The Habit's signature chargrilled cheeseburger in a double-patty version. The Double Char Burger - hits the spot. Juicy, savory with a nice balance of texture from the smoky char from the grill, crunch from the lettuce, pickles, and onions. The char grilling makes it more flavorful. Ordering is easy - either on the kiosk or at the register. Service crews are helpful and don't pressure you in ordering other items. The place is big enough to accommodate groups. The times I have been here - there's always a free table to dine in. Plenty of parking. *The Double Char is also available as a meal that comes with fries and a drink. read more

I've lost count of how many times this location has forgotten an item from our order. This is at least the 5th time it's happened in the drive-thru. We've learned to always check before leaving -- and the one time we didn't, sure enough, something was missing. It's exhausting to have to audit your bag every single visit just to get what you paid for. Clearly there's a systemic problem here that management needs to address. Very disappointing. read more

We come here after dog training because they offer outside sitting. The service has been good all the other times we have visited before, even without our dog. Last night was the first time we have had a bad experience. Our food took a long time to make, we had to go ask if it was ready this time. The food was good and the same quality as all the other times we have gotten in the past. Then when we were done eating we went to throw our trash away and put up our tray and all the doors were locked at 9pm, an hour early from their posted closing hours. We were ignored so we just left our trash and tray outside. Never have had this bad service before! read more

Habit burger has so much hype, I finally had the opportunity to stop by a location to see for myself if they lived up to the hype. The menu is very simple with a few options to around the toppings, I ordered the Charburger Meal with a drink and half and half fries and onion rings. We also ordered a Grill cheeseburger. The Charburger had a good sized patty cooked to my request, with extra pickles, grilled onions, it was ok, I would equate it to a solid burger from most fast food joints, I was not really that impressed but it was good. The onion rings were amazing, the batter quality and the taste of the batter, now that is a great onion ring and option to have half order of fries and onion rings, I wish I could say the same thing about the fries, they were ok at best, you can ask for additional dipping sauces on request, they also have a side bar area where you can add toppings like, jalapeno slices, pepperoncinics. The grill cheeseburger was solid, nice option. The interior was well kept, the drink cup size that was offered in the meal was a good sized cup. The service was ok, the team was busy working but really did not make you feel like they cared that you were there. Not sure if I will be back but its a solid burger fast food spot. read more

I haven't been to a habit burger in probably a couple years, and I've never been to this location. When you walk in you order at a kiosk. They were running a special: four burgers with four sides. Itd Did not come with a drink. We decided to get that, but we didn't realize that you could order different sides, not just french fries. So we went up to the front to ask if we could change that. First of all, when you walk in, no one was at the counter. There was a cook that you could see. He looked over at us and looked back at what he was doing no greeting or anything. Eventually, a girl came over, not a smile on her face, looking as miserable as can be. We told her what happened, and she knocked on the door, and I'm assuming the manager was in there. The manager must have said they would change one side. That's ridiculous, the order had not even been made yet. Manager never came out to see if they could assist us. We were totally willing to pay any upgrade price needed. When we received our food I realized I did not ask if the bun had seeds on it. So I had to eat the burger with just one bun, which is fine that was my fault. The drink options are great normal fountain drinks, plus delicious lemonade. Really like the sandwiches but they seem to have gotten smaller while the price has increased? AND I was offended by the cashier asking for a 15% or 20% or 25% tip?? Are you kidding me, a 20% tip for walking up to the cashier walking up when the buzzer goes off and walking up to clear my table. We frequent this habit pretty often, my grandfather loves it. We ordered Togo. They were cleaning up the restaurant when we got there around 8 pm, and had us order on the kiosk. We also had to ask them to let us order at the register since the kiosk didn't have all the milkshake orders on the kiosk. Tonight I ordered the teriyaki char, they charged a dollar extra to get with cheese, yet it was missing the grilled pineapple. My burger wasn't wrapped properly and the teriyaki sauce ended up all over the bag. They also are charging $.60 for extra cups of ranch and with the over $50 we spent they only gave us too little cups that were "included" even though we got multiple meals. I will say I enjoyed the peppers still being available and the restaurant being clean. read more

It turned out that I missed the bottom of the receipt. The manager kept the original and gave me a duplicate receipt and when I looked at the bottom of the receipt it did subtract $8.99 plus cheese. For my free Burger and I did add a drink and fries and I did order a patty melt combo for my wife. I guess I should have looked closer at the bottom of the receipt. My apologies. I am so disappointed. We ordered salads with adjustments and paid for the adjustments and they were not fulfilled. There is no way to reach them and we live 30 minutes away from the nearest location. I knew i should have verified the adjustments. But i just verified that all items were received. I ordered a Santa Barbara Cobb with no cheese and no avacado as i cannot eat them. Additionally i wanted Italian dressed with fried chicken vs. grilled chicken. And i got everything on it, grilled chicken and ranch. I also paid for more Caesar dressing for my husbands salad with no adjustments and got an extra ranch instead. And we cannot reach anyone on the phone. Got a craving for a burger today but when i went through my local Habit's dt i saw they had chicken nuggets. I really wanted to try them since i love nuggets. I know food is cooked fresh but it did take awhile in Dt. It took 30 mins in Dt to place my order & get my food. They advertise romain lettuce but it's usually iceberg. I frequently get salads and add avacado. Now a second time the staff has added rotting avacado. Not brown because of air exposure. Legitimately black and slimy. The fact the staff is willing to put visible rotting food on a salad has me wondering what they do that customers can't see. The customer service line never calls back and getting a refund in the store is pretty impossible. They don't habe a way to refund online orders. Online customer service doesn't call back. To the staff...if you wouldn't eat it like that, stop serving it to customers. It's disgusting and they still make the customers pay for the bowl of gross. read more
