I personally feel like this place is too expensive for what you get. Food is good, just too expensive

My boyfriend and I put our name and number in at 8pm and we were told it would be 45min-1hr wait. We sat in the car for about an hour when we reviewed at text that they "reached maximum seating capacity" and to "have a good night". We went in there and asked the host why we were not going to be sat.. and why did no one tell us it was be a possibility that we wouldn't be able to eat there?? She said they stopped seating at 9, it was 9:02. She kept clapping her hands together, shrugging her shoulders and basically I'm sure she would have told us to fuck off we she could. I'm never the one to want to speak to a manager or cause an ordeal.. but I had to. Had we been told we may not be sat before "last call", we could have ate somewhere else and it would have been fine. But the lack of transparency was ridiculous. Thankfully, the manager sat us and we were out of there before 10, which is their new closing time. I HATE THIS PLACE... I went in for take out once, and the food was okay, the service sucked but what can you expect from a bunch of girls who are more concerned with getting a "BOY" than a paycheck... I went in today, to dine in, middle of the work day, with the hubby and kids, only about 4 patrons, and about 20 workers, it took ten minutes to get drinks, forever to get the food, had to ask for silverware after the food came, asked for extra bleu cheese, and practically had to plead my case to the waitress to get an extra one, for pete's sakes, I will pay for it just give it to me. So the food beyond sucked, nasty not enough sauce, my kids never got a refill, never asked if we wanted anything else...and then we finally asked for the check, didn't even take our leftover because it was sooo bad. Waitress brought us our check, and sitting there going on ten minutes, we take the bill to the register to pay, and the girl has to call the manager over to ring us up "Mark" since she was not the waitress, he was DEEPLY bothered by this, and I thought okay, he will ask about our visit and we will let him know...Instead he asks wheres the waitress who rung served them... WHO CARES, just ring us up. I will never go to any Buffalo Wild WIngs again, I will drive to Temecula, or Murrieta for Wings N Things, or Wing Stop opening soon in Murrieta.... The worst wings I have ever had. On 3/24/19 my husband, daughter and myself went in for dinner. We ordered Buffalo, Garlic and terriyaki wings, onion rings, and French fries. Not only was the chicken not a great quality but the sauces were nothing special and everything was over priced. The onion rings were good but the French fries were so-so. The service was excellent and no way was the poor food his fault. It is really shocking that a place called Buffalo Wild Wings can't serve a decent wing. I used to go to BWW several times a week...until they started serving undercooked wings! Not just to me, but to others I've asked. A group of us "regulars" have started looking for a new bar. Went in on a week day, not very busy. Waited 45 minutes for an "express lunch", when we pointed out how long our wait was, the manager apologized and apologized.. The kids meal we ordered for my 5 yr old niece was supposed to have mild wing sauce, she got medium. While one of the adults in our party who asked for medium sauce, well he got the mild. After more apologies and blaming a new cook.. We were given 10% off our meal. 2 hours later, a member our party started to feel ill.. Yes, food poisoning. But they did give us 10% off so I guess that makes up for it, oh wait it doesn't come close. So we won't be visiting this location again. read more

I went to visit my cousin that I had not seen in a long time. So, I decided to take her here I liked the wings they were delicious!!!However, my cousins friend came 5 minutes later to join us and her mom wanted a take out order of fries literally the staff took forever to give her the fries we kept saying that take out though as a joke to how long they were taking :/ and it wasn't even busy. Anyway once the fries came she gave them to her mom and we continued to eat!! Once we payed and as we were leaving we could see what took forever the employees were all huddled up at the front not checking up on people just talking among each other. We have had bad experiences at the Moreno Valley establishment, but the one in Hemet is wonderful. To everyone that complains about this one, we constantly see people there acting like jerks shaking their glasses to get the server's attention, and acting like small children. Remember, your wait-staff treats you how you treat them. We have never had less than a stellar experience and have been there four times in a row. The Buffalo Wild Wings in Hemet is the best one we have been to so far. Our drinks arrive quickly and they're cold, our food is hot and prepared correctly, and for everyone that complains, I would like to see the reviews you leave on other restaurants, because I believe the problem is you and not the food or service. :) read more

