Just an overall poor experience. Not very busy, took a strangely long time to get a server, and it was seat yourself. She took our drink orders and walked away, didn't ask if the baby needed a seat. I walked around to find one and couldn't, and also couldn't find a staff member to ask at the front counter. Found the high chairs in the bar finally with the help of another guest. Server took our order and said "I put in for the kids to come out first". 15 minutes later mine and my partners food comes out. Room temp, not even warm. Server stopped at two tables near us multiple times keeping her back to us. 15 minutes after our food came, the kids finally came out. Also barely warm. We had two kids mac and cheese with fries and one boneless wings with fries. I have no idea what took these 30 minutes to come out. Adult orders were a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and an all American burger. These certainly should have taken longer than the kids meals. The fries with the adult meal were the size of a happy meal fry. I feel like it certainly should have been double the fries. Who only wants twenty little fries. The kids meals had more fires than the adult. The only reason for three stars is because the sandwich and burger, though not warm, had good flavor, and the server took off two of our kids meals to make up for the wait. read more

My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves tonight. We've had burgers from this location, in the past, that were awesome. Not tonight. Ordered the avocado bacon burger, no cheese or pico. I cut it in half and the meat just crumbled! There was no way to pick it up to eat it! I had to cut the rest of the stuff in little pieces to eat a forkful at a time. There was no bacon aioli on it. Waited over 20 minutes after being seated to have someone bother to come ask what we wanted to drink, had my wife's burger delivered to our table cold a blazin 5 minutes after we finally got to place our food order, (pun intended) and watched as the wings I ordered got delivered to another table and they ate them (I was close enough to hear them all incredibly happy to get extra free wings). It was a horrible dining experience. The manager and waitress spent the better part of 10 minutes going table by table asking if anyone got extra wings. Very cool how the have opened considering what the country is going through right now. The issue I have with BWW is even with 1/2 the capacity they are still to loud. They crank the music so you can't even hear the people you are with. The server had to keep asking us to say back our order because she couldn't hear us. I have been to several BW3s in several locations, this one twice, I just feel the value here is so low I can't help but comment. If you want a dozen wings, it's going to set you back more that $20. The wings themselves are nothing special. If anything their quality no where near demands the price they are asking. Their sauce selection is really good but not good enough to offset the price. There is some added value if you go on wing Tuesday or Thursday but still relatively low value. The restaurant was clean and service was mediocre. My wife,toddler and I had dinner, so two entrees, an appetizer, a kids meal, and two beers was $55 before tip. We could have saved a good sum or money if we didn't order wings, but what's the point? $55 to feed three people a bunch of fried food, and a couple of beers is just too much. read more

First off, our server Matthew was fantastic. Very attentive and did an awesome job chatting with our kiddos and serving the food. Now, on to the good stuff. When we went to BWW in Monticello it was a Saturday night and there was a 20 minute wait for our family of four. Not a big deal at all...the thing that got us was the empty tables all around the restaurant that hadn't been cleared yet AND the amount of teenage girl employees sitting around and chatting. The manager (guy in the tie) did nothing to encourage his employees to clear tables. This group could have easily seated all waiting guests, if this simple task was a priority over gossip. During our 20 minute wait we witnessed 2 employees go to the bathroom in tears while the girls sitting around the hostess stand gossiped about them. This truly was the most "high school" experience I've encountered since leaving high school (many many years ago). DO NOT go to this location unless you plan on waiting forever for your table, forever for your food, and want to witness a bunch of teenage drama. My husband and I were takeout regulars at this location, like at least once a week. We used to get delicious boneless wings. For the last couple of months, the quality of the chicken has been horrendous. It's slimy, grisly, and inedible. We keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it always turns out terrible. Tonight, I could only eat two of my ten boneless wings. We're done trying to get good boneless wings from this location. I'm so incredibly disappointed, as BWW was our treat to ourselves. This is the all time greatest wing franchise ever! Tons of different sauce combos, choices between bone or boneless, lots of good beer, and great quality and service. Back home we don't have good wing places like this. There's only one flavor choice and a five star rating will indicate heat. But not at B Dubs. There are probably 20 flavor options and each are spicy in different ways. The garlic, Jamaican, and Thai flavor are my favorites. They also have tons of beer to choose from. I took my family here about a week ago and it was around 9 pm, not busy. We were seated and told we could get our own pop from the machine and somebody would be with us "soon" to take our order. We waited about 5 minutes while watching tables being cleared and and other people being seated. Others seated after us were waited on, and a few times we had made eye contact with the server clearing a table next to us. We felt we had waited long enough and decided to leave. As we got up to leave, then they were worried about us, all we could say is "no service, bye bye". Spotty wing quality. All BWW locations are the same. Getting freshly cooked, juicy wings is about a 50 / 50 proposition. So, the wings are good, BUUUUT, to quote the note I wrote on my check, "horrible, unapologetic service." Ridiculously slow service. The type of slow service where you see more than 5 servers leaning against a wall flirting with each other and they can't find the time to save the customer time. The server tried to say that the wings took an hour to be delivered because a few people wanted them crispy. When the dinkus manager finally dropped off the food, there was an extra sauce on the tray. We asked if we could have it, and after carefully scanning his delivery ticket simply said, "Yes, but I'll have to charge you for it." So flash to the end... we ask for the check, wait another 15 minutes for server to take the card, and she says "Let me run this right away for you." The irony. So she delivered the check and struck up the saddest, last ditch attempt at a fun conversation (conveniently before the tip was signed), which she had made no attempt to do the rest of the loooooong dinner. We didn't fall for it. So if the managers of this corporate chain give a sh*t, I suggest they give their staff/management more leeway to comp food (or at least a side of wing sauce) as a means of showing they care about customers' experience. I'm not one to complain because I work customer service and know what it's like. My family and I went here Friday afternoon, it was slow and a lot of tables were open. We walk in and instead of being greeted the greeters just stood there for three minutes talking amongst themselves. I had to ask them if they were going to greet/seat us. They gave me a dirty look like I ruined their conversation, asked how many were in our party, glanced around, and continued talking without giving us a response. We ended up sitting in the waiting area for ten minutes not knowing what was going on so these girls could finish talking. The fact employees can get away with treating customers like that and still have a job is astounding. I will never visit this location again. read more

Well then, that was very distasteful. We were sitting at our table having a jolly good time at the table. Then one of my friends noticed a mosquito on her drink. That was very unsettling to say the least. Other than that event, the service was mediocre. Even though Buffalo Wild Wings is always usually busy. They have a plentiful amount of servers, and so the wait shouldn't be as long as it was to get service. We were seated right away which was fantastic! But it shouldn't take at least 15 minutes for us to even get a chance to order our drinks. One other slight issue,was that we got our food and we're ready to dig in. One thing however was missing, our silverware. I thought that we should get silverware when our food came out. Following that, it took at least another 5-10 minutes to get a servers attention.
