Piss poor service. I don't frequent bww often because of chain service but this was the epitome of shitty service. I never give a bad rating until I try a place three times but this was just pitiful. Great service! I came with a very big group about 15 to 20 people. They sent to waitresses, and the waitresses were very friendly and completely accurate. They didn't not mess up our orders, and my drink stayed full. The waitress made sure she came she checked on this often, but not to the point where it got annoying. I like Buffalo wild wings, however this one in Hampton Virginia was a cut above the rest. read more

Just awful. My family and I were seated, we asked for a high chair and the high chair that was brought to us was very dirty. So, we sat and waited for over ten mins till we started a timer. We were not asked for our drinks or anything else. Shortly after of just sitting, waiting and seeing others being served we decided to leave. We notified the manager that was on shift and she said she could have us served, and her attitude just did not show any care. We left because after a dirty high chair, waiting and just the lack of service. It was not busy at the restaurant and from what I could see, their was plenty of staff. My fiancé and I stopped here for lunch one day thinking we would be in and out..WRONG! Our service was terrible and slow to say the least. We were there for about a hour and thirty minuets and never received drink refills. Walked in to place a to go order no one at the counter stand for a few minutes, host walks up ask what I need I asked to place a order she said one minute walks away, manager at counter fixing another guest ticket for taking to long to receive order, still no service I sit down still waiting for service or acknowledgement then another couple walks in a worker walks behind the counter to take their order, still waiting then manager takes takes order on paper, place order after 10+ mins of wAiting, guest are walking in and there's no hostess at the post for a solid 7-10 mins. Workers walking by bouncing toy balls, Guest still walking in with no sight of host or worker for to go orders! Food is ok but not worth the bad service every time I come to this location which is why I usually don't come! Bad service, horrible customer service. Won't come again anytime soon! read more

Well I must share I had a bad experience today. I placed an order for carry out. I ordered a large amount of wings and they were holding out on the sauce so I asked for more. They forgot my side item so I had to go back for them. Didn't notice they also forgot my ranch and bleu cheese but at that point I was already gone and said screw this. Just disappointed a bit. I never do reviews but I'm so angry with our experience coming here. This place is absolutely awful. We placed an online order at 2:00pm for pickup at 2:30pm. I live 10 min down the road and got there at 2:20pm. By the time we got our food it was 3:10pm. I don't understand how they made it through football season. They said they were busy when they weren't at all and nobody was in the front helping anyone. The manager was in the back and came back out when another upset customer for pickup requested answers. It took 3 different people asking for answers for her to come out. I told my fiancé we might as well sat down and ate. Unfortunately being pregnant I was already hangry and completely over waiting, we did not check our food. We sat down to eat. My fiancé got garlic Parmesan boneless and I got the mild boneless. Both sets we're cold. They did not come with the carrots and celery that I had ordered specifically cause I was craving them with mild sauce. And my wings had barely any sauce. Pictures do not show how awful the mild wings were. I'm highly upset and plan on never going back. One star because my fiancés wings weren't bad. Just cold. read more

