Noticed the new BBW GO earlier this week and decided to order for pick up today. Placed my order at 434pm and was advised pickup was at 509pm. Checked the food tracker at 500pm stated food was being prepared. Got to restaurant at 510pm and the tracker had disappeared, ok great food must be ready. Go in food still being prepared, wait in the car until 520 go back in food still being prepared, back to car, back in at 530 guess what? YEP food still being prepared. 538 PM I'm given my food. Food was good, hot and fresh no complaints with the food. But the wait is ridiculous, either update the tracker or provide more realistic wait times. read more

I ordered delivery from here yesterday via DoorDash. I have the DashPass and saw that DoorDash has an exclusive partnership with Doritos. This location serves Doritos Flamin' Hot wings in both traditional and boneless. I ordered 10 traditional wings and 10 boneless wings. The sauce was unlike anything I've had before -- it has the spicy kick and Doritos flavor to it, but it's also gooey and a little sweet where it might be mixed with a bit honey. I was able to handle the spice, but it's not really something I'd want on the regular. I still prefer the regular medium spice level Buffalo sauce -- call me basic. I also ordered a side of cheese curds. I'd recommend that you try this flavor at least once, since it's limited time, and it also comes with a bag of Doritos flamin' hot chips. read more

I'll start with the main thing you need to know here; the wings still had feathers on them and weren't cut or cleaned properly. This place deserves every abysmal review it has. I am not someone who just comes on Yelp to vent, I give very few places 1 star. The customer service here is the worst as well. Once, I tried to call in an order since I was driving. The lady put me on hold. I just kept driving towards the store figuring maybe they were swamped, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I get there, the store is dead, no one is there, I've been on hold 18 minutes at this point and the workers are in the back blasting music dancing and singing along. When they finally came out with my order, I asked them, did you forget someone on hold? They just stared blankly, I told them Why did you leave me on hold for 18 minutes, she literally just walked in the back and didn't answer me. They also got my order wrong on top of that. Go to Wingstop, save yourself a headache and probably some food poisoning. The many sauces are overrated too. Their hottest sauces have no flavor its just like acid in your mouth. read more

I sat at the register for about 5 minutes and no one came to front to help. ‍When she finally came to the register she was unapologetic and not attentive. Wish I had read the reviews first but since moving back to the area ordering from this location has been a nightmare. Everything is always burnt, overcooked and dry to the point that I can't even bite into any of it. Look at this burger. I would be ashamed to send something out looking like this and of course there was no seasoning on the meat at all. I couldn't even bite through the bun it was so hard on the top and bottom. The little nuggets, are more like ping-pong balls. I can't call them boneless wings, I dropped one and it literally sounded like a ping-pong ball or my knuckles hitting the table. I got rewards points for each disaster of an order but they can never get it right. There was not ONE edible wing out of the 20 I ordered. And I gave them a chance switching to ordering for lunch when they first open, hoping I'd get the freshest, best they have to offer but nope!! Still inedible. They need retraining from the top down. I never had issues with the food in Mt. Prospect or Schaumburg. They are shaming the brand but they'll never get another cent out of me. Luckily, these were delivery orders. This location is working out the kinks. Waited 2-1/2 hours for a Saturday night order of boneless & bone in wings. Ordered through the BWW App. The App tells you when the order is ready, but apparently this location is having issues. When I went to pick up my order, they didn't even start it yet. Had to wait an additional 1/2 hour. Poor customer service. Hit Wing Stop next time! read more

I ordered food with some coworkers for our lunch and both of our Buffalo ranch wraps were wrong. I wanted no lettuce and instead got no lettuce or tomato, the tortilla and chicken were hard and dry, there was barely any sauce inside and I doubt it had ranch in it (there was none that we could see or taste) my coworker wanted lettuce and had maybe 5 shreds in it and had the same issues with the sauce and dryness. The ranch cups are so incredibly small (they used to be bigger and they charge the same price) and they're filled half way, such a joke. We got multiple comments that these were "the saddest wraps" some people had ever seen. We were disappointed to say the least. read more

Consistent with the recent reviews, the manager at this store was disrespectful, aggressive, and incomprehensible. I showed up at 8 for an 8PM pick up and food wasn't ready. I was told it'd be ready "in like 45 min, idk man." I go home, call, confirm it's ready and my wife went in to pick it up. She arrives and no food in the tray so the employee says it was stolen. My wife asks what they're going to do to make it right and was told they can have a new order ready in an hour. My wife asks for a refund he said "call corporate" and so she asks for managers name and he says "don't fkn worry about it" and he will escort her off the property. I walked into the pick up location and my food was not done I ended up getting my food at 6:30. There were missing items - fries and celery/carrots. They also don't have the restaurant ranch. It's a cheap plastic container. The manager was hanging up on people that were calling to complain about their orders or lack thereof. The manager also threatened to call the police on customers for asking why their food is taking so long. When customers asked to just get a refund, the manager said leave and call corporate. This place has the worst service. I called in about my order and the fact I couldn't select correct opts for my traditional wings. The "manager" was so nasty about my request and told me it could not be done when it has already been a issue that someone fixed it for me over the phone. As a paying customer, I'm not asking for much when the request to my wings and how I like them is accommodated in the store or previously over the phone. I'm not a fan of spending my money and not getting what I want with conditions. And then to have an attitude about doing it. They also have not enough support during rush hour for lunch and it's not professional to take your frustrations out on your customer. I placed an online order at 2:00 pm for 5:40 pick up. I arrived on time only for a pleasant young lady to tell me it would be a 30 minute wait. A second young lady at the front asked me my name again a few minutes later and when she walked to the back to check, I could hear the 'manager' complaining that "he wasn't rushing for anybody"... I ordered more than 3 hrs. prior! You shouldn't have to rush! Apparently a pick up time doesn't matter. The food was good and my order was for the most part correct.
