Manager, Emma, was very rude and unprofessional when I approached her with a problem. I already Filed a complaint by phone through the corporate complaint 1-800 number but have not heard back so I'm continuing in filling additional complaints till my issue is properly addressed and resolved. Myself and two other guests dined in at store #3001 located at 7401 Market Street #801 on 12/21/2021 at 7:36pm - order number 60064 - bill total $53.21 Our waitress was Autumn whom was a very good waitress and she was training another female waitress, who's name I do not remember, whom was also a good waitress. The manager, whom stated her name was Emma, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My meal, food, and service was satisfactory until the end. I payed my bill with a prepaid credit card which had $50.00 on it (balance was known as card was brand new and never used) and asked the waitress to charge the remaining balance to my debit card. I explained to her that I would leave the tip on my debit card as well to which she advised was no problem. I noticed it was taking our waitress a while to ring us up at the register as the register computer was right next to our table and noticed she had to have numerous other employees help her as well as she seemed to be having problems but never said anything to me. After a short while she returned and handed me multiple receipts to which showed that she charged my prepaid credit card eight(8) times for separate amounts of which were: $25.00, $10.00, $5.00, $1.00, $0.50, $0.10, $0.05, $0.02 = totaling $41.67. She then also charged $11.54 to my debit card which brings the total to $53.21.  When I asked why she didn't charge the full $50.00 to my prepaid card as asked she said that it wouldn't let her and that she had to do the multiple charges as the register wouldn't let her do it any other way and that the register would not let her make charges for the total $50.00 so she charged what she could and charged the rest to my debit card. Thinking there was a problem with my prepaid credit card I asked for it back, due to her throwing it away and also throwing away the individual receipts for each individual charge she made to the card, so that I could check the balance and recent charges made to the card through the cards printed 1-800 number on the back. When I called, the service stated that the employee actually made eight(8) other charge amounts to my card to which did total $50.00 of which were $30.00, $12.00, $6.00, $1.20, $0.60, $0.12, $0.06, $0.02 = totaling $50.00 - keep in mind I was also charged $11.54 to my debit card which brings the total now to $61.54 (overcharged $8.33). When I addressed this found issue to Autumn she advised that she did not know and asked if I wished to speak to the manager to which I told her that I would. The manager, Emma, came over to which I explained and showed the above issue to her which she stated that her system has issues with those types of cards, (prepaid credit cards) which is why her employee charged it as she did and that those types of cards a tip is automatically charged also. I stated that if her system automatically charged an additional $8.33 in automatic tips then what could be done as I had been overcharged now due to the employee charging the additional $11.54 to my debit card to which she advised there was nothing she could do. I then went to ask her and stated if these types of problems are known by her then she should probably make her employees known of it so it can be explained to the customers before hand. Emma then went on to state "maybe the customers shouldn't use those types of cards if its gonna be a problem" to which I advised her that how are the customers to know there's a problem if their not told that her system has a problem with the cards in the first place. I advised her that I would then take the overcharged amount out of the $10.00 tip I had planned on leaving since as I said before that Autumn was a good waitress and I was satisfied with my service with her. Emma then went on to state that I shouldn't do that as i shouldn't punish the employee due to a problem with the way the charges were made. I went on to state that I was not punishing her from what she explained that her system has already charged $8.33 of tips to my other card so that I would just leave the additional $1.67 on my other card to make the tip total $10.00 and that her store would owe Autumn the $8.33 from the overcharged amount due to her not wishing to resolve the issue and only saying there is nothing she could do or would do. At this time Emma was raising her voice at me where other customers were looking as she was making a scene to which after she stated the above she walked away from me. Due to Emma being rude I then asked for the cooperate compliant number and / or the name and number for her district manager and asked her name to which she stated that they are not a cooperate company and there is not corporate read more

The absolute worse service I have EVER experienced. The waitress took 40 minutes to bring out our drinks then disappeared. The biggest problem that I have with bdubs is that the service is pretty poor 90 percent of the time. Whether its the wrong order, waiting 20 minutes for the waiter to even come to your table, or getting the completely wrong check at the end of the night. I'd be able to overlook the service if the wings were cheaper, but they aren't. The wait for 20 wings can get all the way up to 40 minutes, even though ordering for pick up will take them only 20. My friends and I had an absolutely awful experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings Boardman location. We were there approximately two weeks ago. We started off having a good time, but things took a turn for the worse when we decided to play music on the jukebox. We used the touchtunes app, and played some very standard pop music. Next, we decided to put some Christmas music on (Christmas in July and all). There was hardly anybody there, maybe 10 other customers at most. They were singing along and enjoying themselves. However, one of the managers, Taylor, decided she didn't like the music, so she skipped the song. We were a little upset but we didn't say anything. After another pop song or two, another Christmas song came on. Taylor came back over looking extremely angry, and turned off the jukebox completely. We politely approached her and let her know we all had several other songs slated to play, but she she gave us a horrendous attitude, and didn't care one bit. Between the three of us, we spent over 100 dollars in food and drinks, and between 30 and 40 on the jukebox. Our jukebox money was wasted and our whole experience was ruined. We decided to contact Buffalo Wild Wings customer service. That was two weeks ago. They never got back to us at all. I have been a long-time patron of Buffalo Wild Wings, dating back to when I was in high school. I'm a sports nut, so having some beers and wings with friends while I watch a game always provides me with a pleasant experience. That is, until my last visit to the Boardman, OH location, about two weeks ago. My two friends and I stopped in for a few beers to catch up on how each other were doing. We signed in to the touch tunes app, and two of us put $10 a piece in to selecting music for the jukebox. Mind you, at this point, there were about 10 other people in the restaurant. My friend put a Christmas song on (I realize it was July), and a few people were chuckling and singing along, while no one else seemed to take note. Taylor, the manager of this location came out from the back, and skipped the song after about a minute and a half. Slightly annoyed, my friend and I used some of our $10 to put a few more on, because why shouldn't we get to listen to the music of our choice? No one was being bothered. It wasn't a dance club atmosphere. Once Taylor heard our new song come on, she came out, turned off the jukebox, and turned up a baseball game that no one was watching. It was a Noon, Yankees vs Mets game, that isn't exactly a hot ticket here in Ohio. When I asked Taylor if we would be refunded our $10, since we would both longer be hearing our music, she was extremely rude. Basically, she informed me and my friends that she would turn the music back on when she felt like it. Obviously, we were not reimbursed our money. I enjoy BW3's food, but the atmosphere has always been my favorite part. We were not bothering anyone in that location (aside from apparently Taylor), but she took it upon herself to remorselessly ruin our visit. We still stayed long enough to spend over $100 when you combine our drinks, tips, and the music. We were quiet, and kept to ourselves. Our experience was entirely tarnished though. Enough so, that my friend and I both took time (while still at the Boardman restaurant) to type an email to BW3's corporate page about our dissatisfaction. Neither email was ever responded to. I worked in retail and food service for over a decade of my life. Never did I dictate a customer's experience to be negative in a purposeful manner. And absolutely never have I seen customer complaints go entirely unaddressed. In summation, the whole experience left me bitter enough to, not only never return to any BW3's location, but I created this Yelp account specifically to express my dissatisfaction with Taylor, and the popular food chains' handling of my experience.
