I love wings and I love sports and this is a great place to get both. The variety of wings is a plus but I must say the Asian Zing are the best by far. The atmosphere is great but I must admit the staff here is a little slow. More attentive to joking and kidding around than tending to their service responsibilities. We brought our local travel soccer team to the restaurant as we have many times before. The staff and manager were rude. Refused to make a simple change so adults could sit at one long table. A party of 24, while it can be difficult, will be lucrative for the establishment. So frustrating we left. Went to a local Mexican restaurant and they sat us right away and provided excellent service. This Buffalo Wild Wings needs desperate training. Please get the service of this place turned around. I should have trusted the reviews. I felt like they could care less how long I've been waiting for my food, they could care less if my glass was empty. After 25 minutes and about an ounce of beer that I had been nursing, I decided to leave. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries, not a hard meal to prepare. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. We had to wait several minutes before even seeing a hostess with a large line in front of us. Finally we get seated and order drinks and food. Again we wait a very long time before the server comes and apologizes for the delay and tells us he essentially forgot to put our order in. After we finally get our food I take a couple of bites and realize they brought me the wrong burger. I told the server he put a new order in, told me he talked to the manager and took it off of the bill. The server in my opinion even though he forgot to put the order in tried to make a bad situation better. I get it: this is a sports bar. Still, the outside eating area appears to have never seen a pressure washer or good and thorough cleaning. Updates are needed here to bring the space in to this century. Floor area greasy looking, furniture old and tired. Smoking should be discontinued in this area as well. The service here is good from my perspective. However I can no longer ignore how truly terrible Buffalo Wild Wings actual wings are. Their wings are the worst. I do not mean this in any sense of hyperbole. They are the worst. Denny's wings are better. If McDonalds had wings they'd be better. There's this weird taste to the meat like Quiznos has. Like it's been bleached one too many times. Gross. I'm trying to turn a new leaf and not let out a string of expletives but I feel like this is really testing my patience. If Buffalo Wild Wings was my child I would abort them, even well after the third trimester. I'd wrap them up in a burlap sack and drown them in the creek. I would pull a Susan Smith on them. If my wife was pregnant with Buffalo Wild Wings, I'd take a page out of Scott Peterson's playbook and take em out on the ol' fishing boat. If I was married to Buffalo Wild Wings, I wouldn't wait until they were sleeping with Ron Goldman before I paid a night visit, I wouldn't call my buddy to ride in his sick White Ford Bronco. This place has atmosphere and that is why I go! They have 25 draft beers on tap and electronic trivia! Outdoor seating is nice when the weather is right. The best place in town to go watch any game! Service is hit or miss there is some good waiting staff and some slack ones so, don't just judge the place by that. This is what our city needed to have a place to go have good wings and good beer. I just asked my family if I EVER suggest that we eat here again to remind me how horrible it has been EVERY time we have eaten here. The atmosphere was awful, so was the service. The waitress took for.ev.er. to take our drink order and when we started to order she rolled her eyes at the quantity because it would take us a while to eat. Unbelievable poor service. You have so many wait staff and none of the customers can get a refresh on their drinks. Typically you have one waitress running her butt off while the cool crowd sits down and talks on the bench at the front entry. Management needs to be fired. BWLD as a whole is a mediocre place to eat, it makes Hooters look like a quality eating establishment, but this location is probably by far the worst that I have ever seen. The food is fair at best. The wings were crispy and some of them best I have had at any Wild Wings and the service was excellent. Craft brews were scarce compared to the other locations I have been to, most leaned towards the light crowd. Place still had a bit of a dirty feel that I find with almost all locations. Went here with my wife and another couple on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated very quickly. Our waitress was very pleasant and got our drink and appetizer order to us fast. The cheese curds are awesome by the way. We all ordered burgers and everyone was pleased with the service and the food was prepared as each asked. We tried several sauces with our appetizers and enjoyed them all. We will be back. Good food and service at a fair price. It is a sports bar so not a quiet date kind of place, but definitely good for a hang out spot or a quick bite. read more

I just had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings and I was told that it would be 5-10 minutes wait for a table. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes for a table. I understand that when restaurants are busy, there may be a longer wait but there were available tables and yet we still ended up waiting for 25 minutes. The food was mediocre and the service was awful. As someone who's been to many bww before, I don't recommend this one. Customer service was terrible, waiter did not check on our party of 8, would TAP us on the shoulder to get our attention and when we had a complaint the manager totally ignored us and did not take care of the issue. Worst experience ever for my first time visit this or any other BWW. The carpet was brown and sticky. The smell was horrible. Although I was turned off my special needs daughter was determined to eat here. It was her choice that day. I played it safe and ordered a salad. OMG! The garlic toast was hard and inedible. I asked the waitress if I can get another piece as this was too hard to bite and she replied "well it IS toasted you know". I simply replied "ok. Thank you", turned my head and just continued to eat my salad sans bread. I wasn't going to risk further chances with any other food. She left our table then the 'manager' came and asked "is everything ok?". I just smiled and continued eating. There were no discussions needed with the 'manager' because the waitress could have simply handled it with a fresh piece of garlic toast. I made no fuss, paid our bill, left no tip and left. Would give negative stars if I could. Before ordering the sampler I specifically asked about the ultimate nachos. I am allergic to jalapeños and the waitress said they could leave them off. I asked if there were any jalapeños in the pico de galo or the queso and was assured that no they're were not. When the order arrived the nachos had finely chopped jalapeños all over the nachos in both the pico and the queso. Also the marinara sauce and salsa looked identical and were placed side by side. Dipping my mozzarella stick in what I thought was marinara I took a bite and realized no it was salsa. So I got jalapeño in my mouth anyway. The waitress went to every table around ours but wouldn't even make eye contact with us until we finally just put our napkins over the food and she came over and brought our check. No checking on the food. No drink refills. She knew she had messed up obviously. Now I'm lying in bed sick as a dog trying not to throw up the little bit of lunch I actually could eat. My husband and I will never eat at this or any other BWW again ever!! $19 for a lunch I couldn't eat... thanks. Waitresses need to learn the menu and not lie to customers with allergies. read more

Awesome experience! I was created immediately. Multiple staff checked on me. The manager, Cristina, came to the table and had a conversation with me. The staff was top notch! The food order was taken quickly, but the real surprise was how fast the food came out! It seemed like it was just as fast as the order was put in. I mean, right away, hardly any wait. Talk about speedy service! The wings were perfectly made. They were piping hot! You know these came right out and didn't wait under a heat lamp. They had the right amount of sauce. The wings were not bad, the server was nice, I mention to him the bad veggie appearance, he said sometimes we just leave them out in the open at night, then turn and serve to customers. If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have. My daughters soccer team went here for lunch today after we drive to Wilson from Raleigh for a game. The only positive thing was the service, for s large party the waitress did a great job keeping everything organized. Both the food my daughter (wings) and I (Mediterranean salad) got made us sick after we left. Over half the lettuce in my salad was bad and wilted and the chicken was as hard as a rock, like it had been microwaved too long. About 20 hours later I still don't feel good. I used to get exited to think of going to BWW but I have to remember never to go here again! read more
