Table was dirty.. menus were dirty.. pickles were under cooked and all stuck together. Had to send them back and I never send food back. Everything tasted like it was fried and then re heated in the fryer again. Bones wings crunched when you bit into them. The oil clearly needs changed. This is the worst bdubbs I've ever been to. GOODBYE BWW. I have had a love/hate relationship with BWW for about 4 years. Things I hate: the service is inattentive and very slow as is the kitchen and 50% of the time they get things wrong. Also, at the Southern Pines location, you practically sit in the dark and the saltshakers are completely damp, so nothing comes out. What I love is the Southern Chicken sandwich on Friday's. It's only $12 and you get a large chicken breast, fries and drink. The chicken was randomly shaped and between 1/2 to 1" thick with an awesome batter. I go every Friday. NOW: the piece of chicken has been replaced by a pre-formed patty and about 1/4" thick like something you'd find in the frozen section of a supermarket. There is no chicken taste, only breading. I would like to say that the waitress was on point. False Advertising - Not What They Promised I usually enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth -- and not because of the food. They advertised a bottomless appetizer for $9.99, but when I arrived and tried to order, they either refused to honor it or made up fine print that was never mentioned in the advertisement. It felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics just to get people in the door. I wouldn't have come here otherwise. On top of that, the staff seemed annoyed when I politely pointed out the discrepancy. The service was awful, we were a party of nine so I expected entirely for it to take a while, but we waited two hours for our food and they completely forgot about some of our nachos. We came here because my boyfriend was wanting some wings. The service wasn't the problem. We should have known something was off when there was no wait on Saturday evening at 5pm. The food was just ass. No flavor, chicken was dry and it just wasn't worth the money. The cheese curds that cost $12 were literally only a handful. The mango habanero wings we got were just way too hot to even enjoy and I can definitely handle spice, and the Cajun wings also just didn't taste good either. Overall it just wasn't worth the money. They will steal from you and tey to kill you. My Doordarsher was patient and waited 45 mins for them to make the food. When it arrived, it was missing an item and the chicken was raw inside(see photo) unfortunately doordash's software only let's you add one complaint and offered a partial credit only. To reiterate, Buffalo wild wings took 55 mins to make 2 chicken tenders. I paid for a separate drink. The drink never arrived, and the food was inedible and dangerous. Maybe start with a buffalo chip appetizer with cheese and ranch dressing. Other than those selections you're looking at an upscale Wendy's menu. Decided to head here on a Friday night and it was seat yourself on the high tops or wait for a booth or table so we decided to seat ourselves - hostess told us where to go and then the high tops were all full so we ended up waiting. I feel like (never been in food service) there is some communication issue in that the hostess wasn't aware the area was full capacity or why would she send us there just to walk back. Anyways, service was ok, I think the only thing this place cares about now is making even on their alcohol sales cause that's all the staff seemed to be worried about. We ordered nachos ($9!) and they looked like they had seen better days. Our entrees were both salads and I couldn't even eat more than a few bites of mine. The chicken was crunchy? Like it was all gristle and then I noticed it was brown and slimy and I'm honestly mad that someone knowingly sent that out. I've eaten at the BWW a few times. The experiences weren't great due to poor service but this time I feel like I should review it. I came here to pick up some wings for takeout. Nobody greeted me. There was a guy in the takeout area but I think he was in the phone. But even after the phone he did not say a word to us. Then several employees came to the front. Nobody bothered to ask if we've been helped. Then to put in the order, the gentleman was very nice but next to him was a lady doing an order over the phone. I wish I could've seen her name but it was covered by her hair. As soon as the phone rang she let out a long sigh. She was rushing through the order. And she was slamming on the counter when she had to repeat her self, list the sauces, and give prices for menu items. She could have been having a bad day, but you should never act that way in front of customers. If I return, I'll be sure she is not my waitress. The gentleman said the food will be ready in 15 minutes, but the 15 minutes turned into 30 minutes. Nobody informed me that I would be waiting longer than 15 minutes. BWW as a franchise is a pricey restaurant and bar. I only come because all the different wing flavors. I wouldn't come here to get anything because I have yet to eat anything that didn't taste like pre-made frozen food. read more

Hubby ordered the boneless wings and they were mostly batter and then over cooked made them inedible so they went back. And the Nashville-sauce was horrible. The fries were supposed to come out with no seasoning but came salted and peppered. Daughter had a buffalo chicken salad that was mostly ok as was my Caesar salad. The garlic toast is covered in fake butter so it tastes horrible. The service was slow which is inexcusable since it was 3:15 when we walked in. The staff here is great! The food is amazingly good, but you must turn down your air conditioning. Placed a Togo order on my way home well over 30 mins away. My order was missing fries and wings covered in sauce after asking sauce to be on the side. I called in to just get a refund on my fries since I was charged they're only solution was next time your here we can give you fries for free which I doubt would happen because it's no telling when we could come back and if they will truly have the documentation to remember me. The manager was no help and flat out said she couldn't help me. Even though they messed up on the order!! I'm glad it wasn't something super expensive but I can bite the bullet for some fries. I just think it's crazy how they didn't care at all. While in there waiting for the food they were very disorganized, they gave someone's food to another lady and when she came back to say hey this isn't my food they just put it back on the shelf.
