We got in late on a road trip and had hungry children. I placed an online pick up order right across the street where we were staying (Residence Inn). My daughter and I left the hotel and went early to wait for food and have an adult beverage after spending some hours on the road with not always happy children. Ha! I hate leaving bad reviews but alas, here we are. Service was really bad. I was dining by myself and took a bit for someone to greet and seat me. The waitress took quite a bit to come over and take my order... which is whatever... but it wasn't busy at all. My drink order was forgotten about and when I finally got it, it was completely wrong. I actually got my food before the correct drink. My salad had a ton of wilted/spoiled pieces of lettuce, but I just picked around them. Overall, disappointing. read more

I could see the servers bringing food to other tables repeatedly. So instead of bringing out a complete order, they were bringing food out as it was ready. That shows that the kitchen was struggling. Also, this place is very dirty. Take a good look at the carpet when you're in there. How long do you think it's been since they had the carpet cleaned? What does this tell you about the management/owners. They aren't concerned with cleaning. And if they aren't concerned with cleaning the front of the house where the customers are, what do you think the back of the house looks like? COVID concerns can only go so far to account for poor service. Extended food wait times for half capacity, and then cold food? Waitress took an additional 25 min to check up on our table? Where do we draw the line for poor service? Extra precautions, and reduced seating capacity shouldn't constitute lack of customer service. Management is lacking to say the least. I'm not saying wait staff needs to kiss customers feet, but tight budgets, and a finicky customer attempting to go out should be appreciated more than it seems here. The new site is a little more difficult to get to but as the construction in the area finishes up it will just be tucked back with plenty of parting outside and sitting room inside. It is a chain so none of the food is gourmet, but it usually hits the spot and gets the job done while enjoying all the sports on many many televisions. If you have a bad night or a good night chances are you won't get the same experience twice as the servers seem to rotate often. Came into the restaurant around noon, there were VERY LITTLE people there at this time. Waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes before anyone came over to seat us, the hostess walks over with her mask off her face, then puts it on asks us how many then looked at us and asked if we had masks. We didn't wear any in and i told her that i didn't, she told us we had to put a mask on to walk to the table or she would refuse to seat us. At the time there was NOBODY else in the lobby but me my sister and my two kids. We put masks on and walked 5 feet to a booth and then she tells us we can take our masks off. Then she was making it obvious that she was talking about us to other employees as they all started at us. Everytime she wasn't in the hostess area she didn't have her mask on her face it was pulled down under her chin. We also sat back to back in booths with other customers and were not socially distanced from them. Later on she sat down two men who didn't have masks on and at that time she didn't have hers on either. I'm still livid at how rude she was to us and how hypocritical she was towards us about the masks. Why do we have to put a mask on to walk 5 feet to a booth only to sit right next to other customers who were not wearing a masks. I already don't like coming here because we have had bad service every single time we have came to their new restaurant, i only came as a favor to my son because it's one of his favorite places to go, but we won't be giving them our business any longer! Food came out wrong and she was not concerned that my wife and I eat at the same time. She brought us 2 beers without asking if we would like another.
