Wow! We went for some drink as it was right next to the HI Express and it was short staffed (they warned us) due to the impending hurricane. Well, that didn't slow down the bartender or the manager. They F'ing Killed it with serving a half-full bar area! No excuses from other short-staffed places, if you ask me! We stayed for quite a bit and I tried a few drinks. I started with a LIIT (Long Island Iced Tea for the bar disfunction's) and it was decent, but not very strong. They had a $2.99 margarita and after thinking about it, I decided against the bottom shelf tequila and decided to go with the Perfect Patron version. Best decision I made since deciding to go to Tifton during a hurricane! The atmosphere was pretty good with people at the bar talking to you and asking where we were from. We must have looked WAY out of place, but everyone from the staff to the other patrons (not Patrons) was super friendly. We arrived to this restaurant five minutes before it was scheduled to open. Our waiter, Felipe, was nice enough to unlock the door and let us in. Service from him was professional and friendly throughout our lunch. I had the chicken quesadilla salad and my husband had the grilled chicken breast. Everything tasted great. read more

This was a very different experience than I have had at Applebees previously. It appeared than one guy was the sole waiter. Had to wait quite a while for our appetizer of artichoke dip. And then someone else brought it. Our meal was an even longer wait . The waiter said the small dish of tomatoes was spicey, so I said no thank you to it. When my food finally arrived, I asked for the tomatoe medley- it was no way spicy and the best thing on the plate. It appears they ran out of Spanish rice and eventually someone came by, not our waiter, to ask me to name a substitute. But no silver ware. They finally Brought Plastic ware. They eventually took $10 off our meal and gave me their canned apology. I would have much preferred that these gross errors would never happen again and that they were taking measures to make sure. Applebees is consistently good. This particular Applebees was very clean and well appointed. The food was delicious the service was fine. I watched the staffs interaction with guests. Every one of the staff seemed to enjoy what they were doing. We will return on our way home. read more

I never thought I'd give it five star review to an Applebee's that I stopped at while driving through town, but this place earned it. Felipe is a superstar! He's got a great attitude, a wonderful energy, and he checked on us regularly throughout the meal. I had the grilled chicken breast with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes, and it was quite tasty. I was at a table within earshot of the kitchen, and I could hear the manager running things quite efficiently and collaboratively with her team. With great service, wonderful food, reasonable pricing and a great location right off i-75, this is a great choice. read more

Out friends beer was flat, mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way, and she didnt place our order for food when we placed it and we've been here for 45 minutes. The manager even came out and discussed my food allergy (onions), then arranged for fresh mushrooms to be grilled separately for my burger!my friends enjoyed their dishes, too. Horrible service and food. Silverware's were so dirty and when we asked them to be replaced we were told all the dishes are dirty and were given glass of hot water to clean them ourself!!! They looked like they were not washed at all and just wiped out in paper napkins. We were upset but still adjusted to eat with plastic plates and spoons. They served Bourbon chicken with so less onion and literally half mushroom. Pasta was served without bread. At this point we spoke to the waitress and she agreed the food din't look good and silver ware were dirty so we thought the manager has to be notified. Epic was when manager came out and said she is not responsible for any of this as she does not wash dishes a or serve food and she dint want to hear lecture from us. We ended up at this restaurant on 10/20 at about 8 pm, after an awful experience at the Logan's Steakhouse, across the street from them, where we waiting over 40 minutes and still hadn't even gotten our salad! So, we left and came to Chili's. We were seated immediately and our fabulous waitress, Chloe, came right over. We told her about our horrible experience at Logan's and that now we were kind of in a hurry, so anything she could do would be helpful. She took our order, came back with our drinks, and told us she manually pulled our order out of the machine the chef gets, and put it in front of him, telling him of our time constraint and the experience we just had at Logan's. Well, within 10 minutes, our appetizer came out and about 10 minutes after that, our meal came out, fresh and hot and delicious. She was extremely attentive during our meal, saying that she want to always make sure she can do everything she can for her customers. She was an absolute delight and definitely an asset to Chili's. We had a delicious meal, a lovely waitress who helped us not to have to agonize over our time constraint, and we couldn't be more thankful. I highly recommend this location and if you re lucky enough to have Chloe as your waitress, she will treat you like royalty! read more

We eat here once a year and this year it wasn't good. My pretzel sticks were completely burnt and not edible, the rest of the crew said there steaks were way to seasoned and tough. Could someone please tell me why Applebees insists on having a DJ on Wednesdays? I just don't get it. I mean SERRIOUSLY, it is not the club, the music does NOT need to be that loud. The patio was closed due to lack of staff however they let us water outside with our dogs and took amazing care of us. Ok I found it! A restaurant I truly think is so horrible that you should never, ever, ever go here. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though tables were open. Our server appeared to be communicating with spirits we could not see in a language we could not understand. Waited 20 minutes for a gin and tonic, which arrived after my wife's soup. Had to send to Florida for a slice of lime, and Tanqueray was out, so they gave me well gin. Got my Quesidilla Burger eventually. No sign of my wife's meal till I was finished eating. Stopped in last night for a late dinner after roadtripping all day with a toddler, it wasn't busy, or waitress did wear a nice smile but little interest in serving us. Never was brought napkins, silverware came after our food, I asked for sauce and got ketchup but no dressing for my salad after asking twice. My drink took 40 minutes and two requests and it was a Tuesday night, was not slammed by any means. It was just a terrible experience. Stressful, long, disappointing, we only ordered burgers and they for sure sat under the heat lamp longer than the grill... I don't normally leave a bad review but wow. read more

After having dinner here my partner and I think this may be the worst Applebee's in North America - this is a bar pretending to be a restaurant. The bar part was OK but the kitchen and front serving staff where terrible. After a long thirty-minute wait without an update, our food arrived - broccoli was over cooked, garlic mashed potatoes cold, and the salmon overcooked - no lemon wedge as shown on their menu, no salt and pepper on the table, no tarter sauce, no offer of water basically no real service.
