They had the long table in the middle set up for us and were quick and ready to get us all seated and served. The inside of the restaurant is small but very charming, with lots of airplane memorabilia and decor. The outside has a nice covered patio where you can actually watch some of the planes taking off or landing if you're lucky with your timing. Our large group got our food out very quickly. I'm so impressed by how fast they work while having the food still tasting fresh and hot. We were especially impressed by the special hot dog one of us ordered (I forgot the exact name), but it was loaded with toppings and she could barely get through half of it. Such a deal! I got the Irish melt and loved the flavor of the corned beef mixed with the coleslaw. The fries were also just crispy enough with a nice, fluffy inside. Of the many other times I've been here, every item has been delicious and affordable! I will continue stopping by for a delicious, quick, and lovey breakfast or brunch any time I'm in the area!

They have zero customer service! While I am ordering my wings to go I have to listen a employee at this store use the "F" word. Then I couldn't get the cashier taking my to go order to take the correct order. He did check my ID against my credit card, but when he handed me my credit card slip to sign he didn't have a pen. He offered me a dried out marker, then looked for something else to write with and he came up with another dried out pink marker. When he asked the girl at the front for a pen she offered him a pencil! When I asked to speak to a manager, he was standing within ear shot of the whole conversation. Eric came over and I simply explained that he has incompetent employees, I told I don't mean that in a degrading manner but they are not doing their jobs properly! I even told him about the employee using the F word ( i actually used the word) I asked him if it was he that has said it. I didn't get a good look at the employee was pretty sure it was the manager. Instead of apologizing he looked me up and down, and told me he didn't like the way I was talking about his employees. He never asked me to id the employee using foul language and begrudgingly refunded my money and I cancelled my order. ( who knows what they would have done to my food!) I asked for the cooperate number for the store. He reluctantly gave me the general managers card and told me if I wanted the 800 number to go on the net and look it up myself. I did apologize to the kid behind the counter and let him I know I meant no disrespect by saying he was incompetent but the truth is you are only as good as your management team. Eric needs to lead by example and this manager is not ready to have responsibility in running a proper restaurant. I will contact the general manager, but will not return to this location. read more

This was our first visit to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. We went here and were seated pretty quickly. Which was the only thing that was quick about our visit. We ordered almost right away because we all always know what we want from here since we love buffalo wild wings. We all ordered our drinks which were brought to our table and we proceeded to wait for our food to arrive. about 20 minutes later all our drinks are empty and we haven't seen our server in a while. We waited a while long then when it became clear that our food was not in any hurry to get to us we finally got our servers attention she came over and asked us if we wanted refills on our empty drinks to which we replied yes. we asked about the food and she told us she will check on it. about 20 minutes after that she came back to tell us the food would be out shortly. We didn't get our food until 50 minutes after we ordered it. The food got to our table and we realized that some of it was wrong and most of it was cold. We ate it anyway because at this point we were starving and the kids were getting restless. we told the server that we were missing some things and that some things we wrong and she asked us if we wanted her to get them for us we said no because we were tired of waiting. At the end of the meal the check came and we saw that on it they had charged us for the item that was missing. I looked over to see a man who was the manager standing and watching the restaurant I called him over and told him why we were upset he had her remove the item but offered no other apology to us for our wait and bad service. We left her with a small tip and we will not be returning to this particular wild wings again. read more

I used to love coming here over the summer but lately it seems everythings changed including there management. Now they have 2 mexicans one who i think got jumped because he had a black eye and a fat perv who couldnt stop stairing down my blouse when he talked to my table, gross ! Ive also seen a twiggy black dude who apparently thinks he runs the bar. Everytime ive sat at the bar hes always telling the bartenders how to do things. Ive seen the same bartenders since they opened i think they know what there doing. The only one who Ive seen for awhile, or should i say HEARD was a blondish larger woman with acne. Ive heard her on two occasions yelling at the employees, the second time i could clearly hear her over the football game! She doesnt look plesant at all to be around. Or look at for that matter. I seem to be screwed no matter where i sit ! I have a disgusting pervert in the dine in area a hostal jerk in the bar, And a women who cant control her anger everwhere else. The staff is alright. Better then most other places i suppose. They dont look very happy but think id hate my job too if i had managers like them. Food alright too. But really how can i enjoy my meal with this kind of environment going on around me. Maybe im the only one who notices but ive been in restaurant business for years, and if your business and staff are failing theres one person to blame. Or in this case 4 people. I love coming this Buffalo Wild Wings! The serves are amazing and are attentive. They make sure to check up on you threw out your meal. The hostess was nice and welcoming and set a good timeframe for how long it would take me to be seated. But in the meantime she handed my kids coloring books so that they can keep themselves entertained while we waited. Once we got seated the hostess introduced us to our server she was cheerful and didn't seem like she hated her job. I mean who would especially working in such a wonderful setting. It's a bit bigger then the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta and better service hands down at the Hemet location. I wish I could give more then 5 stars because of such a great experience I received while dining at this location. Us adults kept ourselves entertained as well with the tablets they have to play games with other patrons at Buffalo Wild Wings! So cool if you ask me. I ordered online for pickup. I arrived at the pickup time and I had to wait for my salad. Once my food was ready I got the wrong salad. It was tiny. When I asked the waiter, "I'm paying $8 for this?" he said, "I don't know. The manager is right there." (The manager was standing near by) luckily the manager overheard and fixed the salad because the waiter didn't bother to check to see if I was getting the right thing or if I wanted to remove it from my order. Over all my opinion of the service was less than desirable and the wait time was ridiculous. On the plus side, the wings were great. read more

Well... The other day my wife and kids went into buffalo wild wings. The host were very friendly and they told us that our waitress tiana was taking ordet with that party and will be right with you! Yes it took about 15 mins for her to get to us, granted NOT her fault. But we were disappointed however when none of the other available help mind you standing around talking on phones came to assist while our waitress was busy. Not so bad. I come here to watch games quite often. Its actually the best place in the city to have a drink and watch the game. The crowd is a bit rough but that has more to do with location than the actual franchise. The food quality is about what you should expect from bww, its not a five star restaurant so you can't expect much tbh. Staff isn't the greatest as others have mentioned. read more

Worst experience. Got seated and they switched servers 3 times on my boyfriend and i! Had to repeat our order to 3 different servers and they still messed up. They gave us the wrong order and our drinks were poorly made. Next time, know who is working which section. Dont seat people if you dont know who is supposed to be the server. A waste of $50. read more

The last time, two servers who are sisters created drama. I go out to enjoy myself, not to get food poisoning or have to deal with trivial personal problems of the staff. read more

I've been to other Buffalo wild wings and have had great experiences. This experience was not great just due to the clientele. It was a very ghetto crowd. I ended up sitting at the bar, and the customer who sat next to me ended up being in a biker gang and had more gang members come meet him. I'd recommend staying away from this place. read more