I'm annoyed that I've ignored other reviews thinking that it would be better when I went....but there have been enough times that the sauce wasn't right or something was missed completely, today, on college game day, I called in an order and when I went to pick it up, was told that the flavor I wanted wasn't available. Why not say that not the phone? How is this possible at 5 pm on college game day? First impressions mean everything. First time ever being there and it took forever to get anything (no it was not busy) the food was decent but hard to enjoy when you are surrounded by a bunch of ignorant, swearing, obnoxious teenagers (I know it's not the restaurants fault for this part but still ruins the experience). If you want wings then they are ok (hooters is better) but if you want anything other than wings from their menu forget it. It'll come out wrong then take forever to correct. I had to go to the bar to get drinks we had ordered twice. My wife's drink Sat there for 15 minutes at the end of the bar before she just went and got it herself. Same thing on the second beer I ordered. It just Sat and Sat until I went up and got it myself. Food was awesome. Service was non existent. It wasn't even that busy but an empty high top next to us stayed dirty the entire time We were there. About an hour. They are receiving one star because of a staff member by the name of Justin seemed to be the only one concerned about us. It was not busy last night when we arrived, so we were seated immediately. Then we wait. And we wait. 20 minutes later, a young lady stopped by and ask my wife and I our drink order, apologized for our wait, and stated our server Maddie will be with us shortly. The young lady returned with the drinks promptly, and then the wait for Maddie begins. She approached the table 15 minutes later asking if we were ready (?). We ordered. 4 minutes after we ordered, enters Justin, the customer relationship manager (?). Great energy, explained new items on the menu, new things to come, and offered future assistance. 20 minutes later, no Maddie, no food, and no refill later, Justin walked by and noticed we still had the same unfilled drinks and no food. He immediately went to the kitchen, then 5 minutes later Maddie magically appeared, stated that our food was coming, and finally refilled my drink. I ordered the new loaded garlic fries. I received the old cold garlic fries with a ton of warm sauce poured on them. We received recycled carrot chips. When my wife commented about their appearance, Maddie stated: "they're carrots". The tip of our wings were cold but the meat was warm. Maddie then ask: "are you ok sir?" I looked at my wife, and politely said no. Maddie then disappeared. We did not have eating utensils or napkins. I took a bite into two fries, each extremely cold. After 10 minutes of no Maddie, I stood up to take the fries to the front, the Manager(?), a non chalant man in a gray polo shirt w/ company logo, took the fries upon my offering. He asked would I like a new order, I declined, and asked to have it removed from my check. He nicely agreed. I shared with him that Justin was the only great part to this visit. He non chalantly said ok, and walked off. 5 minutes later, entered Maddie. She wanted to share with us that the fries would be removed from our check. It's at this point, I completely stop acknowledging her. My wife ask for our napkins. She returned immediately the napkins. We finished our wings, Maddie appeared and my wife ask for the check. Two minutes later, we had the check. Two minutes later, Maddie was back asking if we were ready (?). Where was this response time previously(sarcasm)? The tables around us were being served and checked on routinely. Keep in mind, it was not busy. Other customers that arrived after us received their drinks, napkins/utensils, and food before us. If I could give this place a minus star I would! Came in here tonight w guys from my softball team and there was barely anyone in the place! We ordered beer first.. our beer came out stale,flat and barely drinkable .. but it's beer so and we're guys so we drank them! After we waited about 15 mins and we were able to order food. I got 12 wings .. one of my friends ordered 5. Well 45 mins later after we said something to our waitress our food showed up.. some guy basically brought it back from the kitchen .. he had his fingers in the carton so they were touching the wings.. I KNOW this bc he proceeded to lick them after he gave me mine! So to top It ALL off.. they gave me only 11 wings and my friend only got 5!! When my friend requested his 6th wing they never brought it out and had the AUDACITY to charge us for the full 6 and 12 wing meal! Of course we complained and they reluctantly took $5 off .. but this place is run by the most UNPROFESSIONAL people! Went here on a Saturday night really craving some wings. We usually go to the one in Newport News, however we were going to a movie after dinner and this one was closer. Big mistake. Once sat the host told us he needed to wipe the table and the old unclean towel smell permeated the space and lingered throughout our meal. There seemed to be at least three servers on the floor. We were not greeted after ten minutes we had to flag someone down. It was not busy. Once we ordered everyone's food came out at different times. We were told there was a wait on wings which was confusing since they didn't seem busy. My food came last while I watched the rest of my family eat. A table that seated 5 close to us ordered and got their food before, being sat after us this was confusing. Once my food came I was missing my side of fries and would not have gotten them if I didn't ask the server where they were. Had to scarf down my food bc we didn't want to be late to our movie. From being seated to receiving my food was a total time of 1hr. I work in a high volume restaurant and this overall experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning. read more

The service is extremely slow, placed a phone order at 1125, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived there was a lot of unhappy customers who had been waiting for their order for a very long time. I don't think it's the workers, but the fault is more on the management. There was one girl working the front, and about 25 people waiting for their food, to be seated or waiting to pay. As people walked in they walked right back out. Who ever manages this place needs to be replaces, it wasn't busy for the wait to be as long as it was. We finally got our food at 110pm. 2 hours after we originally placed the order. A 30minute lunch break to go pick up food turned into 1 hour and a half of waiting. To top it off when I checked the order to make sure it was correct since theres always mistakes with them, the food was cold. I guess the food had been ready but they just didn't bring it out. Some friends and I went to B-dubbs this weekend. When we first came into the building there was no hostess on station. I took the liberty to walk to the bar and check out the scene. It was no where near crowded enough on a Sunday night, for the hostess not to be on station. We were later approached by someone, as a walked back to the front of the establishment. We weren't exactly seated, but i chose the table. I don't like being sat in the corner, its just preference. The hostess had to go and fetch us menus because they didn't have enough at the front, we were only a party of 3. When the the hostess returned with our menus, I opened the first menu and there was some kind of sticky substance inside when I opened it. So i tossed it to the side because it was too yucky. But that was just the first half of my experience. Now my server Courtney, was awesome. She was prompt and took very good care of us. I really enjoyed her service. She was relate-able and we chatted about the fact that we are both college students. I felt really comfortable with her. unlike the hostess she showed interest in here guest as tho she wanted to make sure we enjoyed our experience. We ordered some wings and potato wedges. i enjoyed both menu items didn't care much for the "onion dip that came with the wedges, but i did ask for ranch and that was a good sauce to compliment the wedges. but that's just my opinion. we weren't there long only had a couple of drinks with our food and we payed and left. I enjoyed the service from our server Courtney. Personally, I think she could teach the hostess a thing or two about customer service or maybe help train her how to do her job more efficiently. It took so long that I missed my lunch break. My fries were cold before I left the building.
