Absolute trash service. In town for work came in on Tuesday sat at bar for 5-10min didn't even see anyone and went to Applebees. Came in Wednesday after work got a beer at the bar and was completely ignored had to ask to order food. Got the all you can eat then not another word from the bartender while she ran around acting busy like methany. Save you money go to Applebees next door where you at least get service. My family and I showed up for a nice family lunch that turned out to be a complete waste of time, money, and it took so long it basically turned into a supper. We waited about an hour and a half for the food to come and they missed one of the meals (more specifically my meal, which was just a cheeseburger and fries). My whole family was completely finished with their meals before mine came out. When it came it was decent but all I could taste was my anger. There were people standing waiting for a table for the entirety of us eating with about half a dozen of empty tables and waitresses standing around doing nothing. I would rather go hungry than step foot back in that building, which is saying something because I try to give waitresses the benefit of the doubt since I used to work in the restaurant industry. Strip mall restaurant with plenty of parking out front. Sports bar atmosphere with TVs everywhere. Service was good. Food was good enough, nothing special either way. I would definitely come here for a meal, especially if I came to watch a sports event. read more

We have been to BWW in other cities but never in Watertown. It is consistent with other locations but maybe a little smaller. Lots of televisions with every sports event imaginable playing. Great choice to watch the game, grab a beer or even just hang with the family. read more

Today was, buy one traditional wings, get one for 1/2 price. I had the buffalo dry rub on 6 of them and chipotle BBQ rub on 6. I also requested the Nashville hot and mango habanero sauce to put on them. The buffalo dry rub had a nice heat and paired well with the Nashville hot sauce. The chipotle BBQ was not very flavorful, however with the mango habanero it had plenty of heat and flavor. My wife had a salad that was tasty to both the eyes and pallet, along with the salad she had a buffalo chicken wrap, which she dipped in my mango habanero sauce. She's loved it. read more

Quick note, the others working here seem to be trying to make up for server one who needs a different vocation. Better now because of it but still an underlying problem. The customer is not important here. I sat in the bar area tonight thinking I would be able to get a drink quickly and then relax while I studied the menu. After watching what turned out to be my server tell jokes at a different table for a full 10 minutes, I went to get my own drink. The bartender was then nice enough to clean my table for me. After 15 minutes, my server finally wandered over and asked if I was going to order or just hang out. We have frequented these restaurants in our hometown, but this one was so disappointing. While the service staff is friendly, they are also extraordinarily slow. The wings were not crispy, the fries limp. We will make a different choice the next time we visit. read more

I have never been in the kitchen of a BWW, nor have I done any online research on the place. But after 2 experiences eating there I would be very surprised to find out if anything they make is made fresh. I would however not be surprised to find out that everything is precooked and then frozen and just microwaved in the kitchen before throwing it on a plate. Service is pretty good, the place is generally clean, there are lots of TV's for watching sports, and overall the atmosphere is nice. But the food, which really should be the star of a restaurant, is seriously lacking. When I walk in for a sit down for a meal, I am expecting something more than low grade fast food. First time I had cold bland wings. Second time I had a bland under cooked burger. Two trips to BBW is enough for me, I won't be back for a 3rd. read more

