Leah was the bartender and had a really great personality when she engaged with the guests. Beer was really good and cold. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Sandwich but changed it. I ordered it with hot sauce and blue cheese ( don't care for Ranch). My sandwich and fries were both temperature hot and the sandwich had great flavor. My fries were great. The service and food quality were poor. Had to ask to forks and napkins. Food came out staggered although there were only two of us. Only one chicken tender on entire buffalo chicken wrap (basically lettuce and cheese in a wrap.). Had to stop waitress three times to ask for beer when glasses were clearly empty for some time. Then had to reminder her twice when still had no beer 10 minutes later and she realised she never put in the order. Complained to manager who said she would give us a 15% discount but ended being $3.06 on a $58 bill. What a joke! read more

Purposely got a hotel close to Bdubs while on business in Moultrie. I always sit at the bar. The bartender was by herself on a Friday night!! Why??!! This is peak time!! The manager was just standing next to the bar doing nothing to assist!! I asked for a double patron and she brought me a single while forgetting to ever retrieve the Mich Ultra I asked for. Needless to say I just walked out because if greeting and beverage service was this bad I could imagine what it would have taken to get a meal. I was in the business for 20 years. The wings were amazing. We split a medium order with garlic parmesan and Caribbean jerk flavors. We also ordered mozzarella sticks which were yummy goodness. Payge, our bartender, was very helpful with the menu and choices. Being a server myself in Chicago, I understand the behind the scenes drama. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. I was racially discriminated against by an older short haired blonde woman. My significant other and I went to go watch the Mayweather vs. Mcreggor fight, willing to pay the 20 dollars per person admission fee. The woman didn't even acknowledge us, until I asked her if any booths were available. The aged woman proceeds to tell us that the restaurant is closed b/c of a private party. She was obviously lying b/c the restaurant wasn't even packed and I doubt everyone in that restaurant knew eachother. I decided to wait in my car to see if they turned anyone else away. Read some reviews and was a little worried.. but those reviews were from people who only had 1 or 2 reviews so as always I felt I needed to form my own opinions.. We went around 6:30 PM on a Friday night. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress, Keera, I think that's hat her name was, was very polite and helpful. She asked for our IDs even though we are both turning gray on the head. So they must have been told they need to ID everyone which is just fine with me. She also constantly checked on us and was very helpful. We ordered mango habanero and medium buffalo wings, small order of fries and an appetizer of nachos and salsa. The chips and salsa were OK, the salsa was a little plain but it was good. The wings were delicious, very hot. Everything came out pretty promptly. I'm very glad we went and experienced thir place for ourselves. Most of the bad reviews were for service, and it seems they must have corrected this issue. read more

Sadly, I am revising my review. I took my daughter for a Saturday fun experience and the hostess literally ignored me to seat three groups that were obviously friends. Although I was standing at the host station she looked over my shoulder and warmly addressed a group behind us and sat them immediately. We then watched her seat two more tables before acting like she accidentally forgot we were there. Luckily our waitress was nice and efficient. However, the host is the first impression customers have and I am not sure if I will return to this location. read more

Always loud in the restaurant from all the tvs. And being it was on a Sunday around 4 they were playing the football games. The party next to us complained about their wait for the food. However there were about 20 of them and their food all came out at one time which I found extremely impressive because I have gone out in large groups like this and our food never comes out at the same time. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! I am a server and I know how the restaurant business can be and I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had. We first waited more than 5 mins to get seated before someone one sat us (keep in mind it wasn't busy at all) then we got sat at a booth and then a couple minutes later were asked to move to another booth because the server wanted to clean up, ok... then we got sat at another booth and no one came to the table for 10 min before I got up and had to ask someone for waters and I went to go sit back down and about 5 min later we got waters. She took our order and the food came out and it's took her another 10 min to ask if everything is okay meanwhile I had to get up and ask for silverware and more ranch and a refill which she took her time to get as well. We asked the host to speak to the manager and the host kept saying "well is there a problem?" Y'all look mad" the manager finally came and he was nice but didn't really solve anything. The server then approached us and asked "so y'all said the service was bad?? I thought I did ok" FIRST OF ALL a server should never approach a customer after a complaint and trying to argue with us this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in my life. And after she tried to argue with me she then stared at us as we were filling out our credit card receipt which seemed like she was trying to see if we were going to tip, I usually tip at least 25% but this case I couldn't. The management and employees and everything about this location is awful, something needs to change. A restaurant doesn't work if people don't work together and this restaurant you can definitely tell that it every man for them self. read more

I've been several times, twice with to-go orders, and twice to sit down. Both sit-downs at uncrowded lunch times. The first time my wife and I sat down with our daughter. Took over an hour to get (burnt) fried pickle appetizer, wings, and chicken buffalitos (chicken tacos with chips as a side. Luckily, this was NOT overcooked, and actually pretty good.. "Asian Zing saves the day!!"). Second time for dine-in, I just went in for a mid-week lunch with my daughter. We stood at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes (as the only customer up front) without even being acknowledged. I noticed a waitress walk by a table and apologize to a party of two for the "long wait." She did glance over and tell me that "someone would be right with me," before disappearing to the back. Not close to good!!! I'm passing through town with my family and they are across the street from the hotel waiting for me to come back with food. I sat down while I watch the bar tenders talk to everyone else and mostly employees. When they finally stopped talking to each other one stood back and looked around. I had to ask if I could have a beer! Wow!!! She said sure and then took my to go order of 3 easy apps. 25 minutes later I had to ask where it was as it was just nachos and fried pickles. She said her manager would bring it out to me. He did not and the bar tender said that "I guess he is not coming out!" I got back to the hotel across the street to find cold food. Employees ordered food right in front of me after I ordered my food and their burgers came out before my cold apps. I told the bar tender that I guess employee food is more important. I then decided to call the manager which I never do and was on hold for over 5 minutes. So, I called back and left a message for him.
