure and the owners need to know how this place is operating. read more

I went to this establishment to watch a baseball game. Watched an inning and a half had 2 beers and a burger. I was the only person at bar for 90 percent of the 45 minutes I was in there. I was then presented with my tab. No opportunity to forward to next bartender or asked by bartender that he was going home and do I want to clear it or transfer. Is this place not a sports bar? I returned to my motel 100 yds away and asked the manager there if that was normal. The manager at motel said it happens quite frequently and I was not the first person that it happened to. Worst service I have had in a very long time. It started when I asked for a glass of Merlot. Ten minutes later the waitress told me they were out, so I ordered a Cabernet. Don't go here without an ID nearly 50 and they wouldn't let us sit in the bar but a baby was at the table next to us. My husband at 62 needed an ID as well to order a beer, found it a little excessive. I rarely carry an ID. The Wildcat Pizzeria is a better choice, for cold beer and great wings. read more

I always review places on how well they do what they are designed to do. Buffalo Wild Wings I believe is designed to create a sports atmosphere and serve good wings and beer. I think they do both. I sat with an empty beer and stared at a group of employees looking at me seeing I was out of beer, and did nothing to help their overwhelmed server.
