The meats and rice are either hard or soggy from sitting too long, but they are for the most part, generous with the quantity. The store is often times being repaired or renovated so it's in a mess and seating can be an issue because if this. The staff for the most part don't want to be there and it shows. As a Customer, I would appreciate my needs to be met before completing random tasks not related to food getting on my plate. A buddy of mine also visited Moes today, and he was forced to wait about 45 minutes for an online order, while this same staff member told workers to do his order last and prioritize the customers in line. despite him ordering WAY BEFORE. I dont know who this staff member is, but he needs a reevaluation. Customers deserve a good experience when getting their meals.
