They're very fast I ordered in about 25 minutes. The food was already ready for me to pick up so I got the filet mignon. You have to try their greens baked beans. I had the mashed potato fully loaded and the mac & cheese super delicious and then always ask for extra extra butter. read more

Visiting Pinehurst for business and decided to stop by Cracker Barrel. The service was outstanding, and the meal--an old-fashioned chicken fried steak with gravy--was WOW delicious, especially for a Californian. A gentleman named Frank came by to check on us and everyone at our table, making sure we enjoyed our meal. That level of service is rare these days and was a pleasant surprise. We went to the Texas Roadhouse the day after Christmas. It was terrible. The cheese fries were cold, and my chicken was not cooked on one side. I had to beg to get more tea from our totally subpar waiter that seemed like it was his first day. I've tried twice now at the Aberdeen location. First time was so so. This time it was terrible. I'm never going back to this dump. This is the first time I've not left a tip at a restaurant. It was really terrible. read more

This chain steakhouse looked packed when I arrived: full parking lot, people standing outside. But hardly anyone was at the bar, and so I was able to go right in and have a seat. The bar staff made quick work of taking my drink order, delivering some complimentary bread, and getting my food order in. Some of the bread I received was far too brown, but I sampled other rolls and found them just fine. My Caesar side salad was next to arrive, again getting there quickly. It wasn't an especially impressive salad but there was nothing wrong with it either. I had not been done with the salad long when the big plate arrived containing my ribeye, baked potato, and a substantial amount of butter and sour cream (glad they didn't skimp). The steak was cooked to my preference, seasoned nicely, and marbled without being overloaded with fat. I won't call the baked potato the largest I've ever received by far, but the size is the only complaint I can offer. Bar staff kept checking on me and addressing my drink needs throughout my stay. I'm sure it helped that there were no more than four patrons seated at the bar at any time, but still it was timely and efficient service. The tables and booths in the rest of the restaurant looked to be filled to capacity, and that makes the environment a little raucous, but that's reasonable and expected at such an establishment. I should probably knock a little more off for the inconsistency with the rolls and the small potato, but I'm going to give the kitchen a little slack. For a popular chain restaurant, this was far from a bad experience; I've certainly had worse. read more

It was our first time going to Texas Roadhouse and it definitely did not disappoint!!! All the meat was cooked how we ordered. The seasoning was delicious, even the sides tasted amazing! Our waitress was amazing she had the patience when explaining what some thing where. She also made sure our drinks were refilled. Over all an amazing experience! We were amazed when the waitresses were dancing to a song that was being played on the speakers. We thought that was amazing because even the crowd joined in clapping! I went to Texas Road House a few days ago and the wait was normal like always, The service workers were dressed in Christmas costumes for some odd reason. It was pretty hot in there that day so I felt bad for them dressed all in fuzzy warm clothes in a very warm restaurant. The food is normally decent but this time around the chicken critters were cooked in old oil which made them soggy in just a couple of seconds after receiving them. I hardly received any fry's and I was overall dissatisfied. You can even see the color difference, they were super dark compared to the light ones I normally receive. The season rice was decent last time but this time they tasted like they just came out the microwave and were somewhat soggy and had little flavor. The toasted bread was soggy as well and was soaked in butter, but the sirloin was tender and pretty good. I don't believe $47.57 was worth the price though. read more

What a disappointment. I have been to many Texas Roadhouse restaurants and this was the worst. The rolls were what I call Dough B-B's, very dense and inedible, my chicken must of been soaked in salt water way too long, it was squishy ( for lack of better word) and cold, baked potato was so burnt the inside of the potato was brown from being burnt, hubbys steak was so tough he finally gave up and made a meal out of the dough B-B's and dinner salad. It took forever for us to get our meals and we did not see much of our server, not what I expect from Texas roadhouse. read more

At 6:45 they had no more bread available. When we walked in we asked for extra butter for the bread. The hostess said she'd bring some bread over once it was cooked. We were pleased to get in at 6:30 on a Friday night. It went downhill from there. Wait staff was (very) quick to get us started. Delayed beverage, but ok, things happen. No rolls to table. Appetizer came in minutes; we're good. Salads came after entrees. My ribs were inedible; burnt and dry. Steaks were good, sides fine. Went recently and had Summer as my server, she was extremely rude. Preceded to spill my friends coke on the table and all over her legs and doesn't bring napkins or apologize. Asked for rolls for the table several times and didn't receive them till the dinner was already at the table. The two other girls I was with ordered steaks medium and there's were more pink than the medium rare steak I ordered, after food was brought to the table she never checked on us again and got an attitude when I asked for a paper check to pay in cash for the table. The only reason this location received a HIGH score of a 3 is thanks to the 'no contact'' waitlist feature on the Yelp app, making check-in for the 30ish wait so much better. Our waiter, Caleb was very polite and gave us great menu recommendations once we did get to our table. Of course, the bread and butter was great. But sadly, that was about it. You could taste all of the salt in the food, including fried pickles, country fried chicken AND steak. My boyfriend was also not thrilled with his sides (sweet potato). Would we return? I had ordered food to go and waited an hour and 30 minutes. It was ridiculous. I didn't even get any of the rolls because I had to wait another 10 minutes for those and I was not waiting. Ended up missing some of my food. This place needs to be better at time management. There should be no reason to wait and an hour and 30 minutes for food. We really like being able to access the Waitlist and get a head start in line. My husband & I share a Ft. Worth Ribeye Steak and purchase extra sides. It's the perfect amount for us. The only negative we both have is that the salad is served in a bowl that's refrigerated, so the salad ingredients are too chilled, which masks some of the flavor. read more

Food was not ready at curbside on time, then food arrived cold. Return to the inside to advise when the french fries was replaced with more cold and old french fries. The oil was obviously old S french fries had a dirty look and old oil taste. Will driving through on hwy 1. Will NEVER stop/dine/ curbside here EVER again. We ordered an extra crispy onion that was anything but with minimal batter which pulled off when you tried to pull the petals away (onion was not cut thru fully). Our beef tips were half tender and half unchewable, flavor was ok. The bread, as always, saved the day...awesome yeast rolls!
