When I go to BWW I always hear towards chicken tenders because they will never disappoint when that meal. However this time I went ahead and ordered wings since I've been craving them. I got a medium size with half honey bbq and half mild (buffalo sauce). The waitress informed me that medium comes with 14 wings but to my surprise, I've gotten more than 14, about 17 wings (all wings are not pictured because I ate some). The wings, however, was a little to dry for my liking. But it did the job. Fries were fresh and on point, plus our awesome waitress gave me free fries since one of the cooks messed up on my husband's meal. They caught the mistake before they even brought his plate out. This restaurant is a waste of time and money...slow service, cold food, sticky tables...save yourself the frustration and go someplace else.

The dine in experience is better then the online order experience. I've waited hours for online orders and paid way too much money for the quality of food I received every time. The food is cold, the fries are stale and half the girls that work there actually care about making you wait. The orders will be done online but you have to wait at least 30-60 minutes for your food. It's not worth the wait or the money to go through for the type of food you get. read more

Tonight was by far the worse experience that I've ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Originally, I didn't want to come, but it was for my nephew birthday. The first strike was when we were not greeted for 20 minutes and then when we were finally greeted, the hostess says "just find a seat anywhere that's clean". We find a table and we literally were sitting down for 30 minutes and not one waitress greeted us or spoke to us, but one waitress kept circling around us and speaking and assisting every other table but us. I had to find someone and the girl had an attitude and said "I'll find someone". She went to "locate" someone and still no one greeted us. We left and went to green turtle. Buffalo Wild Wings service is horrible and I don't see how they are still operating with service like that. I will also be reaching out to corporate because that's sad that they even have a restaurant operating like that and the manager was walking around as well and didn't say anything. Omgosh we had such a bad experience here it was almost comical. I tried to lighten the mood at our table to keep my friends and family from being upset. They were pretty mad. The food was terrible and it was wrong. A friend ordered a large wings, he received a medium but was still charged for the large. Another friend go a chicken sandwich, it was thin, dry and rubbery and the bun was saturated in sauce. Just nasty. My wings dint come out with the celery and carrots the others did tho, I asked for some and when I got them I was afraid to eat them! The celery was old and dry on the ends and starting to get translucent, the carrots were so dry they were starting to grey and they were little nicks in them, looks like they'd been chewed on! Ew!!! I ordered a bar drink that never came, my husband went up to the bar, it was sitting in the service lane so he brought it to me, of course the ice was melting and it was watered down. The food came out and was on the table 20 minutes before the server brought the silverware and napkins. And my friend waited 25 minutes for a Dr Pepper. His food was in front of him almost 15 mins before he received his drink (not a refill but his first drink). They also charged for cheese on a sandwich that came with the sandwich. I felt bad for my friend with the chicken sandwich and told the server that his sandwich was terrible, she said sorry. But did not offer something else or remove the item, which had one bite from it. When we got our bills they were wrong and had extra charges. We asked for a manager. Explained everything to her. She apologized and said our server, Brittni was new and she was going to talk to her. She adjusted the bills and discounted them and removed the chicken sandwich. She actually was very professional and handled the situation very well. I'm q weekly BW3's customer usually for the BOGO traditional wings. Week after week my order is usually wrong. One week the wings were not extra crispy. The following week I was giving my wings but they forgot my sides. So I spent 10 minutes driving back. And had to wait another 15 minutes as they totally forgot. Now this week I ordered a 6 wing BOGO, which should been 12 wings but nope, only 10. This might be my last week of BW3s. I wanted to take my daughter out to eat and she choose BWW.. Upon entering the women said you can sit at the bar.. I said no thank you I have my daughter and I have a bad knee the chairs are too high for me . The Place was empty only one person at the booth and maybe 3 people at the bar. She proceeds to tell me that she didn't know what I was going to do because thats the only other place I could sit. After 15 minutes of waiting, we (a party of two in the dining room; which had about 7 tables running) decided to leave as no one had come to even get a drink order from us. Although I am not sure of what was actually happening, it seemed as though around 6 serving staff were on, excluding the manager who was helping to seat and serve; it seems very possible that we should've had better service than that. I'd give negative stars if possible. How hard is it to make good chicken wings?? My wife and I ordered 2 10 piece medium wings 1 box had 8 wings in it. And for both my and her order the wings tasted 3 days old. Rubbery texture the sauce was separated like oil on top red sauce on the bottom and the fries were stale. It was literally inedible. My friend ask them can they bring the fries out first for her son so he can eat. She still didn't bring it out and brought everyone else food out late. She charged me 3 times for a drink when I only bought 2 but because the service was so terrible I didn't even bothered disputing it. im disgusted that you would keep waiters who doesn't even want to service you....I work in the fast food when I was 18. I'm now in health care. Your job is to service people. which we all do. But the whole experience was terrible and very unpleasant I will not be coming back. Then our pitcher of beer comes and the waiter brings me 2 to-go cups to drink my beer with instead of an actual glass hahaha it's pathetic just how horribly managed and staffed this place is. Literally only 6 tables in the whole restaurant we're occupied with at least 3-4 waitresses working & service was still extremely slow. Food was cold when we finally got it. To top it all off, our checks were wrong, then when that was corrected, my card was charged the incorrect amount when I specifically said I wanted to use the gift card I provided first. Recently came here for Wing Tuesday for half-off traditional wings. My group was seated almost immediately, and our server was quick to grab our order. Our food also came out within 15-20 minutes. Awesome! I do have to note, however, that on my most recent visit, the table next to mine (a family of 3) was not attended to for at least 15 minutes until the father spoke to our table asking how long it took to get our food. Someone from my party then grabbed the attention of our waitress, and, although that table was not in her section, she apologized for the inconvenience and picked up their table since the assigned waiter was no where to be found. I also stop by this location for take out when I make my way through the peninsula, and I've always had pleasant experiences. My favorite wing flavors are Caribbean BBQ (a new favorite), honey BBQ, and parmesan garlic. This is not my first visit, and it will definitely not be my last! read more

First, I would like to make it clear that I take full responsibility for selecting this establishment despite the pitiful ratings it has. I made a mistake that I will not make again. I justified this poor decision by selecting to get our orders to go so that I would avoid the high likelihood of suffering though terrible service that is cited many times in the reviews. My logic was a epic failure. Perhaps my order of 15 bone-in wings was a tad bit complicated. Or perhaps it was my daughters order of a boneless snack size order of wings. Perhaps asking the staff to count beyond 10 was asking to much as they ran out of fingers. Whatever order it was, when I arrived back at my hotel I did not have 15 wings, I had 10 (I assume they lost count when they ran out of fingers). Few this that caused lower rating the kids menu Mac in cheese is white which wasn't a big deal for me by my 4 year old was not a fan. My favorite item to get is the Buffalo Wild Wings Grilled Chicken Buffalitos they are usually really good but this time I must admit it was ok. We walked in around 2pm, there was several people in the front all waiting and no hostess at the stand. My family and I waited ten mins for someone to come up front and seat us. After waiting I went to find someone and the only Person I saw was at the bar, so I told the guy at the bar that there are a lot of people up front waiting.
