My husband and I went there for the first time, The service was terrible, we felt rushed to order, she never made is aware there were "up charges" like the sauce on our wings and my husbands onion rings that came with his burger, she only came to our table twice which was the initial order and for payment , And the price, oh my, for food that tasted and looked like it came from a box, and for the restaurant to have wings in its name, our wings were cold, the boneless was hard as a rock, our burgers were horrible. The food was so bad we only took bites out of what we got and left the rest, we left there with a $69 bill and the only thing that was half decent was the draft beer. This has always been one of our favorite BWW locations. The staff is super nice and they do a great job of keeping the TVs tuned to live sports. They get a great crowd for Kentucky games, but they don't hesitate to turn a TV on for "your game". The food is the same at every BWW so it's really the layout of the restaurant and the staff that set this one apart from the others. This place use to be my go to place until a lot of the food started to be cheaper quality . The burgers here use to be amazing but the meat has not stayed the same. I've also had a few instances where chicken was undercooked and had to be sent back, but this isn't the norm. The place seems clean and the sports bar setting is spot on. Took the family out on 8/17 to enjoy the evening out. Was I ever wrong. The service was the worst I've ever see here. We got our drinks, ordered, and received everything, and that was it. We were pretty much forgot about at this time. My wife ended up having to drink my drink because she had wings and they were spicy and need something to cool the heat down. We would have ordered more food also, as we were not full, but the waitress never came back. As we were waiting, I began to people watch and that's when I discovered that if they bring the food out and give it to the wrong person, then when the waiter is called back over a few minutes later, they'll just place it on the correct table. Major health code violation. I told the manager and he didn't even seem too concerned. Said that shouldn't have happened, he'd talk to them about it. Visited Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time, decided to order their plain hamburger with cheese. On their menu with 3 or 4 menus for hamburgers that you can choose, just so you know that they aren't the only hamburgers that you can get as you can get a hamburger with any toppings you want on it so if you don't like some of these toppings for hamburgers on their menu then all you have to do is to tell the waitress that you want to order hamburger with your preferred toppings. Their hamburger meat itself is delicious, they serves Red Bull although that's not my favorite energy drink as Monster Energy is all I drinks everyday and I would be more happier if they serves Monster Energy too. Their place theme is a mixure of sports bar and steakhouse that serves their famous hot wings that they are known for. I never tried their hot wings (Ghost Chicken Wings is the hottest) and probably never will but I had somebody who dined with me that tried them said that they are great but extremely hot even that Buffalo Wild Wings suggested that you take a bite of the tip to see if your tongue can handle the hotness before eating the whole thing. Only thing that I am disappointed is that they aren't Deaf friendly. By Deaf friendly I mean no closed captions for their television but the waitress would be willing to take the time to communicate by writing on a piece of paper to order what you want. Another disappointment is that they are somewhat limited in foods on their menus. Should add at least 2-3 more hamburgers menu, to catch up the numbers of chickens menu and among others. The floors are covered with food and debris. The tables are not being thoroughly cleaned. They just get wiped off and the food thrown to the floor. I am a fan of this restaurant chain but to be honest this particular location is not the same as when it first opened. The food is not as good as it was originally and it seems they are often short staffed. The restaurant is always clean and you can usually be seated quickly.
