I would like to share my thoughts on the cover charge. I understand that it is mentioned MANY times on the visit, but it is unnecessary given the busyness of the place, there were about 15 tables available and there were no signs of further business coming in. The bottomless promotion was a good deal on the spot, we ordered and only got 1 round of appetizers and never received service after ordering. I understand if it was busy but the place was NOT even packed. I've seen mornings more packed than this. The charge is a major push-away for patrons. The restaurant was dark and not well lit and not that many people. In disappointed in the service and food speed. The overall experience was worse than previous visits. read more

I've been sitting at a dirty bar with no bar tender for 10 minutes. The bar is practically empty. I have a menu open ready to order food & drink, bartender finally comes to the bar & asked what I'd like to drink. Served the drink & walked away from the bar again. Waited another 5 minutes for him to reappear & asked him if I could order. The server that brought the food was pleasant & attentive, apologizing for the dirty counter (sticky from buffalo sauce). Food was good, however, he never returned to ask. Once he did return he asked if I wanted another drink. I declined & had my credit card on the bar & he totally missed it, disappearing again. I had to ask to cash out... he chose to do bar side work instead of taking care of his customers. So when he doesn't like his tip, now he'll know why. We were there for 2 hours and only got 2 rounds total of apps and 1 refill of our sodas. First 2 apps took 35-40mins and it was even busy, it was a Monday night. 2nd round of apps took even longer. Wowzers, I'm just seeing the reviews. I wish I could write a more positive review, but if you're one of the parents out of 155 teams who are visiting Lancaster. You need to know! They are not ready. They have no clue about the huge USA softball events happening here and really only happen in June! They were not busy. One couple at bar, one family at booth. We did come 30 deep, 15 kids. We were patient, but we couldn't get the ordering under control. They had one waiter, Here are the rules. They can only split check in two, but we had 8-10 different families. So we had to branch off and be our own party to get our own bill. Everyone else just did the math. We went to the bar since 20 minutes passed, and the sitting situation was still trying to be fixed. The bartender wouldn't take our order. We wanted one pitcher of beer and a mixed drink. Meanwhile, we waited for the waitress to get situated. But nope, the manager was like "no you have to wait for your waiter." That was pretty frustrating. After about 45 minutes, we finally got to order, and service was moving. Walked in on Veterans Day with a scheduled reservation for 5:30 and the hostess refused to honor our reservation that we had created an hour prior. The hostess saw the email and continued to refuse. The times that I have been here I have never received bad customer service until today when I encountered a girl named STACY. She was very rude and had a nasty attitude. When I told her that is was for a big party she seemed bothered. For someone that is supposed to be in the front, greeting people and having good attitude she is NOT the one to have up front. When they first came here it was a novelty. A new restaurant that catered to sports, finger foods and family. However, it has become increasingly clear to me that BWW does not care about customer service, fresh food, or retention log clientele that enjoy what they offer. I came to eat with my family and was charged an extra $10 per person because the restaurant was hosting the UFC fight. However, we finished our meal and left before the main pay-per-view event even started at 7 PM. I don't think it's fair to charge guests before the event actually begins. Worst experience and money I've ever spent. My family and I walked in and waited 15 min to be seated. Mind you it wasn't busy.. employees would look at us and walk away.. a few employees were just standing around chatting with one another.. if i could give a zero i most definitely would. ordered nachos and as the image shown below displayed, this is what i got: TONY said he can bring his manager but this is what they offer. when the manager SAVANAH came to speak to me i said this isn't what the nachos are usually what they look like being that they had barely any cheese and chicken. she said that's how they're supposed to look like and i said is this honestly something that looks appetizing to give to customer? she responded with "well it's to your liking" how is something that is displayed different on their menu "to my liking". she said she said would take off the nachos and took off. both savanah and tony never returned to the table. The service here is severely lacking. The bartender/waitress (yes she was doing both) had the entire bar to take care of 10-12 tables. The music was very loud and set on death metal. Perfect if you want a headache with your meal. The tot appetizer we received had more fat than pulled pork ‍ Hubs only received half his order and had to ask about the other half which took another 25 minutes to arrive. The boneless wings he did receive were dry and over cooked with little to no sauce on them. The chicken on my salad was undercooked and the salad itself was plain and unappealing.
