I appreciate that he always brings out food and drinks in a flash. Additionally, he carries a happy attitude and disposition. It's refreshing to have great interactions with staff. My family and I always feel comfortable coming here and that's largely because the staff are committed to delivering a positive experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was aware of as a kid when I was growing up I thought sizzler was the epitome of fancy dining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went there for my eighth grade party, and it was the first time I had chocolate mousse, and I thought it was the greatest thing ever now, having grown up with parents who never took us out to eat, and it was adult who loves to go out to eat [[HIGHLIGHT]]I realize is there is not the fanciest place on earth however I still like going there, especially since where I moved from, they closed down all their locations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I haven't been to a buffet since before Covid as a matter of fact when my boyfriend and I happened upon the sizzler in the parking lot of the Winco we were we were about to do our grocery shopping now you could just get the salad bar for 19.99 and fill up there and you could fill up there as it has things like meaty, tacos, and meatballs and soup, soups and salad and all kinds of things, but we always get like a steak and shrimp kind of platter to go with it and then you can add on a salad bar for like 10 bucks now it's become our little ritual for when we go to Winco. read more

Went with friends for the Free Veterans lunch. They had steaks; one with baked potato and the other with french fries. They both said the steak was delicious. The meal came with garlic bread-only 1 slice per person. I paid for my sirloin tips and mushrooms over rice. My steak was a little tuff, maybe because they were small pieces, but the portion was ample and my meal included free side salad and drink. The menu board does not state that, or I didn't read it well, but "thank you" to the cashier that asked if I wanted the side and when I found out it was free-well "yes" was my answer. Our waiter came often to ask if we needed anything else. There were a lot of customer, but our service was quick. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. My family and I have been loyal customers of this restaurant for years, and after eating from the salad bar, multiple members of my family became very sick with what appeared to be food poisoning. We reached out not only to inform the restaurant, but because we genuinely expected some level of concern, compassion, or accountability. Instead, we were told that after their "investigation," no one else had reported getting sick, so they would not be issuing any type of refund. They also stated that they "welcome the health department to come inspect," which completely dismissed our experience rather than addressing it with empathy or professionalism. I understand that restaurants may not always be able to confirm the exact source of an illness, but the response we received was incredibly disheartening. As longtime customers, we expected to at least be treated with understanding and respect. Instead, it felt like our concerns were brushed aside and minimized. Customer service is not just about denying responsibility it's about how you treat people when something goes wrong especially as guest who ate there regularly. Sadly, this experience has caused our family to lose trust in a place we used to enjoy regularly. read more

Clearly not all sizzlers are the same this place as 100% one of the best ones I've ever been to the customer service is impeccable. Sizzler has really changed the game. I'm hoping other locations are like this one I wouldn't give up on them just yet this location is a must. The food is excellent comes out nice and hot and fresh. I got the steak and unlimited shrimp.
