The floors throughout our area were visibly dirty, and we also noticed what appeared to be a white buildup or substance around one of the ceiling vents. More concerning, when we asked for individual trays for our appetizers, two of the three trays brought to us were dirty and still had sauce/food residue from previous customers on them. That is simply unacceptable for dishes being brought to a table for people to eat from. There were also several issues with the food and how it was served. We specifically asked for the mushrooms to be placed on a separate tray from the other appetizers, but everything arrived together on the same tray. We weren't initially provided any individual trays or plates to eat the appetizers from, which is why we had to ask for them--and then received the dirty ones. Most of the food itself tasted good. However, my wife's salt & vinegar bone-in wings had a noticeable burnt fryer-oil taste. My boneless wings also appeared to have simply been thrown onto the tray, with the different flavor sticks all piled together on one side rather than being placed with the corresponding wings. That made it unnecessarily difficult to tell which flavor was which. I don't expect perfection from a busy restaurant, and mistakes with an order can happen. But dirty floors, questionable buildup around a ceiling vent, and especially serving customers trays that still have the previous customer's food residue on them are basic cleanliness issues that shouldn't happen. The food had some positives, but the overall cleanliness and attention to detail at this location need significant improvement.
