My only problem was the chick "queen b" who coughed all over the drink station at the bar. The limes and all drinks there were covered in whatever she has. We've tried eating at this location twice now. There is nothing upon entering to inform you that you need to seat yourself (which I've never had to do at a B-Dubs anywhere else), which leads to confusion. After waiting at the podium for several minutes I went over and asked the lady at the to go counter if we were suppose to seat ourselves. Why she didn't inform us of that when we walked in or while we were awkwardly standing there, I am not sure. Upon walking around the restaurant we saw only a couple tables open, but none of which had been bussed. Why have people seat themselves when there are not open tables? That is asking for chaos. Not a bad place to go if you get there at a decent time before it gets crowded. The biggest down fall is that they allow smoking inside and the ventilation system sucks. Like most places in midland the service is average at best unless you luck out and get a good waitress. read more

Walked in placed our order and got our food within 20 mins only problem was that it was probably some one elses food that they had sitting for a long time cause none of it taste fresh and our onion rings are soggy and went straight to the trash! The food is on-par with any other BWW location I've tried. The remodeling seems to be progressing well and I'm glad it is now smoke-free, which seems to have driven some of the rougher, binge-drinking types on to other environs. Still, the service is pretty slow and almost every time I've been, it seems like myself or somebody at the table has gotten the wrong sauce or the wrong kind of wing, or both. My honey and I had dinner there last night. While the food was good, our waitress was awesome. Ariel did an amazing job taking care of us. She had good recommendations and when some of the wings we ordered weren't cooked through all the way (hence no 5 star) she didn't fuss. She just brought fresh ones out. We went late last night, as it was the only thing open besides fast food. The place looked like a tornado hit it! It was very dirty and the floor was covered with trash. There was enough staff to clean it, but no one attempted. One girl finally decided to clean around one table, and it took her 30 min to sweep around it. Every time there is a good game on all orders are backed up and their excuse is they are understaffed. A 45 minute wait to get a burger to go?? Ridiculous and poor management, in my opinion and multiple times of experience. The last time there was a good game on I waited one hour just to get seated... It was pretty dirty and sticky inside. The smoke was pretty thick in the air. Food took a while and wasn't warm when we received it. The only good thing was the waitress. She did great on her part. She needs 4 stars. Sadly, this isn't the worst BFW I have been to. Steer clear if you can't stand cigarettes. We didn't know it was 100% smoking until we got to the door. This is the worst establishment I have ever been in. We recently moved to Midland and this was the first place we visited. We walked in past 4 waitresses doing silver ware and they asked us to seat ourselves and would be with us shortley. After a 15 minute wait I walked back to them and said we were ready to order again they said they would be with us shortley. After another 15 minutes with no drinks or a hint we would be waited on my family and I walked out. The carpet felt sticky and the atmosphere in general was worse than any seedy bar I've visited in the past. I've been Midland now for 9 months and have visited various eateries and this bar far was the worst. Recommend Johnny Carinos which did a fabulous job of erasing BWW bad service from my memory. read more

I enjoy the Buffalo Wild Wings chain, and have been to many locations all over the United States. This is by far the absolute worst location I have ever been to. The staff is an absolute joke, all older, stuck in stubborn ways, rude, hate their jobs, almost disappointed in themselves for not being anything more than a bartender or server. Food is almost completely cold when you get it, tap lines are frequently empty, always delivering the wrong food to the wrong tables (which are always sticky and dirty.) It's almost comical. I give them chance after chance, but I've decided this is my last time visiting this place. Wish the corporate office would re-evaluate this staff, and start over. read more

Only reason this restaurant has one star is because I had to give it at least one star. This is by far the WORST place to eat. Went to eat tonight with family and friends. It was open seating because they had no host/hostess. It was quite busy when we got there but thankfully we found a table pretty quickly. After sitting at our table for 10 minutes, a waitress finally came to take our drink order. Never introduced herself and was awful the entire visit. Waited another 15 minutes for her to bring our drinks back. Ordered appetizers and they came out pretty quickly. Got our food and most of it was wrong. The guy who delivered the food was very polite about it being wrong and corrected it. Asked three different people for ranch and never got it. drinks were empty for over 10-15 minutes before our server showed up to refill them. Watched several people stand around for a table because all the unoccupied tables were dirty and no one would clean them until a manager finally came and started cleaning them off. It's understandable that restaurants get busy but this place needs all new waitresses/waiters or needs to retrain the ones they have. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My wife and I decided to check out the new BWW down the street from our house. We had been told by a lot of people about the good reviews. Well we came in and there's no host or hostess at the counter, I do see her and she's doing a lot of taking to the bus see girl who I know saw me and my wife but didn't bother to tell the hostess that she had people at the counter. She finally comes by (10 minutes later) and seats us. Just a reminder it was a weekday and not busy enough to be ignored or over looked. Sat down and after 15 more minutes of waiting not a single person bothered to greet us, ask us for water or anything. The only real person that was busy was the bartender. Where the hell is the service? Absolutely no excuse. This place doesn't deserve a rating. We finally leave and the hostess that seated us actually bothered to ask I if everything was alright, clearly not. The only good BWW was on 19th. But the one on 82nd really really needs to step it up. read more

I am so very much disappointed on how the Service is now. It was like they were a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. No pun intended. Lol but on a serious note, it took them at least half an hour just to tell me that there was no shrimp available for my Po' Boy. And I finally got my food delivered which took like it would seemed to be forever my chicken was about as dry as you can possibly imagine; it was reverie and had absolutely no seasoning or sauce that the pole boy was intended to have. Then when I ordered a Manhattan a simple cocktail, I would assume, as a fellow bartender didn't even include an entire shot and it was on the rocks, I haven't heard of that before, but to each their own. Also, I had to go up to the server who was slouched on the P.O.S and ask for my drink, when he snapped out of his daydream, he reached over about two steps to the bar and handed it to me. I was just so disappointed, on top of that at its busiest point the manager was outside smoking. Not going to be a return customer I guess. I don't normally review restaurants on yelp.. I do though read a bunch of reviews. I have come to this exact restaurant multiple times. The service and management was absolutely terrible. Ordered our food at 8:10 received our food at 9:46.. at 9:15 we asked the server about our food. She said sorry they are behind and will have your food in 10 mins. 30 mins later we had our food. Manager was terrible and never checked on us. They were not around during our stay until we asked to speak with them. When we spoke to the manger they just said well you should have been told we were behind. They were then done talking to us. We even said we didn't want the food before we received it and we're given an attitude by our server. Very dissatisfied read more

I would give zero stars if I could! Im not normally one to complain, I've worked in the food service industry for over 10 years and I know how it is! The midland bww is the worst!! I don't think they understand what customer service is. Horrible service, horrible food. It seems as if there is zero management because there is never a "manager available". BWW is my husbands absolute favorite place and we have given the midland location many chances but every time is more and more disappointing. Management needs to do something! read more
