I ordered QDOBA pickup yesterday after looking at the menu and I was interested in some chips / guacamole and the build your own 3 taco plate. The food was ready for pickup very quickly which was great, but I was disappointed by the portion size of the tacos. The taco shells themselves were large, but they definitely skimped on the filling. I ordered shredded pork, cheese and pico salsa but I expected there to be more of everything in each taco. There was for sure a full bite across the whole top of the taco without any fillings in it. For $11, I expected more, especially considered how Chipotle does it! The flavor was good but next time I would try something different. read more

I come here at least twice per month, and every time I visit the chicken is over-charred. This is the only location I've ever been to that uses a half or third cup spoon to portion their chicken, which forces almost every customer to order double meat. They charge for extra Mexican street corn, but if you order it on the app it won't charge you. Overall the quality of the food besides the chicken is good, but the above mentioned items make me hesitate to eat here when I visit the Quincy location. read more

I usually go to the Queens, NY location considering that is where I am from. But coming to Quincy, I found that this location was SO much better and cleaner. It was not crowded. They made the food quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints. I only give this place 4 stars considering Qdoba is not my favorite place to eat at generally. But I have no complaints for this location. Although, if you have never been to a Qdoba, it is similar to Chipotle or Moes. They all have similar things just not everything tastes the same. And if you have not been to either of those. It is basically a Mexican style Subway feel. Give it a whirl. read more

asked for a soda with my order. sat down at the table and got halfway done with my food and a worker decided to come up and ask me to pay for the soda. saying I said "nevermind" at the counter which I did not. how is an establishment going to make someone pay for something they should've already paid for to begin with. it's not my fault you didn't press your button the first time. also was very rude making comments under her breath as she walked passed the table each time. read more

First off I want to start by saying it makes me very sad to leave this review. I usually do not have problems AT ALL with this location. However, for the first time I went later at night(9:20pm when close is 10pm) and had one of the worst experiences. By the way, in case anyone working there reads this, I came in on 8/30/22 if you don't believe your staff did this check the cameras. There were two younger adults working(I'm also a college kid and came in with friends) and they seemed OVER IT. I walked up and started my regular order(I come very often) and the guy that was the first in the meal assembly line was almost glaring at me. Then I look down as he is assembling my bowl and instead of the metal spoons they use to portion he was using the small plastic container/cups they use for salsa on the side. Not the queso cups, the SIDE salsa cups. Like the clear ones you put a lid on so the sauce doesn't spill. He proceeded to put put two scoops of rice, using the salsa cup, in the bowl and then put ONE scoop of the Hot and Spicy chicken in with the rice. You could see more of the cardboard bowl at this point then food in the bowl. He then looked up in annoyance at me. I was in pure disbelief at this point. So I called my friend over to make sure I was seeing correctly. She comes over and looks at me in the same disbelief. As a response to her shared response he puts a half salsa cup scoop more of the chicken in the bowl and slides it over to his associate on the other side and says loudly "next person in line". I still can't believe the situation when my friend asks "is that all the rice you have". To which the guy responds "we have plenty rice" using the salsa cup to show the one complete bowl serving worth of rice they had for the rest of the night. There were four of us. At this point instead of escalating the situation I laugh it off and end up leaving with my friends. I understand that you run out of things as the night goes on but there is no reason to be rude about it. I'm sure I might have even still bought the food if they asked nicely if I could use more protein because they have very little rice. Or even just being honest and saying that they ran out of food all together, even if it was a while before close. I just really felt some type of way about this experience. Especially because I was hyping it up on the way that night to one of the friends that had never been. It might be a while until I go back, if at all. read more

I've always felt cheated at this Qdoba. The first time I went there they asked me if I wanted the fajita vegetables or the new three cheese queso salsa. I said yes. What they didnt tell me is that there is un upcharge to these items, but not the others. I ended up paying like ten dollars for my lunch. Way overpriced. The second time I went in there was yesterday. Let's just say that the place at times operates beyond their capacity. Tuesday is dollar taco day all day. You have to pay for a drink. Not a bad deal. What they plated it up looked like slop. The stuff was all falling out and they totally totally totally skimped on the ingredients. I looked at the register guy, looked down at the food and said "REALLY?" Suffice it to say, I doubt that I will be back. I dont like paying too much for food especially if it looks worse than what taco bell would serve. To tell the truth, I think Taco Bell is actually..........a better value? read more

I love Qdoba food, but the staff at this particular restaurant appeared disinterested and rude. I was the only person in line, and I had to stand and wait while three employees tries to look busy and glance at each other as if to say "it's your turn to wait on this guy, not mine". Finally, an overpainted and pierced teen lost the waiting game and meandered over to ask me what I wanted to order. To make matters worse, the food was barely warm. read more

The staff here in Quincy Qdoba is excellent! We visit here often and the staff members welcome and remember us when we walk in the door. OK, where's the camera? This is a joke, right? Great place if you like an overpriced rice burrito served by rude employees! Tell them "very little rice," and you'll only get one pound of it instead of two! Seriously, I absolutely don't understand how they stay in business. Tried Quincy Qdoba catering. They did great! The staff really took the time to work with me to select everything my guests might like. I was not familiar with the menu so they explained it all. The quantities were ample.The set up with the hot trays were well done and everything was nice and warm. They delivered on time too. Will do this again! read more
