Once my family sat down, they took about 10 minutes just to see us waiting and came back taking 5 minutes to give us our drinks. My best friend and I stopped in on Sunday 4/23/23 to grab dinner. I arrived first thinking if there was a wait I'd add my name since my friend wasn't arrived yet. They quoted me a 15-20 min wait. I added my name to the waitlist at 6:11pm. I got the initial text letting me know I was added to the waitlist and I'd get another text when our table was ready. So 6:45 rolls around and I never got a text so I tell my friend let's go see if something happened... low and behold they tell me I had been accidentally kicked off the waitlist. The staff member called over the manager I think that was on duty and he quickly sat us. Our server took our drink order and that was where the prompt service ended. He never came back to take our order. He was walking by to assist another table and I had to stop him dead in his tracks and say "we're ready!" My wife and I had tried a couple times to get in, but with the current state of things, they only have patio dining and they have very limited capacity. We arrived at 6:30 and checked in, the girl at the front said it would be a 75-90 min wait. Ok, a long wait, but we figured we would go ahead and wait. I went next door and got a haircut and we waited the rest of the time in the truck. Finally at 7:52, just a little shy of 90min, we get the text our table is ready. We get seated on the patio and there is no heaters. It is outdoor seating, in the winter, and no patio heaters? Our waiter comes about 5 minutes later to get our drink and food order. Not great, but definitely not too bad. We place our order for drinks, an appetizer, and wings. The waiter says it will take about 30 minutes for the wings to come out. Our appetizer comes out about 8:45. My wife's and friend's wings come out about 9pm (an hour after we ordered). I finally get my wing order at 9:20, an hour and twenty minutes after we order and 20 minutes after everyone else was served. I ordered 20 wings, and only received 10, and to top it off they were cold. When we asked the waiter about why I only got 10 wings, he said it was because they gave my wife bonus wings and that only left the 10 for me. That wasn't true at all, but at that point everyone else was done eating and I just wanted to eat my cold wings and leave. This location used to have a great staff, great customer service, and great food. Sadly all of that is gone now. The service was very poor and food sub par. However when my boneless wings came out looking like this... they looked and tasted like wings that had been sitting a while and then blasted aggressively with some more sauce. They were hard and dry on the inside but saturated with sauce in the outside. We hadn't received our fries still after a few minutes we asked about them and he said he'd check on them. I couldn't stomach eating these wings after one or two so my friend asked to have them remade. Apparently a lot of things were being sent back last night. It's sad because unfortunately this all falls back onto the server who has no control of how the wings are being prepared or for the poor staffing. I had to go wait in the car but we waited a long while for the wings to be remade and we took them to go. When we got home we saw they had only given us 11 and we ordered 15. Jeff replied to my post, and encouraged me to drive to Hemet. Instead of cooking our own wings, due to lack of time, we had to order 120 wings from the Hemet store. Jeff took my order over the phone and insured everything was correct, upon my arrival. He also had one of his employees help me out to my car. He gave me a little bit of a discount to compensate me for the drive. I live 2 minutes from the store here in Murrieta, and I vow to never take it for granted, once it re-opens.
