Seems this location is short staffed or not designed for their older flow. Overall: Not a restaurant expert, but a seasoned traveler with 20+ years in process improvement consulting experience. Franchisee needs to step in and fix this location. Seems that they get swamped with Doordash and mobile orders; which overwhelms the kitchen and dine in customer get impacted. If kitchen gets backed up, shift manager needs to shut down door dash orders; that's possible. Manager needs to prioritize dine in service. Instead everyone ends up waiting. I would never stop in here again, as no one expects to wait 20+ min for food at McD.
