All smoking facility. Dirty. Smelly. Wish I would have known before we made plans. Never coming here again.

This place is still as awful as it was. You can polish a turd but it's still a turd. This is the only location I've ever been to that filthy, slow service, and orders are never right. Yes, they ran out of wings on a Sunday night (7 p.m.). Yes, that irked me. Yes, that prompted me to write this review. Should I blame Midland for its unprecedented growth? After all, boom towns like them some wings. Maybe we should go on the ration-stamp system. If it worked for the Greatest Generation, it can work for us. A chicken wing for every plate! Buffalo Wild Wings, I have low expectations. I know that you can't find good help for the life of you--everyone wants to get that oilfield money (with the rents they charge in this town, you pretty much have to do something oil-related). I know that scarcity exists. But if you run out of your namesake, expect a disappointed glare or two. read more

The day we were there, the grill was down so you were forced to order fried food. That really stunk. Speaking of "stinking", this place literally does. It is full out smoking allowed. Our waitress (Summer) was awesome though. Her pleasantness and attentiveness almost made up for the fact that we couldn't have grilled strips and a clean breathing environment. read more

I'm never going back to this dump. The bar tender was mouthy and rude. We waited for almost an hour for the food and spent about $60 at the bar only to get our food (a to go order with 20 wings, mixed veggies, and a large fry) only to find out they never put the fries in. They did put an empty box in though that SHOULD have had fries in it. I was a career bar tender and waiter for 3 years. Any idiot can take a food order. Of course I realize that any idiot can check their food prior to leaving the restaurant but my argument is that if the staff did the job that they were being paid for, I wouldn't have to double check and hold their hands. Update::::: I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for someone to wait on me. The waiter came over and said, "oh, you're still waiting? Weird. I saw you walk in and everything." Awesome. I love that your staff saw me sitting there and still didn't help me. Then my waiter finally took my order and sat down at my table to do so. 20 minutes after I ordered my food still wasn't ready. Another waitress came up to my table and asked if everything was ok since I had been sitting there for 40 minutes and only had water. The waiter, named Yul, told me he would pay for my meal since the guys in the kitchen dropped my meal and had to remake it but I just paid for it myself so I could GTFO. By the way, you can smoke your face off in here so you will stink when you leave here. This place is by far the biggest dump I've been to in a long time! Don't waste your time/money. read more

I just called this place 15 times and the phone was not answered a single time. There is NO excuse for this. The manager should change professions and so should anybody who is "too busy" to not answer. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. You guys get one star because zero isn't an option. read more

Yes the wings are mediocre, and Buffalo Wings are wet not dry rubbed like BWW "Traditional" but its a chain what due you expect. The service is always fast, friendly and seem to actually like their jobs. The beer is cold and you can play trivia. Its a great place all in all and as one from near Buffalo, NY who has had GREAT wings, these are the best in town. Looking at the other reviews touting poor service, guess I should add I ALWAYS sit in the bar area. read more

We had to literally get up and walk around the restaurant to find our waitress who probably shouldn't be handling money or food since she messed up our tabs 3 times and at that we just gave up trying to get her to fix it. If you are not checking your food tab you are probably getting ripped off. The manager at one point came and apologized and told us our food would be coming out shortly then apologized because he was at the wrong table. WTF!... Stay away from here. I went in yesterday evening to pick up a to-go order my husband had called in. The staff was extremely inattentive and rude. One employee passed by me to talk to his friends who were also picking up an order and had already been taken care of. He then asked me if I was picking up and I said yes. He then walked off! Once someone finally took my name to check on my order, I watched as employees socialized and acted very unprofessional. When I finally received my order (ten minutes standing there waiting.... Not even knowing if someone had checked or if the girl who took my name had wandered off), they threw the bag at me and left before I could ask for ranch to go with it. I ended up going to the grocery store to pick some up because I couldn't get any help. The employees need customer service training and the place, as always, smells bad. We considered taking the family there but opted with take out because it smells so bad. We love the wings, but for fucks sake, train your people better. It's obnoxious. read more

Savannah was our waitress and was extremely rude with a horrible attitude . She made us feel as if her waiting on us was an extreme inconvenience for her . Every time we ordered an item she would bring out our ticket. She brought our ticket out 4 times and was basically running us off . Her manager finally let her go home for the night and she said she needed to close out our tab . We were in the middle of an extremely sensitive conversation when she demanded to close us out. Ok we went to Buffalo Wild Wings so expectations were pretty low. Yet they still failed at everything. Not only was our appetizer gross and service was slow. After waiting 45 minutes for the rest of our food we were told that we had to wait another hour before we could order another drink. So we told them to keep our food just bring us the check. Good service, really bad salads. I normally order the grilled blackened chicken salad. It comes out black, like the title would have you believe. It came out free of seasoning at this BW3's. The drinks are overpriced, the food is mediocre at best, the manager is very rude and even treats his employees with complete disrespect right in front of customers. I did an online order and scheduled to pick it up at 11:40. Unfortunately I had to wait for about 10 minutes after that time for them to bring my order out. It was a Friday so I'm sure they were super busy. What I loved was that I was asked by at least 4 different employees if someone had helped me already and I was even offered a free drink while I waited. The guy that brought me my food even helped me to make sure everything was correct before I left with it. Great customer service from their team and great wings of course! read more

If I'm going to order almost $20 worth of food I expect at least half of it to be right. I placed an order for pick up, wings, queso, onion rings. My wings did not have any sauce on them and yes I had some selected. I cut the pico on my queso and did NOT add chilli which were both put on anyway leaving me only half a cup after scooping all of that out. We've only had one good meal here and it took 20 minutes to even be served our drinks. The following 3 times we weren't even helped after over 30 minutes each time and left. Visiting from ATX and going this locale after many, many years, I gotta say that I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Phil, our waiter, was incredible. Came in found seat. Waited 10 mins no service. Walk up to lady cleaning tables near bar, asked where should I sit get order cause on short lunch break. She said any where, so I sat near table she was cleaning. She looked at me walk away to clean more tables. Waited 10 more mins and left to little sandwich place that was in front of buffalo wings.
