Workers are all guys who don't want to be there. The kid at the front, the big white guy doesn't even say hello. No manners. Was on his phone the entire time texting god knows who as he's getting my order. The food is just thrown in the bag, all over the place. And both times I have ordered it was completely wrong. Went into order, waited 5 minutes for someone to take it only to see employees thuggin out in the kitchen blaring gangster rap was so loud it drowned out the ambient music in the waiting area and they were dropping N-bomb after N-bomb like it was nothing. I wish I could give a half star. Horrible just horrible I will not recommend or go back to wing stop only because they can't sauce the wings properly and that sometimes the wings are dry! I even called about my last order when I spent 70$ and got my refund after getting a 10$ gift card for the issue.. and now I thought this time it would of been better and it only got worse, not even sauced and you can see the fried skin! Workers were unprofessional (except for the guy at the fry station, he was cool). One of the workers was digging in her ear for a solid 15 seconds before handling food and bags. I left two stars because the mango habanero sauce is the only thing saving this sinking ship of a chicken spot from going under food wise. I wish they would fry the chicken (both bone in and boneless) a little longer as every time I come here the chicken is always soggy even after a stop and wait. Customer service is ok. Nothing to be glad or mad about in that department. The restaurants interior is clean and welcoming. I love the fact they have a freestyle machine as well nice touch. read more

If I could leave a - star I would. The fact we drove from Pittsburgh to get food here is unbelievable. The wait time was 23 min online when I placed my order, didn't received my food until an hour after. The food was bland, and the corn was dry and waaaaay over seasoned. The staff was very apologetic for the wait time, but, the other person I came with, her food was cold when she got it, and the same way. Very disappointing between the two orders being $75 & to get this quality. I'm sure the staff is over worked, and gets hit heavy with orders, but unacceptable food leaving out with the quality it did. I cannot say I'll be back to try this location. I will say the wings were really good. The sauce was good and the wings were large. The issue is with the workers; they were inefficient and standing around while a line built up. The pop machine is as down and no one could get drinks. My order order was also incorrect, I ordered all celery and they gave me carrots and forgot my ranch. I paid for it however. Very poor efficiency and accuracy. It would have been 1 star of it weren't for the good bone in wings. read more

they had people waiting for a long time. there are people that are not in uniform. people are cleaning and cooking at the same time. and how y'all gonna say they are open until Midnight yet they are telling people on the phone that they are closed for the night at 9:00pm. I already know that that makes the company lose money and they said that the drink machine was down and it still has a sign on it that says down. We ordered dinner for our family for delivery. I did everything online and checked my order several times over. The delivery came much earlier than expected, which was wonderful, but we did not receive one of the dinners. I called to let the employee know that something had been forgotten. She asked me which item(s), and I told her. I was asked if I wanted to be reimbursed or if I would like a replacement. I chose a replacement and was told that I could pick up at my convenience. I said that someone would be there shortly. I thought everything was fine, but the employee called me back and told me her manager said to "pack up my order and bring it back for them to see what was missing." Basically she was calling me a liar for letting them know that 8 wings were missing. Words were exchanged between her and my husband (who was out of line) and not once was the employee apologetic for their mistake. The product that we received was not very good either.
