Me and my daughter went here for a quick bite during a rainy Sunday. We were seated pretty quickly and our server was nice. Th problem was that our food took extremely long to make and was overcooked and extremely salty. To the point where we had to drink multiple waters. Headed out to BW3's in Reynoldsburg today. Was seated promptly. My waitress was Ashley. I ordered the Buy One Get One Free wings. I got Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. You get six of each. Also ordered a small Onion Rings and or course celery/carrots with Ranch dressing. The Onion Rings were right out of the fryer and were super tasty with the Aioli dipping sauce. The celery/carrots were fresh and were delicious with the ranch dipping sauce. On to the main course the wings. The Garlic Parmesan wings were coated well with sauce. OMG!! Delicious. The Honey BBQ were super tasty. Ashley kept with drinks and even had one to go for me. On to a little add on, this location had a renovation several years ago. It has a large outdoor patio that is enclosed for winter. TV's were everywhere at each booth and a bunch of large TVs on the walls. Located just off of I-70 in Pickerington/Reynoldsburg, this is the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to me, so I frequent here from time to time when I'm in the mood for wings. There usually is something to complain about. Typically it's the slow factor, food does take a little while longer than one might like. Usually the quality of service is sub par, never anything special. It can get very busy on the nights you would expect: wing night, friday nights, nights of a big game, thus making the service even painfully slower. The building isn't old, but on one occasions I have seen the ceiling have some major leakage problems One problem I have never had is with the food: the food orders always come out correct, served hot, and tasting great. You also can't complain about the TVs nor the bar section. The bar is a great place to hang out, along with the high top seating. The TVs are scattered throughout the building so you're able to see multiple TVs at the same time. Another bonus, the bathrooms are great and always clean. A note to be added: the take out service is relatively easy. After being greeted at the front doors by the hosts/hostesses, there's a counter specific for take out. "Bdubs", BW3, the brand has struggled for an identity for over a decade. They have pushed to be known for wings and sports by the time this location opened off of 256. Online ordering is a breeze as long as you avoid the confusing app. I've given up on the rewards program for now as well. Where Buffalo Wild Wings gets high marks is the catering menu and the continuing wing promotions on Tuesday and Thursday.We ordered the taco and quesadilla platter, an amazing value, although the website image is possibly a double portion. It came with two full quesadillas and 9 tacos. For context, an appetizer is 3 tacos or 1 quesadilla. The order was ready on time. We also did the sampler and appetizer portion of Everything Pretzels. Check out was quick and efficient. I miss the quality control they used to do of showing off the items before you leave, hopefully something that will return after social distancing ends. read more

I also ordered for a young child 3 fingers, no seasoning or sauce and it came with tons of seasoning and for $12.00 I get these 3 fingers the size of my index finger. My husband's wings were so wet that the bottom of the Togo box was busting through. I had to put a plate under them so the food didn't fall through the bottom. This location is always so busy but I feel that the staff does a great job on getting the orders right and out as fast as possible! I am in love with the mango habanero sauce but I'm not a huge bw3 wing fan but the tenders are excellent and with that sauce it makes the perfect meal. Their salads are always fresh and a great value for the size and quality and again I love that you can get the chicken shaken in the sauce. I also love that they have a great drink selection and I am happy to see Brew Dog on the menu. One other thing I love about Bw3 is they show the UFC fight on pay per view and there isn't a cover to be able to watch like some bars downtown.. Always a good time at BW3! read more

The fried pickles were way undercooked - the batter still gooey on many of the pickles. AN HOUR after we got there a very nice waitress delivered our food but it came at room temperature. The trays it came on were warm but the food was not. My kids ordered a cheeseburger and fries and mild boneless wings and fries and neither could eat more than 2 bites. They have never not been able to eat their meals out. The fries tasted like they had been made and sat out for hours. I didn't try my sons cheeseburger but he couldn't eat it. My wings had very obviously been made long ago and resauced. Nothing was hot and tasted old. To their credit - the side salad was fine and the waitstaff nice. I'm a huge fan of their wings. I'm a bit of a punk nowadays in that I can't handle spicy anymore, so I keep it mild. I love their sandwiches as well. This is a good place to go when you want to watch the games on football Sundays. Fans gravitate to their respective screens and so you get random group cheers all around you. This has got to be the worst Bdubs I have ever been to. Our first experience there was poor, but I neglected writing a review because the manager was so apologetic. But for the sake of this review, I'll quickly summarize our first visit here: -Arrived there and discovered they don't participate in BOGO Thursdays. -Our server keyed in a random amount of boneless wings for myself and my husband, not what we ordered. -Our food took FOREVER to come out- and they were not at all busy. -By the time our remade food was finally ready and boxed up, we'd been at the restaurant for over 90 mins, and our baby was crying because she was so ready to go. -We ordered (and PAID for) ranch to go with our remade food, so we left our half empty ranch at the restaurant. She assured us she put 2 fresh ranch dressings in the bag. We got home and there were none. So about a month later we decide to give it another try. We did an online order, 2 medium orders of boneless wings, and 2 appetizers. We ordered 5 ranch dressings. My husband goes to pick up our order and asks if there are 5 ranch in the bag. The girl double checks and realizes there are only 4, but runs back to get 2 more. My husband gets home with the food, and I see the dressing bag says "Michael 4 bc" on it. Sure enough, it's bleu cheese dressing in the bag. So I call the restaurant, and it's the same girl who bagged our order. She half heartedly says "Aw, I'm so sorry about that. Let me put you on hold and get a manager." 7 minutes later I'm still on hold and just hang up. People, there are bigger problems in the world than missing ranch dressing. I know it, you know it. But it's major component of the meal. Do you want chips without salsa? No. And neither do people want wings without their dipping sauce- that's why they sell it! But my purpose in writing this review is to tell other people to not bother with this BWW. Was the food good? Sure. But they are disorganized, slow, mess up orders, and really don't care about their customers.