I called early and put an order for 60 wings .. btw it was Thursday boneless 65cents a wing special so I was heck yeah ... Any how I ordered 20 jamming jalapeño, 20 lemon pepper, and 20 spicy bbq ... boneless ... I go and pick them up it took almost 15 min to get my stuff the restaurant was pretty empty but they were still taking for ever ... Alee was our server for the night & I just want to say that she gave our table the WORST service any of us have experienced at a restaurant. I understand that restaurants & servers get busy. However, there's a difference between being busy and being flat out rude. Not a single person in our party will ever return here thanks to how we were treated. Half of our party was also STILL waiting for their food by the time most of us were done & trying to pay our checks. I've worked in the food industry for years & there is no reason to ever treat your guests like this. This location just can't get it right. They dont give you a sample wing (a wing check) when you've ordered a custom cook, other BWW do. They had last call a full hour prior to closing. At 40 minuets prior to closing we were told we could only get food in take out. Per the bartender, the GM was onsite not just a regular manager. Theses sorts of things seem to happen every time we come here. Two years ago this place ran much better. Murrieta's is always good service and good food, much more customer oriented. read more

Well then. I am a loser. I got weak, and against my better judgment, I gave this place another chance on Saturday. It wasn't too busy when I got there. Bellied up to the bar, pried one of the sticky menus up off the counter, and immediately recoiled from the 'new' prices. Ordered up a 9 dollar glass of Guiness., and braced myself for my impending food order. "6 Naked Tenders, please. Mango Habanero." 21 minutes later, with no food in sight, and 2 apologies from the cute bartender under my belt, I tabbed out, and left hungry. On the way out, I enjoyed the view of the 'manager' standing and talking to an apparently on-her-break employee who was consuming an epic plate of nachos, solo. Today I went to the Hemet buffalo wild wing location to get my free snack size wings as I had a coupon . The coupon expires today.no time. So I went in at 10pm. I had previously ordered them on the phone. When I got there they were ready. But the manager (lady) comes up to me and said the coupon was expired. Which it was not. The wings cost about $7.50. I go to Buffalo Wild Wings twice a month and spend hundreds of dollars at bar/restaurant and they deny me a small snack size wings which they have to throw away. Very bad customer service. read more

I would hope that other BWW aren't like this place. Sadly, this is my only experience with this restaurant chain, and it wasn't positive. Me and my wife have eaten here twice - once as take-out, once as eat-in. I really don't get how this chain is growing and others are failing. Service was slow on both accounts (take-out and eat-in). Took quite a long time to get food and drinks each time, and generally it felt as if the servers were just not cut out to be working in a restaurant. None of them appeared to be overloaded with tables/customers, but it was like crisis-time watching them all. As for the food, that's really what just solidified my single-star review. As with other people commenting, I've yet to taste a sauce I actually like here. 2/3 of the sauces are on the super-hot end of the spectrum (yes, I'm white, but I can handle some heat). The ones that aren't are almost as if they just pulled all the spicy stuff out in the manufacturing and didn't replace it with other flavors. When you can't competently make a quality BBQ sauce that isn't spicy, that's a problem. The quality of the food brought to our table was mediocre as well. The mac & cheese was super bland, to the point that I wished they had just brought Kraft or that they'd taken a page out of KFC's book. The only two things that were even halfway decent were the dessert and the onion rings. I can tell you definitively that we do NOT plan on going back. Save yourself the money (because this place is definitely overpriced) and time and go somewhere else. read more

