I was delighted to find a lot of options! Keep in mind there may be cross contamination so take it as you will. I ordered the Italian sub on gluten free and it was so very close to a normal sandwich I was very excited! I also ordered a gluten free pizza and found it great! Had a chance to check this place out today on a suggestion. I have to say it was a good call. It being a hot Sunday, I expected most people to be outdoors and not packing the restaurant, and I was right. Still, there was a fair amount of people there. We were told to sit wherever we liked. Service was quick, pleasant, and she made a great recommendation, convincing me to try the fries until my pizza order came. They didn't take long either. Nice and hot, crispy and flavorful, without too much salt. Just as we were finishing the basket, our order arrived. Cardo's Special: Sausage, Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms (which I had removed). As usual, I took a piece of sausage off to try separately and it was delicious! Packed full of juice and flavor, just the right amount of seasoning and a great texture, resulting in a greater chew. The entire ensemble was put together well, temperature hot, just the way I like it. This is why I prefer to dine in. The dough foundation was nice and firm with the right amount of crunch, balancing it out perfectly. There are pizza places I visit and then there pizza places I would visit AGAIN. Excellent quality and service. The pizzas were so good we came back less than a week later for more. I do wish the onions were sliced thinner for the sub lol but that's just personal preference. Cool atmosphere in Pickerington! I frequent this location, especially during the summer months. They often have live music out on the patio. They do have music indoors on occasion as well. Started with a salad and finished with a cauliflower crust pizza. The salad was good. Nothing special, I suppose I could have dressed it up and asked for extra toppings. The pizza was good, but that crust only comes in 10". There was a good amount of toppings and the crust was crisp. I'm always looking for a new spot on this side of town. It's not new but I wish we would have found it sooner. Huge restaurant and bar with a super cool patio. Lots of great food items on the menu. I loved the taco pizza. My husband had the pulled pork nachos. Delicious! We enjoy craft beer and good bourbon. They had both. The patio with choose your own taps is amazing. We stopped in to Cardo's on a Wednesday evening for the first time. I like that it has a bar side and a more casual side for families or being able to have a private conversation. We had our young daughter with us and it's very kid friendly. They had live music that was very good! Our server Byron was very attentive and friendly! Food is good prices are also good overall! We had the Mac n cheese bites and a pizza and a grilled cheese for the baby! All items were good and we finished all of them! Sometimes bars/pubs in strip malls are hit or miss but this was surprisingly nice and enjoyable! Good mix of channels on the Tv's from sports to news (as a news junky I like that). My stepson always raves about Cardo's so I thought that we would check it out. I placed a phone order for takeout and the order was hot and ready within twenty minutes! Yes! The pickup was quick and efficient too! I pulled up curbside, a server asked for my name, and then delivered the food to the passenger seat of my car. The food was still hot when I got home. We had the Cardo's Special Pizza, the spicy garlic chicken wings, and the cheesy garlic bread. The pizza was pretty good! The special pizza is topped with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. I really liked the fresh toppings on top. They had great flavor and were nice and crunchy. We weren't big fans of the crust. It seems that the crust may be pre-packaged dough. The spicy garlic wings were really good. They were hot and crispy. The cheesy garlic bread had a nice, garlicky flavor; however, was a little too chewy for me. Overall, we had a great experience at Cardo's and enjoyed the food we had! read more

I purchase a pickup order here with some frequency so tonight's experience was quite surprising. The food here is very good but I gave it a two star based on the managers/owner(?) attitude. When picking up my carry out order, I asked the young ladies at the register if they sell bottle beer for carry out. A gentleman at the end of the bar (owner/manager?) said yes. I asked for a certain craft beer and he said no, When I asked for another type of craft beer he stated no and the told me they had no craft beers in bottles ( in a very snippy tone). I then asked the ladies at the register what local beers that they do have in bottles. They said they didn't know. I asked for a couple local brands and the gentlemen went off in a huff to get them as if he was being put out selling something to a customer. I called in for a take out. The lady that took my ordee was very friendly and made sure she took my order properly. I ordered two pies one cordo and one pep pie pizza. I also order some mild wings. The pizza is thin and it gives you a taste that reminds you of eating donatos pizza. I asked for extra sauce but I would still say the pizza was to dry. I enjoy my pizza to be saucy. This is my second time eating here. The first wasn't particularly memorable, but this time was much better. The buckeye pretzel bites with beer cheese were amazing!! Highly recommend those even though they are a bit pricey. The pepperoni pizza had a nice crispy crust, but could have used more pizza sauce on it. The cauliflower crust pizza with mushrooms was cooked to perfection!! It can definitely be challenging not to burn a cauliflower crust, but Cardo's knew exactly how to cook it properly. Yeah Man- this place knocked it well out of the park! Did you know they had the best pizza? The crust is thin, firm and crispy with plenty of flavor. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness. The toppings are finely sliced and generously applied. It was so good. The wings were large and tasted great. They have a full bar with a good house red. The beers are perfectly poured and are at 33 degrees F. The service was prompt, attentive and friendly. Apparently they have live acoustic music and trivia etc. throughout the week.
