Sat in a booth in the middle of the dining area and got a good view of the various screens. The Avalanche were playing and they scored successive goals which made the meal more enjoyable. Annabelle was our server and she was nice. He ordered the street tacos and I got the chicken Caesar salad. We also ordered cheese curds. Meal was ok. Everything was really salty which we don't like. Otherwise it was average. They brought me plastic utensils. We were shocked until Annabelle explained they were being washed and she found some for me. Had a "fun" experience at yet another Buffalo Wild Wings, where low expectations somehow still managed to be disappointed. Our server, Pharris, took an unusually long time to even greet us--no water, no hello, nothing for quite a while. When the rest of our party showed up, we asked for a few additional drinks, and you'd have thought we asked for the moon. Pharris seemed visibly annoyed and put off by what should have been a standard request at any restaurant. This kind of service has, unfortunately, become the norm at BWW. It's consistently slow, inattentive, and borderline indifferent. You'd think a national chain could figure out the basics: greet your customers, don't act irritated when they order, and maybe check in once or twice during the meal. I don't expect 5-star service at a wing joint--but I do expect basic hospitality. If you're looking for a place where you're made to feel like an inconvenience, this is your spot. Currently here with a large group and one lady that is apparently the only bar tender is taking our order, hasn't filled one drink all the while two girls are standing around, one is more concerned about wrapping silverware. We have a table full of kids, at least one of those other servers can start to help get at least the kids drinks going. We have been here for at least 20 minutes and nobody has a drink and not very many tables here besides our large party. We had a late table come in and they just had to go grab their own menus because nothing has been brought to them. After spending 4 hours on the road, checked into the hotel next door we wanted a quick bite. We hadn't been to a BWs for a long time due to having bad experiences with the food. It's obvious the crappy food, sticky fruit fly infested bar is common for BWs across the Midwest. Horrible wings! I have been there twice in the past couple of days due to the location and discount given to the hotel. The service was fine on both occasions. However the food left quite a bit to be desired. First trip I ordered a set of wings with two sauces. They either didn't care to get the order right or gave me the wrong order. The plate showed the right sauces, however they were no where near what was ordered. The waitress did offer to make new ones, but it was too late since I already ate half due to having not eaten all day. The second day I ordered a burger with fries. The fries were ice cold and tasted like yesterday's special. After a miss twice in a row, I think I will be passing on BWW the next time I am in town. read more

The ambiance was normal Buffalo Wild Wings, loud but fine.The service was a big disappointment as no one explained that "hot & ready" means that one person at your table might receive their food half an hour before the rest of the table. When we asked to speak to the manager, she is the one who explained it to us. She never offered to cut our bill for the disappointment. When we later spoke to our server, she insisted that she had told us about hot and ready. When I further explained that simply saying the words "hot and ready" to a customer, without explaining what that means, does not "tell the customer about it." Normally we tip our servers 20% or above. We paid cash and left the remains few cents. We did not tip the server and we let her know that her manager was terrible. After driving 10 hours we arrived to our hotel. This place was right across the street. We ordered on DoorDash and when it arrived everything smelled and tasted like an ashtray. We had to throw the entire thing away and DoorDash handled it with a credit. Be warned the cooks must smoke constantly without washing before they food prep. read more

The WORST service ever. If I could give negative stars definitely would. Ordered drinks as soon as sat down. Received appetizers and food before the last drink was finally brought to table. Only got that drink because had to ask food servers to get waitress to bring it. Bartender wouldn't let us take to our own table. Had been sitting at bar for 15 minutes. We decided to try this location since it was so close to the hotel last night about 5:30pm. At that time there may have been a half dozen tables being served. No line. It took over an hour from the time we ordered till we received food. We asked for mild boneless wings and a wrap. The wings came out cold and they were obnoxious hot. They must have had trouble in the kitchen. The waitress was fine, but she obviously could not do anything about the kitchen. The margarita on happy hour was a good size and good flavor. When we left there was a line, but plenty of empty tables so they were having staff issues. read more

Came in on a Sunday .. games on so they're somewhat busy but not too terrible. The host Amy should be doing something different within the restaurant. She has no idea what she's doing and is telling people it's a 10-15 min wait when people have already been waiting 30+ min. As you look into the dining room there are multiple tables with EMPTY tables and the wait area is full of people needing to be sat. Plus, there's more tables that sit waiting to be cleared for 10+ min AT LEAST. The workers do not help each other out AT ALL. And after 35 min of waiting for a table for 2 , it took 10 min for the waitress to even introduce herself and then 10 more min to bring out 2 waters. I don't recommend this place if you hate terrible service. read more

Food has gone down hill terribly. Undercooked and overcooked on the same plate. The service leaves a lot to be desired. None of the employees act like they want to be here. This causes very slow service also. The dining area and bar are dirty with multiple tables not cleaned but customers are shuffled to other tables. In the dining room the walls are falling apart as far as wall coverings. If I owned/managed this establishment I would be embarrassed. Had good service here once...been back maybe 3 times since and it's just gotten worse every time. This last trip had gotten some beer and wings. Watched the Royals walk 2 batter before we got a drink. No big deal for the most part. The problem was that 2 innings past by with multiple pitching changes between us getting our food and only about 25 people in the place. When we finally got our food, mine was decent. So after checking into our hotel we headed across the parking lot to Buffalo Wild Wings. No one could face even one more minute in the car on this hot, muggy day to venture further afield for dinner! The place was jumping and filled nearly to capacity but they found us a four top in a corner, brought us tall cool ones and menus quickly. With the heat, I wasn't interested in a lot of food so chose to order four Chicken Tenders with honey BBQ sauce and a nice order of crispy french fries. The sauce had just the right amount of kick and I sat back and watched the kaleidoscope of mostly young people having a good time. Hubby and Grandson #2 ordered burgers and fries. Sis ordered a grilled chicken salad. All food was fresh and satisfying. Service was friendly but our waiter disappeared from time to time for fairly long stretches. He looked very busy, as were all the servers, but when it was time for the check, I waved him over and we headed out the door to relative quiet and more stifling heat. I've complained twice to the manager about the horrible service I have received and instead of accommodating the problem she gets sassy and fights with me. This most recent time all of my food came out cold including the appetizer with my food that was supposed to come out before my food and the waitress didn't give me a single refill the entire time when I needed it before the food even came out. My husband and I were staying at the Fairfield Inn next door. We arrived in town at 10:30 PM. We were happy to see the restaurant was still open until we went in and tried to order something. We walked to the counter and were cautioned that the kitchen might be closed...it was 10:30. We were given a green light to order so we went to the bar to order a beer while we waited. It is now 10:40. We were informed that last call was at 10:30. They are open until 11:00? This is the worst customer service I can remember getting anywhere!
