Sandman Grill is a very good local bar and restaurant with an emphasis on restaurant. Menu has a variety of food for most palates. They have a few items of each type of food so there are salads, veggies, meats and seafood. We tried their ribeye with baked beans and Brussels sprouts. I enjoyed the chimichurri ribeye with the baked beans. I added their house marinara to the steak and beans and it was delicious! We also had their cheeseburger and it was ok. Two smash patties with usual condiments with short French fries. Their dessert was very good. Customer service is very attentive without being annoying. Very polite, knowledge of the menu and quick to follow up for drinks and see if you need something. I went here on football Sunday, and it was nice and chill. Our waitress Hannah was very attentive and door as hell, highly recommend to ask for her. They have 10cent wings on nfl games days. The chef really put his foot in everything . I love the decor and different tvs to watch different games. The atmosphere was great read more

The food is good and it's a fun place to hang out. However, the drinks are expensive. Tito's and soda $11, add that to the Hampton tax of 12%. Spends for those on a budget. read more

The FOOD WAS BEYOND SCRUMPTIOUS!!!! We ordered the loaded French fries with the DEEP FRIED JALEPENOS and let me tell you what--they are by far one of the best things on loaded French fries I've ever tasted! Need anything? Standards with loaded French fries anywhere I'd eat! Mo our bar tender/server was very kind and attentive. She ensured all was well and we were happy during my birthday date night. Hubby and I had gone to another place for dinner and quickly left when the vibe and atmosphere wasn't right--this place was perfect. As parents of 3 young kids our date night sitting at the bar enjoying ourselves, the food and beverages was the perfect combination for my birthday dinner! Prices were reasonable and adequate to the quality of food and portions. The cooks did a fantastic job and we can't give enough credit to their cooking skills! Hubby ordered a burger added bacon--they did forget the bacon but hubby(and I) both agreed it was necessary as the burger was beyond perfect without out. It was late and closer to "the end of their night" so we definitely understood and just wanted to ensure we weren't charged for it which was the only reason we told Mo. She did let the cooks know to which they kindly apologized but we insisted it was okay considering how yummy the burger was! I ordered the pulled pork bbq sandwich and French fries which was super yummy! I just realized as I type this they forgot my Mac and cheese side I had ordered which we will be back so I'll address that on our return trip. I was so full and ensured we didn't have any leftovers of the loaded French fries so I only took a bite of my bbq sandwich and put the rest in a to go box for eating the next day. Overall, even though they forgot the bacon on hubby a burger and my side of Mac and cheese we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food/drinks! We WILL be back! Highly recommended for great food and service! They do have a screen led in patio but we only looked when we left...it has no visual appeal as far as what to see on the exterior however on a nice sunny day it's a great option if you'd like to be outside! The food was delicious and festive. Loved the smoked pork tacos, burgers, stuffed mushrooms, and meatball appetizer was delicious, and my fav desert was the lemon tart followed by chocolate cake order by someone in our large party. The atmosphere is easy and friendly. Service was good. The cocktails were perfect. This is a great hidden gem. Sports TV's are a plus. I can't wait for Friday fried fish night. read more