Horrible bartender! She worked the well and never once made eye contact or asked anyone sitting at the bar if they needed anything...it's been 25 minutes so far!!!Luckily the manager came around and grabbed me a beer, but the others sitting around me said the same thing. Funny thing is Victoria D's name tag says she is a trainer...wtf?! I would call myself a regular at BWW's of various locations and this was by far the worst...the manager helping out is as worthless they come. Simply amazing really. It's been another 5 minutes while typing this and still nothing from her. This may be my first $0 tip ever. I had to ask to order my first beer, asked to order my second beer and app and had to flag her down to order my food. The only thing that saved me from leaving was I was craving the food and knew that would be good. Update- 1 hour later...nothing changed, absolutely horrendous service. My worst experience ever at a BWW. Note: The food was good as usual. I hope they see this and look at the time stamp and go back and look at the security cameras, it would be the best "what not to do" training video of all time. Didn't take my rewards # on top of it. Worst ever BWW! Update: a couple days later...received correspondence from a different manager at their location and received an apology and amends for the horrific bartender service and assurance that she was retrained. It's hit or miss. Usually when I eat inside the food is good but it takes a while to get your food/ticked. Tonight I just waited 40 minutes on a go order so I asked about it and of course it was fresh and ready but that wasn't the case it was cold so I brought it back in and told them about it they said they were going to remake it but I know they microwaved it because my food was ready again in less then 5 minutes, warm but soggy wings. I ate off lunch menu wings & salad while my wife ordered Mac & cheese. After waiting for awhile manager came to say issues with oven so sorry for the wait will be about 5 more minutes. Manager came with our food once ready & apologized. We quickly ate our food so my wife wouldn't be too late back to work. Then we received bill from waitress never saw manager again. To our surprise full price meal. Didn't expect free food but thought manager would have at least given a slight discount but guess not. 3 stars ONLY because of the service, which is great. I think I had 5 different people waiting on me and my glass was never empty for long. This is the third time I've tried this chain though. Some friends love it. I don't get it. The food is terrible. I guess if you want to just hang out and drink and watch a dozen TV's, this is a fine environment. If you're hungry though - I strongly recommend anywhere else. It's unfortunate. I actually really like wings. Awful experience at the Watertown, SD Buffalo Wild Wings. The manager not only flat out lied to us but she held our food for over an hour!!! We had called earlier in the day for reservations for a party of 6 was told they don't take reservations. So we went at 6:45 the kid who seating people was a jerk told us it would be 10 to 15 minute wait. Thirty minutes later still waiting, they were finally clearing a table to hold the 6 of us, when another party of 6 came in and they were seated right away. Turns out to be friends of the manager (Becky)The jerk who was sitting people said they had reservations. So I asked a waitress if they take reservations and she said no we never take reservations!! So I asked for the manager (Becky) who was so rude and told us the new waitress took reservations by mistake. I went to the party of 6 that were seated and they said they didn't make reservations that they were friends with the manager!! Was going to walk out but the men in our group wanted wings, so she tried to cram us in a booth, when I told her that wasn't going to work she grabbed the menus and set up a table. Why she didn't do that in the first place I have no idea. Never said I am sorry nothing. She then went into the kitchen to prepare food. Victor our waiter who was excellent took our order, we didn't get served until 1hour and 10 minutes later. People who were seated after us were served and left before we got our food! She held our food on purpose, Victor was embarrassed. Again we should have walked out but the men wanted the wings. She never came out to ask how things were, nothing. She was to busy being to friendly with the staff. I have never had that bad of experience ever in a restaurant in the my 55 years. I had the worst experience there yesterday. The hostess was a huge snob and the waitress was sooo slow. I was there with my 2 daughters having a mommy & Me day and the waitress only seemed to wait on tables where there were men. She went back to 3 tables around us multiple times and Ihad to track her down to ask for something. I asked the hostess for crayons and a color sheet for my girls and she took some to other tables but not ours. It took so long for our food to get there and my kids got really cranky. My first visit to BWW. We tried to call in an order for take-out and after many rings were put on hold long enough that we ended up driving to their location while still on hold. They picked up the call just as we arrived so I told them 'never mind' and I would stop there in person to place the order. After waiting at the bar for several minutes while the very busy bartender fulfilled drink orders I approached a waiter for help. The bartender then broke free to take my order then said to stop back in 5-10 minutes to pick it up. The order was ready when we returned but when we got home found the non-spicy boneless wings we ordered for our toddler-age grandson were made with one of the hottest of the hot wing seasonings - so he was out of luck. The order also didn't include the bleu cheese dressing we ordered with the wings and was listed on the receipt. The takeout bag had a "Takeout Quality" checklist stapled to it that we noticed was blank - obviously not checked. In defense of this franchise I noticed on my way out a different door that there is a take-out order desk where I probably should have stopped to place and pick up my order. I wouldn't have minded the barkeep sending me there if he was too busy to correctly fill my order. My advice to the barkeep: train & delegate, train & delegate... The wings were good, even though we didn't get the boneless wings the way we ordered them. The fries were also good. read more

The worst waitress of the year award goes to.....DannyMay...or is it DaviMaek? Idk, I overheard the other waitress talking to her sounded like Danny May, but receipt says DaviMaek. She is a younger, slightly overweight, blond princess who has no business in customer service. We had an issue with how our customized order was prepared. This princess could not even handle my remarks. Basically she offered us a customization that was not on the menu, then when the order came back with out it, she tried to blame me! I told her "your the one who suggested it" she then said "how about I just get the manager" way to take responsibility for your own mistakes. Anyway after that, she would not wait on us. I had to put our empty glasses on the edge of the table several times to get her attention. She would glare at me and say "oh you need a drink?" then she would have the bar tender bring it to me. The manager helped us and was very good at her job, I felt bad for her because she was obviously busy making her way around tables picking up the slack for this waste of space.