Ok so after a 45 min wait we are directed to the patio where there are 4 empty dirty tables & 2 waiters. One of which named Melissa was working her butt off, the next I'm told is a boy by the name of Frankie. Frankie is an all talk kind of waiter. Every time Frankie goes back into the restaurant his hands are empty. After Melissa bussed a table FRANKIE got sat with a party at said table. I'm confused. Why is it we had to wait 45 minutes outside with 4 empty dirty tables? Maybe if Melissa had help BWW would have a better reputation in town. Last week I did a phone in order. The girl could not get it right to save her life. I had to repeat it numerous times. Then she'd repeat back and it would be all screwed up. This isn't rocket science. Finally she repeated it back correctly. I did a large order of Mango Habanero wings and a small order of Asian Zing wings, TWO Ultimate Nacho's and an order of celery and carrots w/Ranch. When i picked it up, there was ONE Ultimate Nachos, the Mango Habanero wings, NO Asian Zing wings, but a side of Asian Zing sauce(?!?), and no Ranch with the veggies. Of course i was getting charged the full price for what i ordered over the phone. I told her the order was missing one Ultimate Nachos and the small order of Asian Zing wings and the Ranch dressing. After another 15 minutes, my order was finally completed. Then when i got home i found out one of the Ultimate Nachos had no chili on it.....sigh. Their Nacho's have gone downhill since my previous review. But i do love their Mango Habanero wings!....that's why they now get 2 stars, instead of 1. read more

Seriously... just amazing wings and sauce. The other food is really good, too. Great atmosphere. Nice outside patio area. The whole place is covered in big-screen flat-panel and projection HDTVs, even the outside patio! One minor quibble I have is with the game machines on the booth tables. Granted, the seating is over-sized, but it still feels a tiny bit cramped for 4 people with that huge screen. I know some people may enjoy that pay-to-play machine, so no points taken. The place is recently open for business and they're doing an excellent job. Try the Buffalitos, they're like a fresh taco/burrito combination with whatever wing sauce you want. Placed an order for delivery. And once again didn't get half of what I requested. Nothing too crazy, just don't add one ingredient due to food sensitivity. But the food was covered in it. Got two kids meals with milk, didn't get the milk, got 2 dinner salads with ranch dressing. Got enough ranch dressing for about 8 salads...but....NO salads and missing a side. I called and asked about my order to either get a refund or my items I paid for and the girl told me they will take my name and number and put it in a folder and the next time I come in to tell my server about what happened and I can get the items for free. Greeted from the entrance, asked if we wanted to play games while we wait for our food, even the manager came by to ask if everything was ok with our food and if we got everything. The waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently. For that I gave her a nice tip, the service is what I use primarily to round up my tip. Although all was great until the chicken wings came. They were tasty, but the texture of the chicken felt like they were a day old. The wings didn't melt in my mouth, so overall I gave this a 3 star rating because of that. We went Tuesday night around 8pm with a large group of people. We had one server for 20+ people, he was very nice but took 1 hour before we even got to order our food. Food is mediocre at best, frozen boneless bites are probably better. Wasn't expecting expecting it to be great but expected better. Our server seemed to be the only one working, I tried to pass to use the restroom but there was a group of six employees chatting that wouldn't budge. Last but not least, I like loud music but it was so loud you had to shout to talk to the person next to you and the manger refused to turn it down. Being as respectful as ever he heard me out. I told him every little detail as best as I could recall. You know the funny part to this story though? Get read this is a good one. KATHY came up!!! She lied, LIED everyone once again she LIED to ZAYA mentioning that I came in for another order she placed for me, absolutely ridiculous!! The FREAKIN NERVE this women has. I wonder how she treats her coworkers how can people work with her trashy work ethic. As an employee myself I have never myself or one of my managers treated a customer this way. ZAYA was absolutely heartbroken for the way I had been treated. He offered me wings on the house, due to all the confusion caused. When I arrived to pick up my order he was an absolute sweetheart! Greeted me, gave me my order, but most importantly thanked me for giving him an opportunity for letting him make a difference! With hard times as these with COVID you would think more people like ZAYA would exist but sadly there is still people like Kathy out there that are just straight up rude, added stressing to ones life when they are going through enough already.
