It's BWW. SO, let me start off by saying to not expect much. Food was blah, drinks were cold, but not strong and the service left a lot to be desired. Granted, there aren't very many places for a business traveler to dine in Quincy, which is inherently the larger problem, but I have experienced better at other BWWs. They do have TVs with local teams audio being played during the games, but that was about the only positive thing I can pull from my experience here. read more

I had a rough day. I traveled to one of the local spots for dinner and they were closed. So I pulled up BWW menu. I got the chicken chopped salad with balsamic dressing. When I got back to my hotel I discovered I got Italian dressing instead! The salad had cranberries, blue cheese, bacon, candied walnuts and chicken...the only thing that would be good with Italian dressing is the chicken. This place has possibly the worst service and food in the next 5 million miles, people were getting seated before us even though they came in after us. I cannot begin to explain how terrible this place is. I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant than I am now, I don't even know how this place runs day to day. The employees were very rude they came over sat the food down and left, took years for them to get our drinks, and the food when it was brought to us was cold. The whole time we were eating nobody checked on us or refilled our drinks, the place isn't even that busy so I don't see how they could possible be this crappy. If It was somehow physically possible I would erase every memory of this place out of my head. If I could give this place a negative rating I would give it a -1,000,000. Do not recommend. read more

I was very disappointed to find out that they were not participating in the BOGO and they did not have any boneless wings.

Bad experience all the way around. Waitress did not get order right then tried fixing it by ordering the burger after everyone else got their food and we told her that we had ordered a burger as well. She didn't even tell her manager otherwise he would have come over to fix her mistakes. She didn't even offer refills until she came to give us our check. She just made matters worse by assuming that we would for another 1/2 hour for a burger to take home when my boyfriend doesn't eat left overs or eat in a vehicle. So he went home hungry. Took 20 minutes to be waited on. Then took over an hour to get our food, and people got their food before us when they got here at least twenty minutes after us, which was also multiple tables. I have never been a fan of the food here and I am not a fan of the drinks now either. The bloody Mary's are horrible. I can handle spice, but that is ridiculous. The manager of Ruby Tuesday's came over to this BWW some time ago, and the service and food has gone steadily uphill since he came on board. He was well-known at Ruby's for making sure everything was just right, and he brought that same attitude to BWW. A great move by BWW getting him onboard. read more

This is your standard B Dubs. Tons of beer on draft. TVs everywhere. Golden Tee 2011. You get it, if you have been to one you have been to all of them. I give this one a 4 for some of the details, i.e. Empty water cups, not enough silverware but overall still great for a B Dubs. read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered at a buffalo wild wings. We arrive about 10 after noon mind you we are on our lunch break and only have an hour. We are already to order by the time our server finally gets over to our table about 30 minutes goes by we are looking around people who have arrived after us have received their food and are almost finished eating we still have not gotten our food. Mind you we are only a table of 4 individuals. We wait a little longer finally someone goes and speaks with a manager after which are food finally comes an hour after being seated. Half of the food we received was incorrect (wings just covered in dry rub to the point where there were piles of it in the basket that was brought to us) and none of our food was hot so we waited an hour for luke warm food. The Manager could tell we were unsatisfied so he comes over to see what he can do for us, we don't ask for anything we would have just preferred better service he then says he will see what he can do for us. We received an insulting 15% discount. Our server was absolutely horrible not one single drink was refilled She took forever to get the most simple things (I.E. a box or a plastic lid which never came) and really did not check on us at all. read more

When we arrived there was five tables empty but hadn't been bussed so we had to wait almost 20 minutes. they were out of three different liquors for some of their featured drinks and when we finally got to order our food 30 minutes after we got there we had to wait another 30 minutes before we got anything. My burger was cold and soggy, the cheese slice on it hadn't even melted and the fries were almost mush. when our waitress finally made it back to our table to ask how we liked our food she acted surprised that it was cold and offered to get me a fresh one. another 15 minutes go by and i get a passably warm burger slightly under-cooked but by this time I was hungry enough i just ate it. For my Trouble i got 10% off my bill, about a whole $4.50. I won't be going back, i'll take the 1.5 hour drive to Hooters even tho Buffalo Wild Wings is only about 500 yards from my front door. read more

There is a reason I don't like chain sports bars and this one proves me right! The food and beer! WAY OVER PRICED nothing is original it's all the cookie cutter frozen and fried. Sauces are out of a bag not made.
