This is still a Buffalo Wild Wings franchise location so you can't go in with a lot of expectations, I was reading the other reviews and a lot of people were upset with it which I can understand but myself did not have an issue with my order today I got 30 boneless and I got close to 40 wings. Some would be upset with that but if you get an extra 10 wings how could you complain? There's only one person working and it was relatively fast given there was over 10 orders with one person working they keep it very clean on the inside. Impossibly slow and my food was inexplicably cold despite me sitting and waiting for it for almost 30 minutes (after placing an order online and waiting 15 minutes to drive there) I could have driven to the BWW in Castle Rock (next town over) sat down and eaten in the same time it took to prepare my to go order. While I can forgive the slow preparation there was no reason for my food to have been cold unless it was sitting in the kitchen while I sat waiting for it. I will not order from here again read more

These guys will 100% make you miss kickoff! Stop lying about ready times! Placed the order it said 12:40 - fine, no problem, walked in to a mass of people waiting just like me. Then I was told 12:55 by the guy at the counter. It's now kickoff time for the AFC championship and I'm in a lobby likely 30 more minutes to go. It's FRAUD plain and simple. When I placed this order if it had said 12:45 I would have ordered pizza delivery. They know that so they lie on the website, when you get here they know you'll cancel the order so they lie again. Is there a governing body that oversees BW3 franchisees on a national level? I will make it my mission to find out. Absolutely horrid. This was my first (and last) time ordering from here. Ordered via Door Dash and took over 3 hours to get the food. Granted, the order was placed prior to the Bronco game but the DD driver said they only had 4 teenagers working. That's it. Poor planning that greatly affected delivery times. First time trying this restaurant and will definitely not be returning. Our food was supposed to be ready at 7:40, and I walked out of the restaurant around 8:20. The staff was unprofessional and constantly swearing. The food ended up being so bad we threw over half of it away. I hate leaving one star reviews, but I can't urge you enough to stay away from this location. The one good quality is the restaurant looked nice inside. Two Notes: This is a to-go restaurant and there are a lot of first time workers hired. Not made for dine-in orders. I stopped going to another local wing place because the food and service is so consistent and delivered quickly from here. The space is always clean. The soda machine is always working and the fridge is always full. They do a great job and have provided ample seating while customers are waiting. I had an issue with an order and luckily the manager was on site. Not only did he make my experience right, He was patient with the young worker who made the mistake and that made me feel good. The issue was I was charged for an extra 10 wings. Not a hard problem to solve but I have had bad experiences making mistakes on the job in my own life so seeing someone be helpful and calm with their worker was perfect. I can't believe this wow first off they didn't give me ranch or dip plus on top of that the wings were cold and dry barely no sauce as you can tell. I talked to Phil the "manager" and very unprofessional saying "you have a good day mam" not letting me speak or complain about the situation. Aaron an employee, he also never explained the reason why there weren't giving ranch or dip like always. Us as customers that we buy from this company should be treated with respect, since thanks to us there's business. I don't recommend coming to this store unless you want poor quality food plus terrible service with rude employees and manager. Lol honestly that's why there are all employees bad attitude will not get you far in life. Whoever owns this store save yourself before your business goes down and get a whole new team starting from your so called Phil the manager. When I was speaking to him he seemed very sarcastic and rude almost hanging up the phone and he didn't care about the situation nor he never apologized for the wings. We placed a call-in order for two 6-piece bone in wing dinners. We were asked how many cups of ranch we wanted, but were not told they were extra. Assuming you get dips as part of your order at a hot wing restaurant, we asked for 4. There was never any mention that ranch cups were not included. Come to find out after paying that ranch cups are $1 each. That is ridiculous! .25 cents or .50 cents I could understand... but a dollar per cup is greedy. I've never been charged for ranch when I eat in your dine in restaurants, so why would it be any different when ordering at a 'GO' location. Do better! read more

Hoping for improvements...still new. I have tried this B-dubs Go twice now. Both times have been not great. Key items to improve: 1. slow! I have placed orders via the app, and select a time (not immediate) for order pickup. Both times the order is ready at least 30 minutes past the selected time. 2. missing items. both times I had to check my order and they missed something. On the positive side, the first time i went, the staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make things right. I am very hopeful the improve the detail items that a restaurant like this needs to make it a "go to" spot. read more

Ordered on the app. I was quoted a 20 minute wait time. I waited about 25 minutes before heading into the restaurant. When I walked in, my food was still not ready. It took about 10 minutes before someone came out of the back for me to even get any service in order to ask about the status of my meal. My total wait time was about an hour despite being quoted 20 minutes on the app, Finally, when I got home I noticed i was missing some fries that I ordered to go along with my wings. Check your order before you leave, the 2 guys cooking in did a great job of getting the food out, the food was very taste once I got the order to them, had to bypass the front counter staff that was more worried about talking on there cell phones outside and vaping, the phones at this location do not ring inside the store when I informed the staff member at the counter he did not seem to care. Over the top inconvenient, I won't be back. I had injured my back, so didn't want to cook, really looking for a "grab and go" option. I tried to order online, the website ordering system was not functioning although I tried over the course of several hours. So I tried calling, the answering message told me to order online and no one ever picked up. I would have dropped the whole thing, but I'd already told the family what we were having. So I went in person. A female staff was one the phone chewing gum and hardly looked my way. A tall male poked his head out of the back area and that was all. Mind you there are two cash registers. I was the only customer. About 15 minutes passed before I could even place my order at which time I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Uncomfortable and crabby from pain, I finally receive my order, get in the car, check the order and realize it is missing one third of the items. I go back in with the order, the female,still chewing gum, says "what"? Tall guy does apologize. Overall, incredibly unpleasant experience. With so many food options to choose from in and around Parker, for me, this one is in the never again category. read more
