I never write reviews, but this place is so bad, I have to tell you about it. The restaurant is dirty. The bartender is lazy. The manager, Corey, tries his best to make up for his staff, but they should all be fired to set an example for any other lazy/gross people that decide to apply for a job at Buffalo Wild Wings in Midland, TX. When I my waitress asked the bartender to remake my margarita without salt on the rim, the bartender took a bar napkin in her hand, plunged it into the glass and wiped the napkin around the rim of the glass to remove the salt! Gross! Then she dumped the margarita into a new glass, topped it off with some sort of filler and tried to re-serve me the drink that she just put her hand in. I have never seen something so inappropriate at a bar. When I confronted her, she said the liquor had already been served, so if I wanted a fresh margarita, I'd have to pay for two drinks or take it up with the manager. She had no decency, and no customer service. Why would I pay for a drink that you just put your hand in? Why would I drink anything else that you prepared?... The manager saw to it that I got a fresh margarita without salt, however the second margarita did not taste like it had the extra shot of tequila that I ordered and paid for... When my boneless wings and french fries arrived, they were salty, cold, and hard. I didn't have the energy to complain again. I nibbled on as much as I could tolerate, and got out of there. BWW needs to re-train their staff at the Midland, TX location. read more

I have to say that this is by far the worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. I used a one star only because there's nothing else. Im usually not one to ever complain at a restaurant unless the service is horrible. From the moment we walked in, it was terrible. We could not find one clean table. All the waiters were walking past us without even acknowledging us like saying that they would be right with us. They would just look pass us by. We found a dirty table, sat down, asked for someone to clean it please and they told us to wait, 10 minutes later they come with a wet rag and my husband and I cleaned it ourselves, the chair I sat on was wet and when she finally came to us, we ordered our drinks and our food. Food was ok, parts of it were cold and messed up. Waitress returned it , we got.hot ones. My son dropped his drink accidentally and we had to clean it up, our table was a mess again , waitress passed us by and saw the mess and that we needed refills. I had to stop her and ask and my husband got upset so he just got up and served our own drinks. I know for a fact a customer isn't supposed to do that but we had waited long enough, when she Finally got back, she refilled one drink. I'm sure she saw us or another employee and no one helped nor apologized. The manager was not where to be seen , people left before they could get served and some even left without paying . Most of the people there were trying to flag down an employee but no one stopped. I totally understand when your busy but this is ridiculous. I cannot believe how poor the service was here. I'm not originally from this area, we came to visit my husband who works here, he says that's how it always is but never complains. I have to complain because service has to improve, we pay alot of money to be served and it's not fair that service could be this poor. The waitress was nice but didn't once apologize for her poor service . As much as we love Buffalo wild wings, we will no longer return to that location even if it's the only one in the area and sadly it is the only one . Customer service is one of the main reasons people return to an establishment, aside from the food. This one lacks good customer service !! read more

Update! They did away with smoking inside back in January. Definitely more pleasant to visit now. If only there were less douchy, drunk rednecks... I'll take what I can get in this damn town! read more

I've only gone to this location a handful of times, but every single one has been worst than the last. Terrible service!!!!!! The bartender argued with a customer about what she ordered when she just asked to add chili and cheese to her wedges. Bad attitudes. Dirty bar top. If you have 4 people standing behind the bar, you would think something more would get done. read more

Unable to give them zero stars, so I guess I'll have to go with 1 star; even though they don't deserve such a high rating. Let me start off with how dead it was during lunch rush. Regardless of it being Easter Sunday, they should have had more than 6 tables full during lunch. Then there was the lack of cleanliness that was a bit of a turn off. But, I told myself to give them another chance; since previous visits were god awful. Our server was okay... She lacked any sort of personality, but she was on top of getting our orders put in. The food was the worst part of the visit. First off, it literally took over 30 minutes to get our food. If it had been super busy, then I'd totally understand. I used to work at a restaurant, so I get it. But there wasn't a valid excuse for our food taking as long as it did. On top of that, most of our food was lukewarm at best. My chicken sandwich was the only thing that was hot, but was bone dry. My fiancés philly was extremely salty, barely warm, and the bun was very soggy. Our fries were stale and room temperature. The lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich were mushy and bland. I was so confused as to how so many things could go wrong. By the time our server came to check up on us, we both were no longer hungry and just wanted to leave. Had she bothered to ask how we liked our food, I would have said something. But all we got was "You finished?" "Ok here's the check, thanks." As we were walking out, NOBODY on the floor or near the entrance said "Have a good day!", they ignored us. We won't be coming back to this location again, and have already spread the word to family and friends to steer clear. What sucks the most is ever since we left, my stomach has been bothering me. Lesson learned, 5th time isn't the charm, and ALWAYS read reviews before going out to eat. read more

I just got denied being served alcohol at this Buffalo Wild Wings for having a Canadian Drivers license. The bartender said the Buffalo Wild Wings deny all persons wIthout US government issued ID Alcohol. I have never ever experienced this before at any Buffalo Wild Wings and consider it discrimination on behalf of this establishment. read more
